Service and cremation to be held on Wednesday, April 21 in St. Bede Chapel, Teesside Crematorium 1.00 p.m. Will friends kindly meet at the crematorium chapel. Resting at and floral tributes to Thomas Rea and Sons, Funeral Directors, 10 Myton Road, Ingleby Barwick, TS17 0WA.

WARD April 11, of Baring Court, Tow Law, formerly of Sunniside. Elizabeth (Lizzie), aged 86 years, devoted daughter of the late Albert and Elizabeth, beloved sister of the late Olive and Nellie, also a dear cousin and good friend of many. Will friends please meet for service in Durham Crematorium at 11.30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 20.

Peter Henry, aged 82 years, a beloved husband of Betty, a loving father of Peter and David, a devoted grandad of Rachel, Thomas-Joseph, Caroline and Robert. Funeral Monday, April 19. WARREN April 10 (peacefully at home, in London), formerly of Spennymoor. Paul, aged 29 years, a dearly loved son of John and Joan, partner of Chris, brother of Steven and Claire and uncle of Sam and Jack. Would friends please meet at Durham Crematorium Monday for service and committal at 1.30 p.m.

WATSON Eric, suddenly on April 9, of Courtlands Road, Darlington, a loving and dearly loved husband of Lily, much loved dad of Christine and David, good friend and dad-in-law of Graham and Janet and a loved grandad of Michelle. WHITEHEAD On April 10, in hospital, of East Cowton, formerly of Middlesbrough Golf Club, Brass Castle Lane and The Avenue, Nunthorpe. Harry, aged 76 years, dearly loved husband of Sheila, a dear father, father-in-law and grandad, fondly remembered by everyone. Funeral service and cremation to be held at West Cemetery, Darlington 11.45 a.m. Wednesday, April 21. Family flowers only. Contributions to Cancer Research welcome.

WILSON April 9 (peacefully in hospital), of Brook Terrace, Darlington. Fred, aged 59 years, beloved husband of Maureen, dearly loved father of Elizabeth, a loving brother of Robert and a much loved father-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle and great-uncle and a very dear friend to everyone. Service will be held on Wednesday, April 21 at 12.15 p.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, North Road, followed by interment in West Cemetery and afterwards to celebrate his life, a gathering will be held at the Rolling Mills Club, everyone welcome. WINN Sacriston Peacefully on April 9. Harriet (nee Staplin), aged 75 years, a much loved and caring wife of Alan, devoted mother and nana and great-grandnana, also loving sister to Anne. A wonderful lady who will be sadly missed by all her loving family and many friends. Dearly loved husband of Sarah, loving dad of Robert and Matthew, beloved son of Alwyn and Valerie, dear brother of Neal, son-in-law of Mavis and the late Mike Kemp and stepson of Angela and Edward. Service at the Priory Church, Bridlington on Friday, April 16 at 2.00 p.m., followed by cremation at the East Riding Crematorium, Octon at 3.00 p.m. Family flowers only please. Mona, aged 82 years, most dearly loved wife of the late Cec, devoted mum of Val and Ben, much loved grandma of Asa, Kaz, Ysan and Lauren, dearest great-nain of Melissa, Ceri and Cian, a dear sister of Jack and Brunhilde, a very special auntie to Marian, Jimmy and family and also a much loved friend of Mac and Betty. Would friends please meet for service at St. Aidan's Church, Chilton on Thursday at 2.45 p.m., followed by cremation at Darlington. No wreaths, by request.

Hilda, aged 57 years, of Cherry Tree Lodge, Springbank Road, Newfield, beloved wife of David, devoted mother of Bridgett and the late David, loving grandma to Jordan, also a dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt and good friend. Will friends please meet for service in St. John's Church, Shildon at 1.00 p.m. on Thursday, April 22, followed by interment in Shildon Cemetery. After this service all are invited for refreshment in Newfield W.M.C. God only takes the best, it's true. He took the very best in you.

Olive, aged 80 years, beloved wife of the late Len, much missed and loved mam of John and his wife Helen, Enid and Ann, a loving grandmother of James, Helen, Gavin, Neil, Elliot, Louise and Amy and great-grandmother of Jack. Would family and friends please meet for service at Durham Crematorium on Monday, April 26 at 10.00 a.m. Family flowers only please with donations kindly accepted by the MS Society.

Thomas, aged 72 years, dearly loved husband of Lois, a dearest dad of Steven and Kenneth, a loved father-in-law of Sheena and Sandy and grandfather of Katrina, Ella, Madeleine and Miriam. Service at the Church of the Ascension, Tuesday April 27 at 1.40 p.m., followed by cremation at Sunderland Crematorium at 2.30 p.m. Friends please meet at Church.

Dearly loved father of John, Mena, Edwin, Dawn, Barry and Denise, a dear father-in-law, much loved grandfather and great-grandfather, also a dear brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Will friends please meet for service in The Valley Methodist Chapel at 1.00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 27, followed by interment in South Church Cemetery.

BURRILL April 12, suddenly in hospital. Kenneth George (Ken) (Burrill Brothers Haulage), of Snape, Bedale, aged 80 years. Beloved husband of the late Lilian and dear father of Colin and stepfather of Keith and beloved grandad and great-grandad. Funeral service to be held at Snape Methodist Church on Wednesday, April 21 at 2.00 p.m., followed by private cremation. Family flowers only.
