HOOD May 20 (peacefully in Defoe Court), formerly of Fir Tree, Shildon. Annie, aged 92 years, loving mam of Fred and Jack, also a much loved gran and great-gran. Would friends please meet for service and cremation at Darlington Crematorium on Wednesday, May 26 at 2.45 p.m.

HOWGATE On May 18 and of 7 Low Graham Street, Sacriston. Archie, aged 72 years, beloved husband of Betty, a much loved dad and grandad. Would friends please meet for service at St. Peter's Church, Sacriston on Wednesday, May 26 at 2.15 p.m., private cremation at Durham to follow. All welcome for refreshment in Sacriston Working Men's Club.

HUNTER On May 24, of Easington Village. William John (Billy), aged 25 years, dearly loved son of Ann and Billy Hunter and a dear brother of Lynn and Lisa. Funeral arrangements later.

INNERD (nee French) May 25, of Newton Aycliffe. Renee, aged 79 years, a beloved wife of the late George, much loved mum to Andrew and mother-in-law to Julie, also a much loved and missed sister. Service at St. Clare's Church, Newton Aycliffe, Wednesday, June 2 at 2.15 p.m., followed by cremation at Darlington Crematorium. God Bless.

KING Group Capt. John William King D.F.C., D.F.M., aged 81 years, of London, former pupil Richmond Grammar School and former Head Chorister, St. Mary's Church, Richmond, Yorkshire born and bred. 'Ran like the wind and flew with the eagles'. Dearly loved husband of Margaret and loving father of the late Derwent Bisset King. Funeral service at St. Mary's Church, Richmond on Wednesday, June 2 at 12.00 noon. Friends please meet at the church. No flowers please. If desired, donations for the R.A.F. Robert (Bob) Kirkley, of Ripon, much loved father of Joan, Alan, Anne, Marian, Robert and David and a dear father-in-law, grandfather and great-grandfather. Service and committal at Harrogate Road Methodist Church, Ripon on Thursday, May 27 at 2.00 p.m., followed by private cremation. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, may be given for the Church and Cancer Research. A plate will be provided at the service.

LEE May 24 (suddenly at home), of The Crescent, Coundon. Eileen (nee Stephenson), aged 72 years, dearly loved wife of Andy, much loved mother, mother-in-law, nana and great-nana. Requiem Mass to be held in St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Coundon on Saturday, May 29 at 10.00 a.m., followed by interment in the churchyard.

LIGHT Wilfred, aged 78 years (suddenly in hospital), of Bates Avenue, Darlington, on May 28. Dearly beloved husband of the late May, dear father of Pat, Colin, Elizabeth and Susan, also a much loved grandfather. Funeral arrangements to follow.

Anna, aged 69 years, beloved wife of the late Peter, much loved mother of Christopher, Andrew and Elizabeth, much loved mother-in-law to Brenda, Lisa and Mick, also a loving grandmother of ten. Church, Bishop Auckland at 9.00 a.m. on Saturday, May 29, followed by interment in Bishop Auckland Cemetery.
