Bob, aged 80 years, dearly loved and devoted husband and companion of Margaret (nee Stockport), cherished dad of the late Joan, dear father-in-law of George, a special grandad of David and Margaret, Steven and Andrea, Vicky, Steph-anie, Chelsea, Tony and Kaitlyn, also a dear brother-in-law and uncle. Cortege leaving residence on Thursday at 12.50 p.m. Friends please meet at Holy Trinity Church for service at 1.00 p.m., followed by interment in the Churchyard. Re-united with his beloved Daughter.

Tom, aged 88 years, beloved husband of the late Violet, dearly loved father and father-in-law of Hugh and Maureen, devoted grandad of Ben, also a loving brother of Freda. Friends please meet for service at Durham Crematorium on Tuesday, June 1 at 11.30 a.m. Family and friends are welcome for refreshments afterwards at the Alexandra Street residence.

Margaret (nee Raine), aged 74 years, loving wife of Richard, beloved sister of Audrey, devoted mother of Marion, Neil, Lesley and Andrew, a cherished nana and great-nana, loved and respected mother-in-law and a dear friend to all who knew her. Friends please meet for service in St. Paul's Church, Evenwood on Thursday, May 27 at 11.00 a.m., followed by interment in Evenwood Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Bill, aged 92 years, dearly beloved husband of the late Mary, a loving father of Peter and Paul, dear father-in-law of Wenni and Jean and also a devoted grandfather of Paula and Denise. Cremation Durham Crematorium on Friday. Friends please accept this intimation and meet for service at the crematorium at 2.30 p.m.

Vincent (Vince), aged 80 years, beloved husband of Nancy, devoted dad of Ann and Maria, dear father-in-law to Tony, a much loved and loving grandad, also dear brother of Gwen. Will friends please meet for Requiem Mass in St. Thomas' Church, Shildon at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 1, followed by cremation at Darlington. Family flowers only. SIMPSON May 24, in hospital, of 8 Cleves Court Grange, Ferryhill. Winifred, aged 89 years, dearly loved wife of the late Tom and a devoted mother of the late John and a very good friend of Sharron. Cortege leaving residence at 9.00 a.m. on Friday, May 28 for service and cremation at Durham Crematorium at 9.30 a.m. No flowers please. Sharron wishes to thank everyone who has helped Winnie through her illness and all the kindness shown from friends, family and neighbours.

SMITH Joseph Robert, aged 43 years (retired Sergeant of the R.A.F.), died suddenly on May 19, of Bedale (formerly of Brotton, Saltburn). Beloved husband of Janet, devoted dad of Jessica, a dear son of Joe and Joyce, brother and brother-in-law of Rob and Mavis, also dear son-in-law of Marion and the late Ron.
