BOWMAN June 24 (peacefully, in hospital), of Gent Road, Bishop Auckland. Gwenny, aged 78 years. Beloved wife of the late George, loving mam of Alan, Pauline, Gillian, Anne, Pamela, George and the late Steven, a dear mother-in-law, devoted nana and great-nana, also a dear sister and aunt. Cortege leaving above residence on Wednesday June 30, at 9.35 a.m. for service in St. Andrew's Church, 9.45 a.m. followed by Cremation at Darlington Crematorium.

BROWN June 21, formerly of Willington. Sarah Ann (Sally), aged 90 years, beloved wife of the late Robert, devoted mam of Bobbie and Susan, dear mother-in-law to Maurice, a much loved nana to Andrea, Alison, Jean and Eileen, loving great-nana of Kevin and David, also a dear sister, sister-in-law and aunt. Cortege to leave her daughter's residence at 9.00 a.m., on Friday, June 25, for service in Durham Crematorium, at 9.30 a.m. Friends please meet at Durham. All are welcome to refreshments in Crook Golf Club after this service.

CAPPS June 18 (at home), of Galloway, Darlington. Nora N.C.D.T.A. aged 85 years. Beloved wife of the late Raymond, a dear sister and a loving aunt and great-aunt. Funeral Thursday. Sylvia, aged 87 years, beloved wife of the late Jack, loving mam of Alan and Barry, dearly loved mother-in-law of Hilary and Alison, also a treasured grandma to Andrew, Emma, Angela, Christopher and Jenn-ifer. CHILDS Raymond (Monty) late of Thirsk, died peacefully in hospital June 20. Much loved husband, dad and grandad. Will be missed greatly, forever in our thoughts.

Joyce (nee Hopper), aged 59 years, much loved wife of Bryan, a very dear sister of Christine and sister-in-law of Colin, also a much loved and loving aunt of Denise and Thea. Very sadly missed by all.

COLLIER June 19, peacefully at home after a long illness, in Bedale. Terence, aged 71 years, dearly loved husband of Doreen, loving father of Ian and Paul, father-in-law of Jan and dearest grandad to Joanna, Lucy, Camilla, Guy and Zoe. Funeral service to be held in St. Gregory's Church, Bedale, 1.00 p.m. Thursday, prior to cremation. No flowers but donations in lieu, if desired, for Cancer Research U.K.

COOPER Jim, who sadly passed away on June 17, 2004, in Wokingham. Sadly missed by Ethel and family. Funeral will take place on June 28 at 2.00 p.m. at Easthampstead Park Crematorium. Bill, aged 75 years, dearly beloved husband of the late Olive, loving father of Gary and Jeffrey, a dear father-in-law of Eileen, also a devoted grandfather and a dear son-in-law of Martha Watson. Interment Easington Colliery Cemetery on Tuesday. Friends please accept this intimation and meet at Peterlee Methodist Church at 10.30 a.m.

CROSBY In hospital, after a slow suffering, on June 17 and of 5 South Terrace, Esh Winning. John Colin Francis, aged 59 years, beloved husband of Gloria and a much loved dad, grandad and great-grand Col to Kane. Will be sadly missed.
