Mary Alice, aged 84 years, dearly loved youngest daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Clarkson, a very dear sister and sister-in-law, a much loved aunt and great-aunt. Funeral service to be held at St. Mary's Church, Muker tomorrow, Saturday, October 9 at 2.00 p.m., followed by interment in the churchyard. Family flowers only please. However, donations in memory of Mary, if so desired, may be given at the service for St. Mary's Church and Keld Methodist Chapel. Will relatives and friends please meet at the church and accept this intimation.

CLAYBOURNE On October 1 (peacefully, after a long illness), at Wilton House Nursing Home. Mary, aged 81 years, of Darlington, beloved wife of Kenneth, loving mother of John, also a much loved grandma and great-grandma. COPELAND Rita, aged 67 years, of Spennymoor, died peacefully at home with her family around her on October 1. Beloved wife of David, much loved mother of Andrew and Deborah, a dear grandma to Jordan and Matthew, a mother-in-law, sister and aunt. Will be very sadly missed. Service in Trinity Methodist Church, Rosa Street, on Friday at 10.45 a.m., followed by cremation at Durham. Would friends please meet at church. Family flowers only please.
