ATKINSON On October 12, of Park Avenue, Coxhoe. Doreen, aged 77 years, beloved wife of John, a much loved mam of Jean and Stephen, a dearly loved grandma and a loving sister. Would friends please meet for service in Bowburn Methodist Church on Monday, October 18 at 11.15 a.m., prior to private cremation at Durham. Family flowers only.

BAINBRIDGE October 14 (suddenly), of The Green, Egglestone. Jessie, aged 79 years, dearly loved wife of Arthur and loving mother of Richard, William, Harry and Marcus. Elizabeth (Betty, nee Atkinson), aged 79 years, loving wife of the late Bob, sister of Anne, Mary and the late June, sister-in-law of Arthur, a loving aunt, great-aunt and a dear friend of so many. Would friends please meet in St. Andrew's Church, Spennymoor, Friday for a service at 10.15 a.m., followed by committal at Durham Crematorium. Family flowers only. Dearly loved husband of Ann, much loved dad of Sam, Tony, Sue, Mick, Diane and Tracy, a sadly missed father-in-law, granda and brother. Aged 68 years. Funeral service and interment at St. Michael's Church, Church Brough on Friday, October 15 at 11.30 a.m. Family flowers only are requested. BRADLEY Winifred Eliza, (Freda, nee Bunney). On October 7, (peacefully), at Abbeyvale Care Home, Blackhall, aged 96 years. Formerly Grandma, of The Hardwicke Hall Manor Hotel, Blackhall. Dearly loved wife of the late Christopher Robert Bradley, dear mother of Edwin, Winnie, Ernest, Joan, Christine and Ken, also a devoted grandma and great-grandma. Cortege to leave Hardwicke Hall on Wednesday for service at Blackhall Methodist Church at 1.00 p.m. prior to interment at Blackhall Cemetery.
