CARSON Norman William, much loved father of Geoffrey and Colin, died peacefully after a short illness at Shrewsbury General Hospital on October 18. Private family cremation in Shrewsbury. CORNER Gordon, aged 52 years, formerly of Cockfield, died suddenly at home in Scotland on October 12. Beloved son of the late Jack and Edwina Corner and a dear brother and uncle. John, aged 60 years, dearly loved husband of Elizabeth, much loved dad of John, Shelley, Patrick and Lesley and a devoted grandad of Liam, Rebecca and Daniel. Gertrude Myra, aged 87 years, beloved wife of the late Harry, much loved mother of Roland, Joan and Brenda and will be sadly missed by all her family. Craig, aged 33 years, much loved and adored husband of Maxine, much loved and loving dad of Lauren and Abbie, beloved son of Jean and Michael, dearest brother of Michael and brother-in-law to Marie, a dearly loved uncle to Gemma, nephew of Joan and Dave, cousin to Steven and Clare, son-in-law to Barbara, also a great friend to everyone. Beloved wife of Leslie George, devoted mum of Julie, Lesley and Anthony, a dear mother-in-law, a much loved and loving nannie, also a dear sister, sister-in-law and aunt. Will friends please meet for Requiem Mass in St. Mary's R.C. Church, Vart Road, Bishop Auckland at 10.00 a.m., on Monday, October 25, followed by interment in South Church Cemetery. R.I.P.
