A dearly loved dad to Sharon, Paul, Janet and Denise, a treasured grandad and great-grandad, also a much loved friend to Etta, Rose, Billy, Don, Lynda and Alan, will be greatly missed by all his friends at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saint's. Funeral Friday November 12. Would friends please meet 12.30 p.m. for service in The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-Day Saint's, Shafto Way, followed by cremation at Darlington Cremator ium. BROWN In hospital on November 6, of St. John's Road, High Pittington. Edward, aged 68 years, dear brother of Miriam, Betty, Iris, Henry and Ann, brother-in-law of George, Olive and Ken and a dearest friend of Audrey. Also a dad and grandad of all the family. Nellie, aged 92 years, beloved wife of the late Albert Brown and also the late Albert McDonald and a dearly loved mother, grandma, great-gran, sister, aunt and friend. Funeral Thursday, November 18. Friends please meet for service in All Saints' Church, Blackwell at 12.30 p.m., followed by interment in the North Cemetery. Family flowers only. George Norman, aged 72 years, dearly loved partner of Dorothy, dear father of Clive and grandad of Jade and James. Mary, aged 80 years, a dearly beloved wife of the late Joe, loving mother of Angela and the late Sandra and Edward, a dear mother-in-law of Ronnie and Kath, dearest sister of Sally and Lily, devoted grandmother of Paul and Karen and also a loving great-grandmother of Jessica. Cremation Sunderland Crematorium on Thursday. Friends please accept this intimation and meet for service at St. Saviour's Church, Shotton at 11.30 a.m.

CAMERON On November 5, of Newton Aycliffe, peacefully at home in the arms of his wife after a long illness. John Thomas, aged 60 years, a loving son of Betty, a beloved husband of Mary, a much loved dad of Karl and Gary, father-in-law of Gillian and Angela, also a loving grandad. The funeral service will take place at St. Mary's R.C. Church on Thursday, November 11 at 10.30 a.m., prior to interment in West Cemetery. Family flowers only. CARMEDY November 5, of Dunelm Avenue, Willington. Ann (Nancy), aged 72 years, dearly loved mam of Ann, Sue and Geoff, also a loving gran of Paul, Gareth and Harry. CARNELLEY John William (Johnny), aged 73 years, in hospital, on November 7, after a long illness bravely borne, of Ted Fletcher Court, Darlington. Adored husband of Ann, much loved dad of Lynne and Paul and Russell and Jenny and the world's number one grandad of Claire, Daniel, Mark and Matthew. Funeral Thursday, November 11. Friends please meet for service in St. Andrew's Church, Haughton at 10.00 a.m., followed by private cremation. Family flowers only. CHATT November 6 (suddenly in hospital), of Bishop Middleham. Tom, aged 80 years, beloved only son of the late Bob and Leah Chatt (nee Schollick) and loving stepson of Doris Chatt. CLAREY It's lovely to remember, the times that we have had. Times you made so special, by being a caring dad. Always making time for us, to please us when you could. Even if you were tired, every time you would. From loving daughters Lynda and Jo-Anne and grandson Stephen.

COWLEY James On November 11, suddenly and peacefully at home, Jim, aged 88 years, of Billingham. Much loved husband of Ida, beloved dad of Christine and Michael, father-in-law of John and Carol, a special grandad of Alan and Sarah Jane, Steven and Vicki, Susan and Anthony, Lee and Sophie, also a great-grandad of Bethany, Joshua and Mason. You will always be in our hearts and sadly missed. Funeral service to take place prior to cremation at the Chapel of St. Bede, Teesside Crematorium on Wednesday, November 17 at 2.00 p.m. Friends please meet at the crematorium chapel. Betty, aged 65 years, beloved wife of the late Desmond, a loving mam of John and Angela, dearest mother-in-law of Barbara and Robert also a dear and devoted grandma and great-grandma. Will friends please meet for service at Durham Crematorium Chapel on Wednesday at 1.00 p.m. Family flowers only please by request.

DAVIES November 7, of Hamsterley Drive, Crook. Joe, aged 75 years, dearly loved husband of Joan, also a loving father, father-in-law, granda and brother. DIXON Lisa, of Haswell, suddenly but peacefully at home, on November 7, surrounded by her loving family. Lisa, aged 32 years, a much loved daughter to Jean and Arthur, also a cherished sister to Hayley and Chris and a devoted granddaughter. Cortege to leave residence on Thursday for service at St. Paul's Church, Haswell at 1.30 p.m., prior to interment at Thornley Cemetery. Friends are kindly invited, please meet at the church. Dearly loved dad of Jaquelyn and Allison and father-in-law of Keith, much loved granda of Mark and Paul, will be sadly missed by the whole family. GARGATE November 8 (peacefully, at Richardson Hospital, after a long illness courageously borne). Gilbert (Gilly), aged 84 years, most dearly loved husband of Muriel, a much loved father and father-in-law of Auriel and Allan, Keith and partner Carole and a cherished granda of Helen, Rachael, Diane and Nicola. Friends please meet for service at Middleton Methodist Church at 1.00 p.m., on Monday, November 15 to be followed by interment at St. Mary's Churchyard. Family flowers only.
