Beloved husband of Edna (nee Collingwood), devoted dad of Karen, dear father-in-law to Robert, also a much loved and loving granda to Lee. Will friends please meet for service in Woodhouse Close Church at 10.30 a.m. on Monday, November 29, followed by interment in Bishop Auckland Town Cemetery.

WHITEHEAD November 22, peacefully at Barrington Lodge Care Home (formerly of Tudhoe). Mary, aged 92 years, beloved wife of the late John William, much loved mam of John and Anne, loving mam-in-law of Peter and Pat, dearly loved nanna of Jaqui, Jo-anne, Angela, Neil and Louise and also a dear great-nanna of Amber, Joseph and Beth. Would friends please meet for service at Tudhoe Methodist Chapel on Monday, at 1.15 p.m., followed by cremation at Durham. Family flowers only.

WILKINSON November 25 (peacefully, at home), of Sharon Avenue, Kelloe. Eileen (nee Tones), aged 77 years. Beloved wife of Joe, dearly loved mother of Kevin, Rita, Joy, Donna and the late Malcolm, a dear mother-in-law, also devoted grandma, great-grandma and a loving sister and sister-in-law. Cortege to leave residence on Wednesday December 1, at 12.50 p.m. Friends please meet for service at St. Helen's Church, Kelloe at 1.00 p.m. followed by interment in Kelloe Cemetery. Refreshments afterwards at, Woodlands Crescent Community Centre.

WILKINSON November 24 (after a short illness bravely borne), of Wood Vue, Spennymoor. John Richard (Jack), aged 68 years, beloved son of the late Jack and Florrie, a dearly loved brother of Florence, a much loved uncle and great-uncle and a devoted friend to Garrett, his German Shepherd. Cortege leaving sister's residence 33 Barnard Close, Tuesday for a service in St. Andrew's Church 10.45 a.m., followed by committal at Durham Crematorium. Friends please meet at church. George, aged 89 years, dearly loved husband of the late Martha, much loved dad of Barry and Stephen, dear father-in-law of Pat and Sarah, loving grandad of Michelle, Adele, Dana, Barry and Scott and great-grandad of Jacob. Funeral Tuesday. Friends please meet for service in Darlington Crematorium at 11.15 a.m.

Donald, aged 70 years, dearest husband of Mary, precious father of Donna, Alan and Tracey, a special grandad and much loved father-in-law. WOODFORD Baby Jack Joseph November 18, of Darlington. Son of Kevin and Davina, brother to J.J. Stevie and Angel. Short lived, but never forgotten. Always in our hearts. Funeral, Friday November 26, 11.00 a.m. at St. Columbus Church, followed by interment in The West Cemetery.

WREN November 20 (after a long illness bravely borne), of Mayfields, Spennymoor. Gordon, aged 72 years, beloved husband of the late Betty, a much loved dad of Ian and Shirley, a loving father-in-law of Maureen and Alan, devoted grandad of Stephen, Trevor, David and Gareth, also a dear brother of Julie. Will friends please meet for service at the Independent Methodist Chapel on Friday at 9.45 a.m., followed by cremation at Durham.

WRIGHT November 21 (peace fully, in hospital). Gladys Elizabeth (nee Burn), aged 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Tommy, devoted sister of late Joe, Laxa, Peggy and Arthur and sister-in-law of Rose, also a dearly loved aunt, great-aunt and great-great-aunt. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday November 30, at St. Mark's Church, North Road, Darlington at 1.00 p.m. Prior to interment at North Road Cemetery. Friends invited please meet at the church.

ABBOTT November 26, late of Greenside Place, Crook. Leonora, aged 98 years, beloved wife of the late Herbert (Dode), a dearly loved mother of Pauline and the late Stan, a dear mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother, also a dear sister and aunt. Friends please meet for service in St. Catherine's Church, Crook on Wednesday, December 1 at 12.10 p.m., followed by cremation at Durham.

ALLAN December 2, peacefully of Ventress Hall Nursing Home, formerly of Langholm Crescent, Darlington. Margaret, aged 90 years, beloved wife of the late Cecil and a much loved mother of Michael, Jane and Isobel. Funeral Wednesday. ANDERSON November 25 (after a long illness), of Jackson Street, Spennymoor. Doreen, aged 78 years, dearly loved wife of Ron, a very dear sister of Ruth also a dear sister-in-law and aunt. APPLEBY Lanchester (late of Hollinside). Margaret (nee Loughran), peacefully in hospital after an illness bravely borne on November 28, aged 80 years, the beloved mother of Irene and dear mother-in-law of Albert, much loved gran of Robert and Ann and Ruth and Bryan, adored great-gran of Jemma, dear sister of Rene and Fie, dear sister-in-law and much loved auntie of all the family. Friends please meet at Lanchester Methodist Church on Monday, December 6 at 10.15 a.m., for service prior to cremation at Durham Crematorium. Sadly missed.
