Beloved husband of the late Evelyn, dearly loved father of Antony and daughter-in-law Gladys and a loving grandad of Nigel and Mark. Funeral service to take place at St. Peter's Church, Sunderland Road, Harton, South Shields, on Wednesday, January 5 at 10.45 a.m., followed by cremation at South Shields Crematorium at 11.30 a.m.

ROBSON Isobel On December 28, of Trotter Terrace, Shotton. Isobel, aged 84 years, dearly beloved wife of Charles. Cremation at Durham Crematorium on Tuesday, January 4. Friends please accept this intimation and meet for service at the crematorium at 9.30 a.m.

RUTTER On December 22 (peacefully in hospital), of Mount Drive, Leyburn. Nora Jane (nee Hunter), aged 83 years, dearly loved wife of Norman, a much loved mam, nana and great-nana. A private family service has been held at Darlington Crematorium on Friday, December 24.

Kenneth, aged 90 years, beloved husband of the late Joyce, a much loved dad of Cynthia and Diane, father-in-law of Malcolm and Tim and loving grandad of Mark, Zoe, Ben and Erin, also loving brother of Gwen. Funeral Friday, December 31. Will friends please meet for service and cremation at 9.45 a.m. at Darlington Crematorium.

Cortege to leave her daughter's residence in Crook at 11.50 a.m. on Tuesday, January 4, for service in St. Catherine's Church, Crook at 12.00 noon, followed by interment in Crook Cemetery. SNOWDON James Chapman On December 24, of Handel Terrace, Wheatley Hill. James, aged 75 years, dearly beloved husband of Alison, loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Cremation, Durham Crematorium on Friday, December 31. Friends please accept this intimation and meet for service at the crematorium at 10.00 a.m.

STEVENSON December 26 (peacefully at home), Barnard Castle. Malcolm, aged 57 years. Sadly missed by all family and friends. Charlotte Jane, aged 80 years, dearly loved wife of Ken, a loving sister to Edith, Redvers and the late George William, a much loved aunt. Will be missed by all of the family. Mary Elizabeth Olive (Libby), aged 86 years, dearly beloved wife of the late George Edwin (Eddy), a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Funeral service and interment to be held at St. Michael's Church, Well on Friday, January 7 at 1.30 p.m. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, may be given to the Guide Dogs for the Blind.

SUNLEY December 26 (suddenly in hospital), of Witton Crescent, Darlington. Harry, aged 77 years, dearly loved husband of Jean, adored father of June, father-in-law of Brian, also devoted grandfather of Jessica and uncle to Judith. Funeral Friday, January 7. Michael, aged 62 years, dear husband of Josephine, loving father of Jennifer and Michael, much loved grandad of Kendall and Dagan, dear brother of Stephen, Ella, Olga and Julie and sadly missed by all his family and friends. Mini-bus provided, leaving The Stag's Head on Tuesday, January 4 at 12.50 p.m. for service in St. Paul's Church, Waterhouses at 1.00 p.m., followed by interment in Parkwood Cemetery.
