COULSON On February 17, in hospital, of Ghyllholme Cottage, West Witton. Robert Hunter (Bob), aged 80 years, beloved husband of Olive, dearly loved father of Carolyn and a very dear father-in-law, grandad and great-grandad. Funeral service at St. Bartholomew's Church, West Witton on Monday, February 28 at 1.30 p.m., followed by private cremation. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to be shared between church funds and Aysgarth Surgery (plate in church). Friends please meet at the church.

COX On February 19, suddenly but peacefully at home, in Northallerton. Ron, dearly loved husband of Baby, father of Jane and John and dear brother to Ray and Sheila and family. Private family cremation, followed by Thanksgiving Service in Northallerton Methodist Church 12.00 noon Monday, February 28. Family flowers only. Donations, if wished, may be given for Thornton-le-Bean's Chapel and the Coronary Care Unit at the Friarage Hospital.

John, aged 84 years, beloved husband of the late Margaret, loving father of Peter, Patricia, Marie and the late John, a dear father-in-law of Kathryn, John and Trevor and a much loved grandad and great-grandad. Friends please meet for service and cremation at Durham Crematorium on Monday, February 28 at 9.30 a.m. Friends welcome at Mount Oswalds afterwards.

DAWSON Walter Mark February 17, 2005, aged 90 years. Adored father to the late Martin, grandad to Allison, Iain and Michelle, great-grandad to Adam, Olivia and Nicole. Ours is just a simple prayer for God to keep in his care. R.I.P.

DIXON February 23, peacefully, of Grayson Grange, Middlestone Moor. Violet, aged 82 years, much loved mam of Emeline, dearest mother-in-law of Joe, dearly loved nana of Donna and Sheldon and also a dear great-nana of Jay. Would friends please meet for service at Durham Crematorium Chapel at 10.30 a.m. on Wednesday.

ELLIOT February 16, of Bishop Auckland, formerly of Coundon. Magdalene (Madge), aged 89 years, devoted wife of the late Percy, also a much loved aunt and great-aunt. ELLISON Edward (Eddy) February 18, suddenly in Majorca, aged 48, formerly of Bishop Auckland. Dearly loved husband of Susan, adored father of Leanne, son, son-in-law, brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Sadly missed by all.

ENTWISTLE William Andrew William Andrew Entwistle, of Wynyard Park, Cleveland and AXA UK. Loving partner of Lynne, beloved father to James, Edward, Frances and David, a devoted son of Jean Elizabeth and the late Ian Sykes Entwistle, died suddenly on Sunday, February 20, 2005, aged 52 years. He will be sadly missed by his sister Carole, brother Simon, Sarah and his family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Monday, February 28, 2005 in St. Peter's Church, Heversham, near Kendal at 11.30 a.m., prior to interment in the churchyard. FELDMAR Anne (nee Reed) Died February 19, 2005. Resident of Jersey, (formerly of Sedgefield). Loving daughter of the late Tom and Ruth, wife of Brian and loving mother of David, Sally and Emma, also a devoted grandmother of Elien, much missed sister of Janet, Susan, John and Christopher. She spent much time of her life collecting and in time collected many friends for life. We will miss you Anne. xx.

Stan (formerly of Mapleton Drive, Norton), dearly loved husband of the late Peggy, much loved dad of Carol, dear father-in-law of Duncan, dearly loved grandad of Robert, Michael and James. Service in St. Peter's Church, Wolveston Friday, February 25 at 1.00 p.m., prior to interment in the churchyard. Family and friends please meet at church.

HARDY February 19, after a long illness bravely borne, died peacefully with his family at his side. HENDERSON February 17, 2005 (suddenly), aged 74 years while visiting her daughter Susan in Armagh, Northern Ireland. Margaret Catherine, beloved wife of the late Joe (Langley Park), much loved mother of Douglas and Susan, mother-in-law of June and Colin, grandmother of Matthew, Danielle and Zoe and daughter of Jim and the late Alice Munsey. Funeral arrangements took place in Northern Ireland on February 21. Deeply missed by her loving family.

HOBBS February 23 (peacefully, in hospital after a short illness), late of Stanhope. Annie Lavinia (Nancy), aged 85 years. Beloved wife of the late Norman, a dear mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and sister-in-law. Funeral details later.

HOBSON February 19 (peacefully after an illness patiently borne), of Crook, formerly of Alston. Catherine (nee Watson), aged 80 years, beloved wife of the late Donald, a loving mother of Susan, also a dear aunt. Would friends please meet for service in St. Andrew's United Reformed Church, Crook on Thursday, February 24 at 1.30 p.m., followed by cremation at Durham Crematorium. Family flowers only. Gilvery, aged 80 years, dearly loved wife of John, loving mother of Kathleen, Mac and Jane and the late Robert, a dear mother-in-law, grandma and great-grandma.
