Margaret, aged 79 years, of Newton Aycliffe, beloved wife of the late Wes, loving mother of Anne and Martin, a dear mother-in-law, also a much loved grandmother and nanna. GREENSIT William Herbert (Bert), aged 94 years, died peacefully in hospital on August 3, of Snape. Dearly loved husband of Dorothy, loving father of Hugh, John and Roger, also dear father-in-law and grandpa. Funeral service to be held at Snape Methodist Chapel on Monday, August 8 at 3.30 p.m., followed by interment at West Tanfield Churchyard. Family flowers only. Died peacefully at her nursing home on July 30, aged 83 years Margaret, dearly loved wife of the late David and a dear mam of Wendy and David, mother-in-law of Bill and Doreen, will be sadly missed by Joanne, Anthony and Adam. HARVEY Iris Frances (nee Daunton), aged 92 years, formerly of Ravensworth and Bishop Sutton, Somerset, died peacefully at Nightingale Hall, Richmond on July 28. Beloved wife of the late Edward, loving mother of Roger, Janet and Richard, mother-in-law of Doug and Brenda, a much loved grandma and great-granny and dear sister of Lily. Funeral service at Ravensworth Methodist Chapel on Friday, August 5 at 1.45 p.m., followed by private cremation. Friends please meet at the chapel. Family flowers only please. Dorothy (nee Binks), aged 78 years, dearly loved wife of the late Charlie, very dear mam of David and Anita, much loved mother-in-law of Christine and Phil, loving gran of Marcus, Alex, Suzanne, Laura, Joanna and Edward and very dear sister of Ernest, Elizabeth and the late Esme. Funeral service to be held at St. Andrew's Church, Grinton on Tuesday, August 9 at 2.00 p.m., followed by interment at Grinton Cemetery. Flowers are very welcome however, donations in memory of Dorothy, if so desired, may be given at the service for Reeth Surgery and St. Andrew's Church. MARTIN On July 28 (peacefully at home), of Lilac House, Hawes. Kenny, aged 68 years, dearly loved husband of Kathleen, very dear dad of Nigel and Gavin and a loving grandad. A private family cremation service will be held at Darlington, however, a Thanksgiving Service for Kenny will be held at St. Margaret's Church, Hawes today, Monday, August 1 at 2.00 p.m., to which all are very welcome. No flowers, but donations in memory of Kenny, if so desired, may be given at the service for the Mowbray Suite at the Friarage Hospital, Northallerton.

METCALFE Olive May, aged 92 years, of Catterick Village, died peacefully at Morris Grange Nursing Home on August 3. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth and a very dear auntie. Funeral service at St. Anne's Church, Catterick Village on Tuesday, August 9 at 11.00 a.m., followed by interment in the cemetery. Friends please meet at the church.

Will friends please meet for a service of thanksgiving in Crook Methodist Chapel at 11.00 a.m. on Monday, August 8, followed by a private ceremony at Durham Crematorium.
