OAKLEY (nee Young) Janice (Jan), aged 42 years, of Northallerton, died peacefully in the James Cook Hospital on July 29. A much loved mother of Anthony, beloved wife of Andrew. John (Jack), aged 84 years, dearly loved husband of Doreen and the late Nancy and Peggy, loving dad of Pamela, Willis, Margaret and John, a very dear father-in-law, much loved grandad, great-grandad, dearest brother of Ruby, Vera, Minnie and brother-in-law of Betty. Would friends please meet on Wednesday, August 3 for service in Union Street Methodist Church, Hetton-le-Hole at 11.00 a.m. Interment to follow in Hetton Cemetery. SAWYER Bertha Louisa (Loui, nee Peirse), aged 76 years, of Burrard Avenue, Richmond, died peacefully in hospital on July 31. Beloved daughter of the late Alice and George Edward Peirse, dear sister to George and sister-in-law to Irene. SHERRINGTON Ann Melville Sherrington (nee Campbell), passed away peacefully at the Conquest Hospital, Hastings, East Sussex, aged 91 years, on July 8. Sadly missed by her family and friends. The funeral has already taken place at Hastings Crematorium on July 19.

Jackie, aged 45 years, much loved mam of Lisa, Adam, Ryan, Liam, Kieran, Aaron and Kira-Beth, loving daughter of Bill and Laura, a dearly loved sister of Julie and Ken, also a dear sister-in-law and aunt. Will friends please meet for service in the Methodist Church, Shildon on Friday, August 5 at 10.00 a.m., followed by interment in Shildon Cemetery.
