CALDBECK-MEENAN Dr. Caldbeck-Meenan. John, died peacefully at home near Winston on August 18, surrounded by family. Dearly loved husband, father, grandfather and friend. Muriel, aged 80 years, beloved wife of Les, dearly loved mother of Maxine, Barrie and Ann and a much loved mother-in-law, grandma and great-grandma. Funeral Tuesday, August 30. Nora (nee Routledge), aged 52 years, beloved wife of Alan, devoted and much loved mother of Rebecca, Christopher and Rachael, dearly loved nana of Annie, Ben, Luke and Coner, also a very dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt and niece. Will friends please meet for service on Wednesday, August 31 at 1.30 p.m., in St. Paulinus R.C. Church, St Helen Auckland, to be followed by interment in Witton Park Cemetery.

George William, aged 68 years, dearly loved husband of Ada, loving father of Audrey, Alan and David, a dear father-in-law to Paul, Diane and a special grandad to Hayley, Stephanie, Simon, Andrew and Maria. Funeral service to be held in Holy Cross Church, Swainby at 2.30 p.m. Thursday, August 25, followed by interment. Family flowers only. DENT August 23, passed away after a long illness, patiently borne, of Newton Aycliffe (formerly of Bishop Auckland). Ida (nee Lye), aged 88 years, beloved wife of the late Joseph Sinclair (Joe), dearly loved mam of Bernice, Nadine and the late Roberta, also a much loved nana, great-nana and great- great-nana. Sadly missed by all of the family. Friends please meet for service at St. Anne's Church, Bishop Auckland on Tuesday, August 30 at 12.00 noon, to be followed by cremation at Durham Crematorium.

DENT On August 22, peacefully at home, in Osmotherley. Doris, dearly loved wife of the late Leonard and loving mam, grandma and great-grandma. Funeral service to take place at St. Peter's Church, Osmotherley on Friday, August 26 at 11.00 a.m., followed by interment.

DOUGHTY On August 26, in hospital, Jean Margaret (nee Calvert), aged 57 years, of Catterick Village. Dearly loved wife and soulmate of Brian, treasured mum of Emma and Mark, dear mother-in-law to Alistair and Joanne, much loved granny of Jack and Lauren, loving sister to Ken and Peter and sister-in-law to Barbara, Susan, Kenneth and Alma. Funeral arrangements later.

EALES August 25 (peacefully, in hospital). Ada, aged 90 years, of West Lodge Nursing Home, Billy Row, Crook, where she was lovingly cared for. Dearly loved wife of the late Kenneth and dearest mam of June and George, a loving grandad of Debbie, Tony, Fiona and the late Steven and great-gran to Bethan and Jay, a dear sister of George (Australia) also second mam to Marion.
