Ann (nee Bradley), aged 66 years, devoted wife of William, beloved mam of Brian, Billy, Terry, Heather and Christine, a much loved mother-in-law of Yolanda, Joyce, Julie, Kevin and Dave, also a much cherished nana. Friends please meet for service in St James' Church, Coundon on Friday, September 16 at 9.00 a.m., followed by interment in Coundon Cemetery.

John Samuel (Jack), aged 78 years, dearly loved husband of Jean, loving father of John and David and father-in-law of Marian and Margaret, a much loved grandad of Rachel, Helen and Christopher and a dear brother and brother-in-law. Friends please meet for service and cremation at Durham Crematorium on Monday, September 19 at 10.00 a.m. Friends welcome for refreshment at Mount Oswald Manor afterwards. Family flowers only please. KIRBY Eva (nee Milner), aged 86 years, of Garden House Lane, Cockfield, died peacefully at St. Helen's Nursing Home on September 12. Beloved wife of the late Arthur and a dear aunt and great-aunt. Funeral service at Cockfield Methodist Chapel on Wednesday, September 21 at 1.30 p.m., followed by interment in the Cemetery. Friends please meet at the Chapel. KIRKUP Audrey (nee Kell) September 13, suddenly in hospital, after a short illness, of Oxbridge. Audrey, aged 66 years, beloved wife of the late Bert, precious and much loved mam of Lynn, mother-in-law of Peter and much loved gran of Peter, Luke and Lyndsey. Friends please meet for service on Tuesday, September 20 at the Chapel of St Hilda, Teesside Crema-torium, Acklam Road, Middlesbrough at 11.15 a.m. Re-united with your loving husband Bert.

Reg, aged 63 years, beloved husband of Sandra, a much missed dad of Steven, Neil and the late Ian, father-in-law to Maria, a loving grandfather and a dear brother, also a son-in-law and brother-in-law. Margaret aged 81 years, dearly loved wife of Tom, very dear mother of John and Jean, dear mother-in-law of Anna and Philip and loving nanna of Deborah and Samantha. Funeral service and interment to be held at Arkengarthdale Methodist Chapel on Thursday, September 15 at 2.00 p.m. Flowers are welcome, or if preferred donations may be given at the service for Chapel Funds. LONSDALE (Chester-le-Street) Suddenly, at home, on September 8, aged 87 years. Ethel, a devoted wife of the late Charles Thomas, a much loved mam of Heather, Linda, Margaret, Charles and the late Tom, a dear mother-in-law of David, Viv and the late Vincent, also a loving grandma and grandma Ethel. Ethel will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. Friends please meet at St. Mary and St. Cuthbert's Church, Chester-le-Street on Wednesday September 14, at 12.30 p.m. for service prior to cremation at Durham Crematorium.

Ann Lynn (nee Bellwood) aged 51 years, dearly loved wife of Andrew, a dear mam of Kelly, Karen and partner Simon, a much loved nanna of Sophie, dear sister of Arthur and Sheila, daughter-in-law of Audrey and Morris and a loved sister-in-law and aunt, also a dear friend of Jean. Cortege leaving residence at 10.50 a.m. on Thursday, September 15 for service in St. Michael's Church at 11.00 a.m., followed by committal at Durham Crematorium. Family flowers only.
