Beloved wife of the late Denis, much loved mother of John, loving partner to Ken, dear mother-in-law to Bev and dearest sister to Wilf, Ken and Joe. Funeral service at St Anne's Church, Catterick Village on Wednesday, November 16 at 1.30 p.m., followed by private cremation. Friends please meet at the Church. Family flowers only please, if desired, donations for Cancer Research UK may be sent care of John Blenkiron and Sons Ltd., Funeral Directors, Victoria House, 21 Queens Road, Richmond, DL10 4AJ.

COOKE November 12, peacefully, in The Hawthorns Care Home Peterlee (formerly of Aged Miners Homes, Bearpark. Lavinia, aged 90 years, beloved wife of the late Billy, dearly loved mam of Audrey, Brian, Roland and Billy and a dear mother-in-law, grandma and great-grandma. Friends please meet for service in St. Edmund's Church, Bearpark on Thursday, November 17 at 1.00 p.m., followed by interment in St. Edmund's Churchyard. Friends welcome for refreshments at Bearpark Club afterwards.

COPELAND Sherburn Village November 11, peacefully in hospital. Elizabeth, aged 77 years, the dear daughter of the late Walter and Dorothy, also a loving sister. Elizabeth will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. Friends please meet at Durham Crematorium on Friday, November 18 at 9.30 a.m. for service prior to cremation.

CURBESON Mary, aged 90 years, of Catterick Village, died peacefully at the Friary Hospital, Richmond on November 15, after an illness borne with great courage and dignity. Dearly loved wife of Thomas (Tot), dearest sister to Margaret and Ida and a loving aunt and great-aunt. Funeral service at St. Anne's Church, Catterick Village on Tuesday November 22 at 11.30 a.m., followed by interment in the Cemetery. Friends please meet at the Church. DICKSON John, aged 49 years, died suddenly at home in Scarborough, late of Northallerton. Beloved husband of Bea, proud father of Scott and Grant, much loved son of the late John and Maureen and brother of Anne and Allison. He will be sadly missed by all family and friends. FINNEMORE Kathleen, aged 61 years, died unexpectedly but peacefully at University Hospital, Durham on November 13, beloved wife of Tony, much loved mum of Jennifer, Christopher and Kevin, a dear mother-in-law and sister and devoted granny.
