NICKLING

Dorothy I only had one sister, who had a heart of gold. Her loss to me will never be told. Though absent she is always near. Loved and missed and still very dear. To a beautiful life came a sudden end. She died as she lived, everyone's friend. Edna x.

August 15 (peacefully in Newtown House), of Stanhope. Lilian, aged 89 years, remembered with affection by her sister-in-law Doris, nieces and nephews. Beloved and devoted wife of Kevin, loving mother of Angela and mother-in-law of John, adoring gran of Adam, Lewis and Dominic, a much loved sister, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law, aunty and a good friend of many.
