Bill, aged 73 years, of Sedgefield, formerly of Peterlee, a dearly loved husband of Isobel, much loved dad of Stuart, Robert and Craig, father-in-law of Julie, Elaine and Vivien, also a dear and devoted grandad of Jack and Harry. Service and cremation to take place on Tuesday, September 18 at the Crematorium Chapel, Durham at 2.00 p.m. Friends please meet at the Crematorium Chapel.

Dearly beloved wife of the late Harry, much loved mam of Kenneth and Jennifer, adored gran of Beverly, Lynnette, Philip and Carrie, loving nanna of Arron, Katie, Maddison, Abbey, Natalie and Carl. Ronald, aged 74 years, beloved husband of the late Ada, dear father of Patricia, Pamela, Robert, Ronald, Anthony and Shirley, also a dear father-in-law, brother and grandad. A devoted wife of Don, a wonderful mother to John and Barbara, a dear sister to Brenda, also a very special nanna to Emma, Samantha, Charlotte, Helen and Frances and a dear great-grandma. Ena (nee Stannard), aged 67 years, beloved wife of Ray, dearly loved mam of Stephen and Martin, a loving mother-in-law, a much loved nana to Jack, Caitlin, Kyle, Stevie and the late Ryan, a dear sister of Alice and Alfie, sister-in-law of Jenny and Doug and a dearly loved aunt of Libby. Would friends please meet in St. Paul's Church, Spennymoor Wednesday for a service at 1.15 p.m., followed by interment at York Hill Cemetery.

HEATLEY - Dennis George Dennis died of cancer in his home in Douglas, Alaska, September 2, aged 57, dearly loved husband of Myra and brother to Michael, brother-in-law to Jill, David, Amy, Douglas, Jerry and Judy, son-in-law of Charles and Doretta and uncle to Gabriel and Helana and great friend to many. Born in Darlington he was a welder and pipe fitter working all over the world. First visiting Alaska in 1988, he met and fell in love with Myra and made it his home. Sadly he never got to retire to the log home he was building. A passionate traveller he also loved to fish, hunt and fly and had a private pilots licence. A loving and generous spirit with an incredible zest for life he lived large and laughed often and will be solely missed. There will be a Memorial Service in Alaska and Loch Lomond for details contact (07828) 329528 after the first of October.
