Dearly beloved husband of the late Vera, much loved dad of Lynne and Martin, dear father-in-law to Clive and Janet, a devoted grandad to Michael, Mark and Emily, dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. Many thanks to his many friends and family who helped him over the last difficult months. Funeral service at All Saint's Church, Langley Park, on Friday November 10, at 12.45 p.m. Cremation to follow.

Doreen, aged 76 years, much loved wife of the late Alec Jeffries and the late Syd Weston, mother of Philip, Stephen and Lynn, mother-in-law of Diana and Valerie, stepmother of Barbara, nana of Anna, Daniel and Matthew and sister of Vic, Sandra and the late Keith. CLARKSON - On October 28. Norman Winter, aged 77 years, of Kirkby Fleetham, Northallerton, died at home, peacefully, after an illness fought with great courage and dignity. Dearly loved husband of Maureen, much loved father of Denise and Kevin, dear father-in-law of Richard and Ann, loving grandad to Daniel, Jade, Joseph and Jed and a dear brother and brother-in-law. Funeral service at St. Andrew's Church, Great Fencote on Friday, November 3 at 1.00 p.m., followed by private cremation. Friends please meet at church. CLOSE - Christiana Rachel (Kitty). Passed away peacefully at home (Brockholme), on October 27, 2006, aged 91 years. Beloved mother of Jim, Dave and Doll, loved mother-in-law of Mavis, Lorraine and Leslie, a much loved nana and great-nana. Funeral service to be held at Thornton-le-Beans Methodist Chapel on Thursday November 2, at 12.30 p.m. followed by cremation at Darlington Crematorium on Thursday November 2, at 1.45 p.m.


COLLINS - Billy, died suddenly on October 4 aged 66 years, dear husband of the late Ellen, dear dad of David. Will be sadly missed by all. Memorial Service at St. Bede's R.C. Church, Sacriston on Tuesday, November 7 at 10.30 a.m. All welcome.

Dearly loved younger daughter of the late Annie Isabel and Tom Cram and sister of the late Ciss, Jack, Doris and Tom, a much loved aunt, great-aunt and friend. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday November 7. Cortege to leave the home of her niece, 49 The Meadows, Sedgefield at 1.30 p.m. for service and cremation at Durham Crematorium at 2.00 p.m. No flowers by request, however donations in lieu may be sent to, The Finance Department, Sedgefield Community Hospital, Sedgefield. Laura (nee Payne), aged 88 years, beloved wife of the late James, dear sister of Jack, dearest sister-in-law of Sylvia, also a much loved aunt. Friends please meet for service in St. Andrew's Church on Thursday, November 2 at 10.00 a.m., followed by interment in Bishop Auckland Town Cemetery.
