Dearly loved mam of Audrey and Jimmy, mother-in-law of David and a much loved gran of Trudi and Shannon. SHAW - Andrew, of 22 The Avenue, Fareham, Hampshire (formerly of Crook). Beloved son of Maura and Derek and best friend to Ian. He died peacefully in hospital on October 14, 2006, aged 43 years. Requiem Mass will be said in Our Lady Immaculate and St. Cuthbert's Church, Crook on Tuesday, October 24 at 10.30 a.m., followed by cremation. Will friends please meet at church. Elsie, aged 96 years, beloved wife of the late Jack, loved mam of Tony and Pat, also a dearly loved grandma to all her family. THOMPSON - October 11, (peacefully, in hospital after a long illness bravely borne), of Dean Street, Shildon. John, (Johnnie), aged 56 years, a dearly loved son of the late Margaret and the late Joseph, dearest brother to Judith and Barbara, also a dear brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle and nephew. Will be sadly missed all who knew him. Interment Wednesday October 25, in Shildon Cemetery following a service in St. John's Church, Shildon at 12.00 noon. Norman, aged 79 years, much loved husband of Mollie for over fifty years, dearest dad of Gordon and Suzanne and father-in-law of Ewa and Michael, devoted grandad to Katie, Adam and Ewan. WAITE - (nee Barker) October 12 (suddenly, in hospital). (Doris) Dot, aged 72 years, of Cockerton, Darlington. Ever loving companion of Peter, a dearly loved mum of Janeen and Mark, a dear mother-in-law of Jane and Tant, adored grandma of Grace, beloved sister of Leslie and Maureen and the late Joyce, sister-in-law of Ernie, also a loving auntie to nieces and nephews, will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
