FENWICK April 9, peacefully in hospital, following a long illness. Robert Arthur (Bob), aged 81 years, of Oswald Court, Durham City. Sadly missed by his much loved wife Linda, beloved dad to David, Valerie and Susan, also a much loved father-in-law, grandad and great-grandad. Funeral to take place on Saturday. Will friends please meet for service and cremation at Durham Crematorium at 9.00 a.m. Family flowers only please, by request. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Salvation Army. Plate provided at the crematorium.

FITZROY-SMITH Leonard Arthur, Ex. Lt. Colonel L.M.C. 6th (Royal Welch) Parachute Battalion 2nd Parachute Brigade Group. Past President of Darlington Parachute Regimental Association, aged 85 years, peacefully at home, Barton. Known affectionately as 'Fitz' and 'The Boss' by so many Ex. Airborne/Para veterans and friends, who will always treasure the memories of his years with P.R.A. Funeral service at St. Cuthbert and St. Mary's Church, Barton on Monday, April 14 at 1.00 p.m., followed by private (family only) cremation. Family flowers only. Barbara (nee Watson), aged 57 years, beloved wife of the late Terry, loving mam of Jason, treasured grandma of Jayden, much loved sister to Pauline and Robert, dearly loved daughter-in-law to Irene, also a devoted daughter, sister-in-law and aunty. Funeral Wednesday, April 16. Would friends please meet 10.15 a.m. for service at Darlington Crematorium. In lieu of flowers, a donation could be made to the Macmillan Nurses.

Jonas, aged 76 years, much loved husband of the late Cilla, dearly loved father of Ursula and Pricilla, loving father-in-law of Alan, treasured grandad of Paul, Nicola, Zita and Luke, devoted great-grandad of Oliver, Anthony and Jonas, a much loved and devoted brother of Yuozas and a loving uncle to all his Lithuanian family. Funeral Tuesday, April 15. Would friends please meet 10.00 a.m. for Requiem Mass at St. Mary's R.C. Church, Newton Aycliffe followed by interment in The West Cemetery, Newton Aycliffe.
