Margaret (Maggie), aged 82 years, a beloved wife of the late Edgar, much loved mother of June and Keith, mother-in-law or Christine and Geoff and devoted grandmother of Katy and Christopher. Margaret will be received into St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Gilesgate on Wednesday September 10, at 5.30 p.m. Requiem Mass to be held on Thursday at 10.00 a.m. Followed by interment in South Road Cemetery. Would friends please meet at church. Alice (formerly Mason), aged 85 years, dearly loved wife of the late Jack Fothergill, a very dear aunt and great-aunt. Funeral service to be held at Hawes Methodist Chapel on Monday, September 15 at 11.00 a.m., followed by cremation at Lancaster and Morecambe Crematorium at 2.45 p.m. Family flowers only please, however, donations in memory of Alice, if so desired, may be given for Chapel Funds for which a plate will be present at the service. Frank Bradley, aged 72 years, beloved husband of the late Doris, devoted dad of Susan and son-in-law George, also a much loved and loving granda of Amy. Kenneth, aged 79 years, beloved husband of the late Louis, loving father of Barry, Lynn and Dennis and a dear father-in-law, granda and great-granda. GOODWIN Blackwell, Darlington, (late of Eaglescliffe, Stockton). Died peacefully in her sleep at North Tyneside General Hospital on September 4, aged 86 years. Mary Ellen (Mollie), beloved wife of the late Bernard James, mother of Nicholas, Martin and the late Christopher, mother-in-law of Joan, Ros and Sheelagh, grandmother of Sharon, Elaine, Paul, Nicola, Helen, Kirsty, Adrian and Nicholas, great-grandmother of Aiden, Robert, Jordan, Darien and Alice. To be received into St. Cuthbert's R.C. Church, North Shields on Tuesday September 9, at 6.00 p.m. Requiem Mass on Wednesday September 10 at 10.30 a.m. followed by cremation at Whitley Bay Crematorium at 11.30 a.m. Friends please meet at church. Verna, aged 82 years, beloved wife of the late Maurice, a dearly loved mam of Sandra and Sylvia, mother-in-law of Colin, adored nana and great-nana, also a loving sister of Ben. JACOBSON of Your Charity, please pray for the repose of Gladys Jacobson, aged 77 years who died in Jarrow on Tuesday September 9, 2003. Fortified by the rites of Holy Mother Church. Her body will be received into The Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Northallerton at 4.00 p.m. on Monday September 15. To be received in to St. Patrick's R.C. Church, Fairfield, Stockton on Thursday, September 11 at 6.00 p.m. Requiem Mass Friday, September 12 at 12.00 noon, prior to interment at Durham Road Cemetery.
