EBDON - July 23, (peacefully, in hospital), of May Street, Bishop Auckland. Vera, aged 84 years. A dearly loved wife of the late Ronnie, a much loved mam of Olwyn, a dear mother-in-law of Alan, a treasured nanna of Michael and Diane, also a much loved sister, sister-in-law and aunt. Cremation Tuesday July 31, at Durham, following a service in The Crematorium Chapel at 3.30 p.m. Friends please meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only please. Laura (nee Bryan), aged 73 years, much loved wife of Ces, a dearly loved mother of Diane, John and Ian, a special mother-in-law, nanna, sister and auntie. Funeral service on Wednesday, August 1 in St. Paul's Church, Witton Park at 2.00 p.m., to be followed by interment in Witton Park Cemetery. Friends please meet at church.

Norman, aged 61 years, beloved husband of Sheila, devoted dad of Neil and Kirsty, dear father-in-law to Paul, much loved and loving grandad of Rebecca and Jonathon, also dear brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Will friends please meet for service in St. Philip and St. James' Church, Witton-le-Wear at 1.00 p.m. on Thursday, August 2, followed by private cremation.

GIRLING - Tony, formerly of Trimdon Station, died July 18, suddenly in hospital, aged 60 years. Treasured brother of Jean, John, Elizabeth and Edward. Funeral to take place Wednesday at 2.00 p.m., at St. Cuthbert's Methodist Church, Ryhope. All friends please meet at the church.

GLOVER - Frank, aged 74 years, formerly of Oak Grove, Northallerton, peacefully and with dignity, at home, on July 22. Beloved husband of the late Jessie, much loved and respected dad of Frank, Sue and Tracy, dear father-in-law of Denis and Sue and a loving grandad and great-grandad. Funeral service at Darlington Crematorium on Tuesday, July 31 at 11.45 a.m. Friends please meet at the crematorium chapel. Family flowers only please. HARTNELL - On July 22, 2007, in hospital, after a brief illness. Trevor, aged 86 years, of 7 Homeryde House, Lee-on-Solent, Hampshire (late of Chilton and Ferryhill). Loving wife of the late John, much loved mam of John, Derek and Brian, mother-in-law of Ann, a loving grandmother and great-grandmother. Funeral service to take place on Monday July 30, at Durham Crematorium at 2.00 p.m. Friends please meet at the crematorium.

HUNTER - Sacriston. Peacefully in St. Mary's Nursing Home on July 20, aged 102 years. Edith, beloved wife of the late William Wiseman, a dear mother of George and the late Sarah and John, much loved and sadly missed by all family and friends. Friends please meet for service in St. Philip and St. James Church, Kimblesworth on Thursday July 26, at 12.15 p.m. followed by interment in Sacriston Cemetery. Private afterwards.

HUTCHINSON - Albert, formerly of Oaks House, Evenwood, died July 23, 2007 in Grantham Hospital, aged 85 years. Re-united with his beloved wife Flo. Devoted father of Ann and father-in-law of Harry. Cherished grandad of Dawn and Robert, Debra and Nic, much loved great-grandad of Donna, Lauren, Rebecca, Matthew and Edward and special friend of Alaina and Ben.
