Dorothy, aged 67 years, beloved wife of Bill, a dearly loved mother of Jill, Elizabeth and Antony, a dear mother-in-law of Nigel, Michael and Tania also a much loved grandma of Jenny, Tom, Sophie, Adam, Jamie and Libby. Funeral service in St. Luke's Parish Church, Ferryhill on Friday June 8 at 10.15 a.m., prior to private cremation. Will relatives and friends please meet at Church.

HENDERSON - Dorothy Anne In loving memory of a beautiful, dear sister who will be greatly missed, you will always be with us. Love from Geoffrey, Christine, Stephen, Jessica and Ruth.

HENDRY - June 1, of New Acres, Ushaw Moor. Bobby, aged 76 years, dearly loved husband of Monica, loving dad of Kevin and Patricia, father-in-law of Alex and Lynne and a dear granda to Helen and Sharon and will be sadly missed by all his family. Friends please meet for Requiem Mass in St. Joseph's R.C. Church on Thursday, June 7 at 1.00 p.m., followed by interment in the churchyard. Donations in lieu of flowers may be given after the service for Diabetes U.K. Friends welcome for refreshments in the Parish Centre afterwards.

HEWITSON - On June 1, suddenly, of Landsdowne Road, Coxhoe, late of Kelloe. John Smart, aged 85 years, beloved husband of the late Elizabeth, dearly loved mother of June and John, a dear father-in-law of Jeff and Ann and a much loved grandad of Corinne, Lee and Collette. Will be sadly missed. Friends please meet for service at St Helen's Church, Kelloe on Thursday, June 7 at 10.15 a.m. Cremation to follow.

HILL - May 28, (suddenly, in hospital). Audrey, aged 89 years, of Starmer Crescent, Darlington. A beloved wife, dearly loved mam of Margaret and Kathleen, a dear mother-in-law of Ian and Peter, also a much loved nanna of Jill, Andrew and James. Funeral Friday June 8. Would friends please meet 1.15 p.m. for service at Darlington Crematorium

HOLLIDAY - Lucy (nee Walker) On May 30, suddenly. Lucy, aged 88 years, of Oban Court, late of Mowden Terrace. Loved wife of the late Fred, dearly loved mother of Wendy and Linda, loving gran of Craig and Racheal, great-gran of Alex and Liam, also a very loved and loving mother-in-law, sister and aunt. Funeral to leave Oban Court for service at Harrowgate Hill Methodist Church, Lowson Street on Thursday June 7, at 2.30 p.m., followed by cremation. Family flowers only please by request. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Oban Court. Will be sadly missed

Friends please meet for service in St. Edmund's Church, Bearpark on Monday, June 11 at 1.15 p.m. Private cremation to follow. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu may be given after the service for the Alzheimers Society.

HUTTON - On May 31, peacefully at home, of South Lea, Witton Gilbert, Melvyn, aged 62 years, beloved husband of Eileen, a much missed dad of Mark, Paula and Claire and a dear granda to Kieron, Connor and Neil. Michael William, aged 65 years, beloved son of the late Harry and Peggy, dearly loved brother of Tony and much loved brother-in-law to Julie. Funeral Wednesday, June 6. Margaret, aged 87 years, of Aiskew, beloved wife of the late Sidney, much loved mum of Leslie and Brian and loving nanna of Craig, Gail and Paul. Funeral service and interment to be held at St. Gregory's Church, Bedale on Monday, June 11 at 12.30 p.m.

Edith, aged 73 years, dearly loved wife of Matthew, much loved mam of David, Pamela, Philip, Lynn and Elizabeth, a loving mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother and a dear sister of Hilda. Funeral Wednesday, June 13. Friends please meet for service in Darlington Crematorium at 2.45 pm

Beloved wife of the late Norman, a loved mam of Sheila and June, a dear mother-in-law, a much loved grandma and great-grandma and a loving sister and aunty. Would friends please meet in St. Charles R.C. Church, Tudhoe Village, June 7, for a service at 2.00 p.m. followed by committal at Durham Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired may be given to the family for 'Childrens Leukaemia.'

LOWE - May 29. Jane, (Jenny), aged 87 years. Of Bearpark, Durham. Devoted wife of the late Neville and much loved and loving mam of Hilary. Funeral to take place on Tuesday June 12. McKENNA - Houghton June 1, peacefully (form-erly of Sherburn). Edith (nee Turnbull), aged 77 years, devoted wife of Dennis, a much loved mam of David and Susan, also beautiful grandma of Paul, Joanne, Maria, Lyndsey, Kristina, Liam and Aiden. Edith will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. Friends please meet at Durham Crematorium on Thursday, June 7 at 9.30 a.m. for service, prior to crem-ation. Michael (Mick), aged 53 years, a beloved husband of Suzanne, devoted dad of Daniel and Gavin, treasured son of Anne and the late Arthur, also a much loved brother of Tony. Funeral Wednesday June 13.
