Family flowers only please, however donations in memory of Alwyn, if so desired, may be given at the service for Marie Curie Cancer Care and St. Oswald's Church. Will friends please meet at the Church and accept this intimation.

NIXON - June 5, peacefully, in hospital, of Heighington. Robert (Bobby), aged 95 years, dearly loved husband of Myra and a much loved uncle and great-uncle. Funeral service private.

OSLINGTON - June 4, of Collingwood Street, Coundon. Kitty (formerly Ellsworth, nee Lamb), aged 67 years, beloved wife of Topper, a dearly loved mother, a loving mother-in-law, a much loved nana and great-grandma and a dear sister and aunt. Would friends please meet in St. James' Church Monday for a service at 9.45 a.m., followed by committal at Durham Crematorium.

PAKES - June 1, of Crook. George, aged 69 years, beloved partner of Norma, also a dear brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Will friends please meet for service in Durham Crematorium at 12.00 noon on Thursday, June 7. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu may be left at the crematorium for the Air Ambulance.

PORTER - June 3, of West Auckland, (formerly Easington). Vera, aged 77 years. Beloved wife of the late Thomas, a much loved mam, sister of Eunice and cousin of Lillian.
