Service to be held in St. Hilda's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Thursday, February 15 at 11.45 a.m., prior to cremation. Friends please meet at the Crematorium. Family flowers only please.

SALMON - Carrville February 2, peacefully in hospital after a long illness. James, aged 65 years, devoted husband of Elsie, loving dad of Shaun, loving father-in-law of Jackie, proud grandad of Taylor and Nathan, a sadly missed brother, brother-in-law and uncle and a dear friend to all. Friends please meet for service at St. Mary Magdalene Church, Belmont on Monday, February 12 at 12.45 p.m., followed by cremation at Durham Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if so desired to Leukaemia Research c/o the family.

Linda (nee Jones), aged 59 years, dearly loved wife of Peter, much loved mam of Ian and Michelle, devoted nanna of Emily, Jack and Ben, dearly loved daughter of Margaret and daughter-in-law of Nellie. Will friends please meet for service in Durham Crematorium, 1.30 p.m., Tuesday, February 13.

Peter, beloved husband of Sally, devoted dad of Stefan (John), dearly loved by Stefan's partner Karen, also much loved brother of Bobby and brother-in-law to Agnes. Will friends please meet for service in Durham City Crematorium at 11.30 a.m. on Thursday, February 8. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu may be left with the family or at the crematorium for Cancer Research.

SMEATON - January 30, suddenly, of Leesfield Road, Meadow-field. Philip, aged 40 years, a much loved husband, father, brother and son and a truly inspirational nurse. Service and cremation at Durham Crematorium on Tuesday, February 13 at 12.00 noon. Friends please meet at the Crematorium. Family flowers only please but donations may be made to a mental health charity of your choice.

SMITH - February 5, in hospital, of Welbeck Avenue, formerly of Tyne Crescent, Darlington. Michael Ezra (Miff), aged 42 years, dearly loved father of Amie and Daniel, loving grandad of Lewis and Leona, much loved son of Brenda and Ezra, dear brother of Anthony, Tracey and Philip and also a dear uncle. Funeral Tuesday, February 13. Friends please meet for service in St. Columba's Church at 1.45 p.m., followed by interment in the East Cemetery.

SMITH - On February 1, died peacefully at Sherburn House Hospital, formerly of Cassop and Quarrington Hill. Catherine Edith, aged 95 years, a sadly missed and treasured aunt of the Lamb, Barber, Gillett, Smith and Hogan families. Would friends please meet for service at Sherburn House Hospital Church at 1.00 p.m. on Friday, February 9, followed by cremation at Durham Crematorium at 2.00 p.m. No flowers by request. Donations in lieu of flowers to Sherburn House Charity, Beddell House, Sherburn Hospital, Durham, DH1 2SE. Cathy will be resting at Sherburn Hill Co-operative Funerals. All enquiries to Tel. STABLER - February 7, peacefully at her daughter's residence. Dora, aged 94 years (nee Hammond), formerly of Reeth and Shildon. Beloved wife of the late George, devoted mam of Lorna, dear mother-in-law to Christopher, also a dear aunt. A private family service is to be held.

STONEHOUSE - Kenneth Died on February 5, of Coundon. Service to be held at Durham Crematorium, Monday, February 12 at 9.30 a.m. All welcome. He will be sadly missed by all the family. Refreshments afterwards at Leeholme Social Club, Coundon.

SWAINSTON - February 5 (peacefully in hospital), of St. Pauls Gardens, Spennymoor. Robert (Bob), aged 83 years, a dearly loved husband of the late Mary and a much loved father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Would friends please meet in St. Paul's Church, Friday for a service at 2.15 p.m., followed by committal at Durham Crematorium.

THOMAS - (nee Ramage) Pearl Aged 52 years. Passed away February 5, 2007. At home in Laguna Niguel, California, after an illness hard to bear by all. Now at Peace. Pearl, devoted wife to Dave, loving mother to Lee and treasured sister to Bill. Her wish is to be returned to Trimdon for Burial in Deaf Hill Cemetery. Funeral particulars to follow. TODD - February 6, peacefully at The Causeway, Darlington. Frank, aged 67 years, beloved husband of Pat, dearly loved father of Linda, Sandra, Julie, Denise, Marjorie and Anthony, also a much loved father-in-law, grandad and great-grandad. Funeral Monday. Friends please meet for service in St. John's Church at 2.00 p.m., followed by cremation.

WILSON - Harry Michael Died February 2, 2007, aged 21 weeks. Very much loved son of Clare and Christopher, brother of Chloe, grandson and nephew. Sadly missed by all. Sleep in peace little man.
