Regina F. Haskin
Regina Frances Haskin, 87, of 100 Moore Street, Bristol, Va., died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 1998, in NHC Healthcare.
She was a native of Bristol, Virginia, a member of Eastern Star and a member of Euclid Avenue Baptist church.
Survivors include one daughter, Betty Haskin Dixon Blass, Knoxville; three sons, Charles M. Haskin, Leon James Haskin and Bobby Eugene Haskin, all of Las Vegas, Nev.; one brother, Marion Miller, Bristol, Virginia; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.

Robert Hensley
MOUNTAIN CITY -- Robert "Bud" Hensley, 72, of 105 Sunset Drive, died Wednesday in
Johnson City Medical Center.
He was a native of
Johnson County, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and a former member of the
Johnson County Honor Guard.
He was a cutter with LECO Manufacturing for several years and was a member of Mountain City United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Brooks Hensley; one son, Robert W. Hensley, Mountain City; four brothers, H.Y. Hensley, Bristol, Tennessee, Thomas Hensley, Shady Valley, and Roger Hensley and Jimmy Hensley, both of Mountain City; three sisters, Helen Smith, Mountain City, and Willa Adams and Ethel Trivette, both of Blountville; two grandchildren; 15 nieces; and nine nephews.

Howard R. Ingle
ABINGDON -- Howard Raymond Ingle, 81, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 1998, in Johnston Memorial Hospital.
He was a lifelong resident of Washington County and had lived in Woodward's Rest Home in Abingdon.
Survivors include four brothers, Lloyd V. Ingle and Malcom Ingle, both of Abingdon, Hubert Ingle, Kingsport, and Anthony Ingle, Prince George, Va.; two sisters, Hazel Emory, Hopewell, Va., and Dora E. Owens, Bristol, Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.

Richard E. Kegley
CHILHOWIE -- Richard Eldridge "Dick" Kegley, 69, of 613 Old Stage Road, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 1998, in Holston Valley Hospital and Medical Center, Kingsport.
He was a native of Bristol, Virginia, a 1945 graduate of Virginia High School and attended Emory & Henry College.
He was a U.S. Army veteran, an active member of Chilhowie United Methodist Church, chairman of the Chilhowie Planning Commission, a long time employee of the H.S.
Williams Company, Marion, and loved the game of golf.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy Madison Kegley; two daughters, Tamara K. Ball, Houston, Kyra K. Bishop, Chilhowie; two sons, Steven R. Kegley, Chilhowie, Richard E. "Dickie" Kegley, Abingdon; eight grandchildren; two daughters-in-law; two sons-in-law; two brothers, Ralph Jessee and Bernard Jessee, both of Bristol; and several nieces, nephews and aunts.

J. Paul Lady
COLONIAL HEIGHTS -- J. Paul Lady, 84, died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 1998, in Holston Valley Hospital and Medical Center.
He was a lifelong resident of Sullivan County, and served with the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II.
He was a member of Colonial Heights Baptist Church.
He was also a member of Nolichuckey-Grand View No. 194, Order of the Eastern Star and Sinking Creek Masonic Lodge No. 575 for more than 50 years.
He was a principal and teacher in the Sullivan County School System for a number of years, serving the last 28 years as principal of Sullivan Elementary School.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna R. Lady.
Survivors include one son, Jack Lady, Kingsport; one granddaughter; three sisters, Leota Cox, Helen Lady and Bonnie Lady, all of Kingsport; four nephews; three nieces; and several great-nephews; and great-nieces.

Dorothy S. Lark
LEBANON -- Dorothy Sykes Lark, 82, died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 1998, at her home.
She was a native of Russell County, had lived in Roanoke, where she had worked for Singer Furniture Company, and had lived in Abingdon before moving back to Lebanon.
She was the widow of Everett F. Lark and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include four daughters, Betty Blinne, New Rochelle, N.Y., Poly Gilbert, Lebanon, Patsy Smith, Roanoke and Peggy Lacy, The Woodlands, Texas; two sons, Bill Lark, Abingdon, and Jerry Lark, Lebanon; four sisters, Bertha Monk, Narrows, Opal Taylor, Auberndale, Fla., Jean Altic, Roanoke, and Lucy Moye, Pearisburg; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Essie M. Looney
MAXIE, Va. -- Essie Mae Stiltner Looney, 70, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 1998, in Bluefield Regional Medical Center.
She was a native of Pike County, Ky., and had lived in Buchanan County most of her life.
She was a member of Bull Creek Old Regular Baptist Church, a homemaker and the widow of George D. "Buster" Looney.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Helen Boyd, Maxie; two sons, Bobby Gene Looney and Sol Looney, both of Maxie; one sister, Macie Stiltner, Keystone, Ind.; one half-sister, Mary Jane Stiffler, Jackson, Ohio; one brother, Sol Stiltner, Jackson, Ohio; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

BLUFF CITY -- Arthur "Ott" Mains, 74, of 317 Summit Drive died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 1998, in
Johnson City Medical Center.
He was a native of Shouns, Tenn., and had lived in Bluff City since 1937.
Survivors include one sister, Thelma Hendricks; and several nieces and nephews.

Annie P. Ratcliffe
GLADE SPRING -- Miss Annie Pearl Ratcliffe, 81, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 1998, in Smyth County Community Hospital, Marion.
She was a lifelong resident of Washington County, Va., and was a retired employee from Southwestern State Hospital.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Leo (Sue) Powers, and Mrs. Roland (Hazel) Lester, both of Glade Spring; one nephew, Robert E. "Butch" Lester; and one great-niece, Megan Lester.

Nell W. Repass
ABINGDON -- Mrs. Nell Walden Repass, 83, died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 1998, in Johnston Memorial Hospital.
She had lived in Abingdon most of her life, was a retired secretary for Delegate Joseph A. Johnson, and was a former secretary for William King High School and the commonwealth of Virginia.
She was the widow of Frank
Carter "Babe" Repass and a member of Abingdon United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. W.C. (Shirley) DeBusk Jr., Abingdon, and Mrs. Dale (Mary) Adamson, Rockledge, Fla; five grandsons; seven great-grandchildren; two nieces; and one nephew.
