Sean E. Clemmons, 27, of Bristol, Tenn., died Thursday, Dec. 30, 1999.
He was born in Seoul, Korea, a son of Chae Vinson of
Johnson City and Ed Clemmons of Kingsport. He had lived in the Bristol area all of his life. He was an employee of Superior Industries in
Johnson City.
Surviving, besides his parents, are his wife, Jessa Widner Clemmons; a daughter, Alyssa Clemmons of the home; his stepfather, Fred Vinson of
Johnson City; his stepmother, Pat Clemmons of Kingsport; a half-sister, Gayleen Verna Kelley; a half-brother, Laricky Bryce; two stepbrothers, Dewey L. Lilly and Van Kerry; a stepsister, Lydia Grant; maternal grandmother, Ahn Choe Cha of Seoul.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 8 p.m. in Weaver Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Mike Owens will officiate. Graveside services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in Morrell Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dave Smith, Devon Pierce, Roger Morton, Bill Smith, Danny Willis, Shannon Kirk, brother-in-law, Jimbo
Jones and employees of Superior Industries.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Sunday before the chapel service in Weaver Funeral Home.
Earl C. Coalson
Funeral services for Earl C. Coalson will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. at the graveside in Shelby Hills Cemetery. The Rev. John A. Thrasher will officiate.
Mr. Coalson, 88, of Grand Court, Bristol, Va., died Wednesday, Dec. 29. 1999, in Bristol Regional Medical Center.

Fay F. Cridlin
JONESVILLE, Va. -- Fay Fuller Cridlin died Friday, Dec. 31, 1999, at her home.
She was born in Wise County, Va., a daughter of Hiram and Louise Counts Fuller. She had lived in Lee County since 1946, was a member of Lee County Community Hospital Auxiliary and attended First United Methodist Church of Jonesville.
Surviving are her husband, Judge Joseph N. Cridlin; a son, George Fuller Cridlin of Jonesville; a daughter, Josephine C. Rowlett of Pennington Gap; a sister, Louise F. Fraley of Appalachia; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 4 p.m. in First United Methodist Church of Jonesville by Arney-Mullins Funeral Home. The Rev. Brad Scott will officiate. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, Va.
The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday in the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to First United Methodist Church of Jonesville or a church of choice.

Mrs. Gray, 93, of 1000 Barker St. Extension, Bristol, Tenn., died Thursday, Dec. 30, 1999, in Bristol Regional Medical Center.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. before the service Sunday in the funeral home or any time at the home of daughter Margie Francis, 1003 Barker St. Extension, Bristol, Tenn.

Worley H. Grizzel
GATE CITY -- Graveside services for Worley H. Grizzel will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. in Holston View Cemetery. The Rev. Wrightly Salling will officiate.
Mr. Gizzel, 79, of the Yuma community, Route 3, Box 58, died Thursday, Dec. 30, 1999, in Indian Path Hospital.
He was born in Russell County, Va. He was a retired line foreman with Appalachian Power Co. in Gate City and attended Prospect United Methodist Church. He was a charter member of Yuma Ruritan Club and served twice as Southwest Virginia district governor of Ruritan National, where he initiated membership of 20 new Ruritan Clubs in Southwest Virginia. He was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He served on the Board of Directors of Scott County Farm Bureau and was a former supervisor with the Scott County Board of Supervisors, representing District One.
Surviving are his wife, Sallie Edwards Grizzel; a son, Roger Grizzel of Kingsport; a sister, Lillie Ball of Bristol Tennessee; a brother, Tivis Grizzel of Cleveland, Va.; two granddaughters; and a great-grandson.
Among survivors are daughter-in-law Barbara Grizzel of Kingsport; granddaughters Mrs. Jason (Deana) Moore and Kara Grizzel, both of Kingsport; and great-grandson Christian Moore of Kingsport.
Pallbearers will be Edsel Bellamy, Johnny Thacker, Ivan Taylor, Hagan Hartgrove, Burl Jones, N.W. Wininger and Doyle Alley.

LEBANON -- Funeral services for William "Will" Grizzle will be conducted Sunday at 8 p.m. in Russell County Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Duane Musick will officiate. Burial will be Monday in Grizzle Family Cemetery on Weavers Creek.
Mr. Grizzle, 91, died Friday, Dec. 31, 1999, in Russell County Medical Center.

James R. Jackson
CHILHOWIE -- James Roosevelt Jackson, 91, died Thursday, Dec 30, 1999, in Lewis Gale Hospital in Salem.
He was a retired coal miner and member of United Mine Workers union.
Surviving are a daughter, Susan J. Tuell of Chilhowie; three sons, James R. Jackson Jr. of Elliston, and Edward E. Jackson and Herbert Michael Jackson, both of Chilhowie; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 7 p.m. in Newberry Funeral Home Chapel. Minister Porter Riner will officiate. Entombment services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in Roselawn Cemetery and Mausoleum in Marion.
The family will receive friends after the funeral service.

Ruth M. Jessee
MEADOWVIEW -- Ruth Marie Jessee, 71, died Friday, Dec. 31, 1999, in Johnston Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Bartley, W.Va., and had lived in more than 40 states. She attended Lebanon United Methodist Church and was the widow of Oliver Jessee.
Surviving is a half-sister, Christine Fulks of Cincinnati.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 4 p.m. in Farris Funeral Chapel. The Revs. Tim Graham and Bill Graybeal will officiate. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memory Gardens.
Among survivors are cousins, including Doris and Mike Dillow of Meadowview; and two adoptive grandchildren, Austin Bowman and Ashley Bowman.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Mrs. Johnson, 98, died Wednesday, Dec. 29, 1999, at the home of a granddaughter in Church Hill, Tenn.
