Croley Franklin Wilson
Croley Franklin Wilson, 76, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2000, in Bristol Nursing Home.
He was born in Williston, Fla., a son of the late E.J. and Rose Minton Wilson. He had lived in Bristol since 1991 and was a U.S. Army veteran.
Surviving are three sisters, Edwina Wilson, Elvira Wilson and Imogene Wilson; and two bothers, Billy Wilson and Bob Wilson.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 9 a.m. in the National Cemetery at Mountain Home, Tenn. The Veterans Affairs chaplain will officiate.

Howard Thomas Woods
SALTVILLE -- Howard Thomas Woods, 78, died Sunday, Jan. 29, 2000, in Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport.
He was the widower of Mattie Mae Woods.
Surviving are three sons, Joe Woods and James Woods, both of Saltville, and Danny Woods of Chilhowie; two daughters, Ann Simms and Patricia Woods, both of Saltville; three brothers, Dale Woods of Marion, Edgar Woods of Tennessee and Charles Woods of Glade Spring; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. in D.R. Henderson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Curtis Duff will officiate. Burial will be in Glade Spring Baptist Cemetery.
Among survivors is a special friend, Kathleen Prater.
Pallbearers will be nephews and special friend Brandon Wells.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday in D.R. Henderson Funeral Home.
Roy Lee Worley
Funeral services for Roy Lee Worley will be conducted Monday at 8 p.m. in Weaver Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Gerald Price and Dr. Howard Robinson will officiate. Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Susong Cemetery.
Mr. Worley, 78, of Bristol Virginia, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2000.
He was a lifelong resident of Bristol, a son of the late Frank and Callie Worley. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church, retired from Enterprise Wheel and Car and a 45-year member of the Grand Lodge of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. He was the widower of Beulah Katheryn Worley.
Surviving are three sons, Bobby Allen Worley, Ronnie Lee Worley and David Michael Worley, all of Bristol Virginia; three sisters, Evelyn Canter and Mabel Bowers, both of Bristol Virginia, and Helen Cross of Bristol Tennessee; four brothers, Lawrence Worley, Bill Worley, Carl Worley and Fred Worley, all of Bristol Virginia; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Worley was also preceded in death by a daughter, Carolyn Evon Worley; a great-granddaughter, Janey Lou Worley; and a brother, Denver Worley.
Pallbearers will be Mark Worley, Barry Worley, Chris Worley, Chris Sharin, Terry lane and Jerry Campbell.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. before the chapel service in Weaver Funeral Home.

Kyle H. Cunningham
Kyle H. Cunningham of Bristol Virginia died Sunday, Jan. 30, 2000, in Bristol Regional Medical Center.
He retired from Fort Myers, Fla., News Press and was a former employee of the Bristol Herald Courier with 25 years of service. He was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Beeler Cunningham; two daughters, Gail Massie of Bristol Tennessee and Christine Leonard of Bristol Virginia; two brothers, Glen Cunningham of Bristol Tennessee and Frank Cunningham of Leesburg, Va.; five grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 1 p.m. in Forest Hills Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel in Abingdon by Weaver Funeral Home of Bristol, Tenn., The Rev. Jesse Neal will officiate.

SALTVILLE -- Moses M. DeBord Sr., 60, formerly of Laurel, Del., died Sunday, Jan. 30, 2000, at his home.
He was a son of the late James and Louise DeBord.
Surviving are his wife, Paige Slate DeBord; two sons, Moses DeBord Jr. of Laurel, Del., and Mark DeBord of Delmar, Del; two daughters, Terry Tamosaitis-Rodenbaugh of Laurel and Jennifer Adkins of Delmar; two brothers, Bonner DeBord of Oak Hall, W.Va., and Herschel DeBord of Bristol Virginia; a sister, Evelyn Kelly of Bristol Virginia; 17 grandchildren; and 18 nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. in D.R. Henderson Funeral Home. Vernon Oliner will officiate. Burial will be in Elizabeth Cemetery.
Mr. DeBord was also preceded in death by his father-in-law, Carl Slate; and a son-in-law, Paul Laren Tamosaitis.

FORT WORTH, Texas -- Carrie Etter, 79, formerly of Kingsport, died in Fort Worth.
She was a former member of Shiloh Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, the Rev. Otis (Priscilla) Magee of Fort Worth; two sisters, Mary Skaggs Russell of Kingsport and Josie Skaggs McClure of Columbia, Ohio; two brothers, Richard Skaggs of Kingsport and Lee Franklin Skaggs of Knoxville; and several nieces and nephews.
Burial will be in Texas.

MOUNT AIRY, N.C. -- Funeral services for Margaret Virginia Hickman Graybeal will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. in St. Clair Bottom Primitive Baptist Church in Chilhowie, Va. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Graybeal, 60, of 559 Crosswinds Court, died Thursday, Jan. 27, 2000, in Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.

WISE -- Della Hall, 91, died Sunday, Jan. 30, 2000, in Holston Valley Hospital and Medical Center in Kingsport.
She was a daughter of the late Dick and Caroline Bates Hall and of the Freewill Baptist faith.
Surviving are three sons, Kenneth Hall, Homer Hall and Carl Hall, all of Wise; five daughters, Cora Dingus of Coeburn, Evelyn Baker and Vennice Hall, both of Wise, Joyce Caruso of Sumter, S.C., and Judy Hall of Nashville; 22 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Sturgill Funeral Home Chapel in Wise. The Revs. Gary Calhoun and Jack Blanton will officiate. Burial will be in Hall Family Cemetery.
Mrs. Hall was also preceded in death by a daughter, Nora; a son, Roger; three sisters; and seven brothers.

James W. Haynes
SALTVILLE -- James William Haynes, 82, died Monday, Jan. 31, 2000, in Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon.
He was a son of the late Fred and Edna Haynes and a retired employee of Olin Matheson Corp. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of Quarry Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Susie O. Haynes; a son, Tim Haynes of Saltville; four daughters, Eleanor Holmes, Linda Phipps, Teresa Dickens and Tammy Carter, all of Glade Spring; a sister, Nancy Call of Saltville; a brother, Tom Haynes of Saltville; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. in D.R. Henderson Funeral Home Chapel. The Revs. R.J. Cullop and Jim Wright will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery.
Mr. Haynes was also preceded in death by a son, Herbert Haynes.
