Marceda (Marcie) I. Tebo of Falcons Landing died Feb. 24 at Loudoun Hospital Center.
She was born May 16, 1916 in Great Falls, Mt.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth M. Tebo, Capt. USN Ret.; three children, Brad M. Tebo of San Diego, Cal., Craig S. Tebo of Menlo Park, Cal. and Robyn N. Tebo of Sterling; three grandchildren, Chrissie J. Maile of South Riding, and Alison G. Tebo and Martin K. Tebo, both of San Diego; and two great-grandchildren, Justin Cameron Maile and Jared Christopher Maile, both of South Riding.

Stuart Broun Maxson
Stuart Broun Maxson of Reston died March 9 at Columbia Reston Hospital.
He was born July 16, 1955 in Cambridge, Mass. He was the son of the late William Edgar and Donna Luise Curtis Maxson.
Survivors include two sisters, Helen F. Maxson of Weatherford, Ok. and Ann Maxson Lewis of Flint, Mi.; and three nieces and two nephews.

Mary Sinclair Rust
Mary Sinchair Rust of Herndon died March 13 at Heritage Hall Nursing Center in Leesburg.
She was born Jan. 22, 1910 in Naxera, Va. She received her teaching degree from Longwood College and was a teacher in Fairfax County Schools. She was a member of the Herndon United Methodist Church.
The widow of the late Charles R. Rust Sr., she is survived by her children, Mary Thomas Sutphin of Leesburg, Martha Ashton Hummer of Sterling, Claude Robert Rust Jr. of Fairfax; one brother, Ashton W. Sinclair; two nephews, Thomas D. Rust Jr. of Herndon and J. Keith Sinclair Jr. of Herndon; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
Funeral services were held March 15 at Adams-
Green Funeral Home in Herndon, with interment at Chestnut Grove Cemetery.

Richard Hoberton Kern of Ashburn died May 21.
He was born Oct. 3, 1916 in Philadelphia, and had served as a quality control technician for General Electric.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia C. Kern of Ashburn; a daughter, Virginia May Hoffman of Sterling; two sons, Gary Richard Kern of Belmont, Ca. and Richard David Kern of Ottsville, Pa.; and grandaughers Sara Hoffman of Sterling and Kristen Kern, Megan Kern and Stephanie Kern, all of Ottsville.
Funeral services were held May 24 at Ashburn Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. John E. Peterson officiating. The Rev. Edward Simpson officiated at graveside services at Whitemarsh Memorial Park in Ambler, Pa.

Annie Virginia Lucas of Sterling died May 21 at Loudoun Hospital Center. She was born April 28, 1920 in Opal, Va.
Survivors include her husband, Carroll Lucas of Sterling; her children, Leslie Moser of Haymarket, Shirley Stopper of North Carolina, and Dorothy Rounsley of Sterling; one brother, Gilbert Olinger of Warrenton; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Delfin Ortiz-Rivera of Sterling died May 17 at Cameron Glen Care Center. He was born July 27, 1926 in Puerto Rico, and was a retired Sgt. First Class in the U.S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Carmen Ortiz of Sterling; his children, Eileen Eads of Raleigh, N.C., and Kathleen Peterson and Ashley Ortiz, both of Herndon; and four grandchildren, David and Diana Eads and Matthew and Christopher Peterson. Matthew Patrick Beal, son of Patrick L. and Crystal Sears Beal, died June 21 at Georgetown University Hospital. He was born Oct. 15, 2000 in Falls Church.

Wilbert E. Profitt died June 9 at his home in Scottsville, Va.
He was born April 9, 1920 in Louisa. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Margaret Ellen Profitt, and a daughter, Patricia M. Brinson.
Survivors include his wife, Cornelia Profitt; his children, Wilbert Eugene Profitt, Larry G. Profitt of Fredericksburg, Regenia A. Mountcastle of Middleburg; Brenda L. Jordan and Warrie N.
