Clinton William Sprague
Jan. 18, 1982 -- Dec. 15, 2005
Clinton William Sprague, 23, died in his Port Angeles home. Cause of death is pending.
He was born in Bremerton to Brett Duane and Jennifer Irene Elizabeth (Robinson) Sprague.
As a military dependent, he lived in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, among other places, before coming to Port Angeles in 1992.
Mr. Sprague was completing studies for an associate of arts degree.
He enjoyed sports, weightlifting and carpentry, with many projects based at his mother's home.
Mr. Sprague's survivors include his mother, J. Irene Sprague, of Port Angeles; father and stepmother Brett and Jenny Sprague of Port Angeles; brother and sister-in-law Michael Shaun and Kimber Sprague; brother Joseph Randall Sprague; sister Grace Helene Sprague; and grandparents Antonia Robinson and Joan Sprague Kesselmark and John Kesselmark.
His grandfathers, W.D.V. ``Des" Robinson and Clint S. Sprague, preceded him in death.
Services: Wednesday, Dec. 28, 3 p.m., celebration of life in Olympic Vineyard Christian Fellowship, Peabody and Ahlvers streets, Port Angeles.
Harper-Ridgeview Funeral Chapel, Port Angeles, is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials: Joyce Community Scholarship Foundation, P.O. Box 20, Joyce, WA 98343.

Isabel Hansen
Jan. 14, 1919 -- Dec. 18, 2005
Port Angeles resident Isabel Hansen, 86, died in Olympic Medical Center of age-related causes.
She was born in Toppenish to Robert and Christine E. (Koepp) Keys.
She married Harry Secor in Enumclaw in 1936. They divorced in 1957.
She married Carl G. Hansen in Port Angeles in 1958.
Mrs. Hansen worked as a telephone operator and was co-owner of the Log Cabin Resort at Lake Crescent.
She enjoyed gardening, singing with Senior Singers, her pets and making pies.
In addition to being a member of the Pioneer Association of the State of Washington and the Clallam County Historical Society, she belonged to Crescent Grange, Soroptimist, Eastern Star, Port Angeles Senior Center and the Methodist Church.
Mrs. Hansen's survivors include daughter Gayle Secor-Lucas, stepdaughter Beverly Sullivan, stepson Kenneth Hansen, 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services: Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2 p.m., memorial in the Masonic Temple, 622 S. Lincoln St., Port Angeles.
Drennan-Ford Funeral Home, Port Angeles, is in charge of arrangements.

Donn O. Inglis
June 8, 1924 -- Dec.11, 2005
Donn O. Inglis died peacefully in his Sequim home of congestive heart failure at age 81.
He was born in Aberdeen to Frank Benjamin and Lucille Ellen (Reeves) Inglis and grew up in Enumclaw.
Because of rheumatic fever as a child, he was discharged from the military shortly after being drafted in 1943 for World War II service.
He graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor's degree and the University of Arizona with a master's degree.
He met Glenna Mary Menefee, the woman who would become his wife, on the first day of her first year at the University of Washington. They married June 26, 1948, in Enumclaw.
Mr. Inglis, who was a chemistry and math teacher in Stockton, Calif., had two heart bypass surgeries in 1978 and a third in 1986. After declining health forced retirement, he continued teaching by tutoring children.
He had lived on Mercer Island, as well as Enumclaw; Tucson, Ariz.; and Stockton, Calif., before coming to Sequim, where he had his house built in 1978.
In addition to traveling, Mr. Inglis enjoyed working with stained glass.
He belonged to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Mr. Inglis' survivors include his wife of 57 years; sons Frank Benjamin Inglis of Stockton, Calif., and Donn R. Inglis and Glenn Inglis, both of Sequim; daughters Gigi Inglis of California and Marilou Pierce of Sequim; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services: Wednesday, Dec. 28, 1 p.m., memorial in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 815 W. Washington St., Sequim.
Olympic Cremation Association is in charge of arrangements.

Gary G. Johnson Sr.
May 31, 1944 -- Dec. 18, 2005
Gary G. Johnson Sr., died in his Port Angeles home of congestive heart failure. He was 61.
The grandson of Jongie Claplanahoo, he was born to George G. Johnson and Zita Claplanahoo-Johnson in Port Angeles.
He graduated from Port Angeles High School, where he had earned honors playing varsity football and basketball.
Mr. Johnson was a commercial fisherman who worked alongside his father as well as spending many years in construction with the DelGuzzi brothers.
As an outdoorsman, he was an avid sports fan and played baseball with the Elwha Braves for many years. He was also a gardener and a Golden Glove boxer.
During his illness, he lived with daughters Jackie and Geri before moving to his own home.
His marriages to the former Jerilin Allen and the late Carol Ann Williams ended in divorce.
Survivors include sons Gary Johnson and Travis Johnson, both of Port Angeles, and Richard Allen ``Ricky" Johnson of Sequim; daughters Laurie Moore, Jacqueline Hodge and Geraldine Johnson, all of Port Angeles; sisters Christina Smith of Portland, Ore., Betty Johnson of Neah Bay, Sandra Osawa of Seattle and Norma Jean Huggins of Port Angeles; 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by brother George Jack Johnson.
Services: Thursday, Dec. 22, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., visitation in Drennan-Ford Funeral Home, 260 Monroe Road, Port Angeles.
Funeral on Friday, Dec. 3, 10 a.m., Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 301 Lopez Ave., Port Angeles. The Rev. Charles Mays will officiate.
Burial will be in The Place cemetery on Place Road, west of Port Angeles, after which there will be a dinner at the Lower Elwha Tribal Center, 2851 Lower Elwha Road.
Memorials: Condolences may be sent to the family c/o Jackie Johnson, 764 Ranger Road, Port Angeles, WA 98363.

GARY WAYNE SCOTT
Gary Wayne Scott lived a full and adventurous life.
Born on May 10, 1945, in Emmett, Idaho, to Dora and Wayne Scott, he moved on from this world on December 15, 2005, with his family around him and sports on the television.
As a young man, he enjoyed building hot rods and fishing.
In his 20s, he founded and acted as president over the motorcycle club ``Brother Speed, " which had its first clubhouse in Boise, Idaho.
After retiring from the club, he bought a piece of property in North Fork, Idaho, and built the house that stands there today.
It was there that he married his beautiful wife, Sharon, on May 1, 1982.
When he later moved to Sequim, he built a shop and a house and opened his own very successful mechanic business.
His favorite activities were fishing, playing games with his family, watching sports, restoring cars and coaching youth athletics.
He is missed, loved and survived by his wife, Sharon; his children, Marci, Terri, Sarah, Zak, Ben, Colby, Dustin and Lance; his sisters, Joyce Flowers and Sandra Stevens; his mother, Dora; and countless friends who are the better for having known him.

Lillian A. Clark
Sept. 14, 1901 -- Dec. 16, 2005
Port Angeles resident Lillian A. Clark died in Sequim. He was 104.
She was born in Stevens County, Minn., to Sam and Anna (Wegenius) Nordstrom and was a high school graduate.
She married Donald Emerson Clark on Nov. 21, 1929. He died in June 1951.
Before moving to Port Angeles in 1990, Mrs. Clark lived in Hoffman and Fridley in Minnesota.
She enjoyed making gifts for her family by quilting, crocheting, sewing and knitting.
Mrs. Clark was a member of Faith Lutheran Church (Missouri Synod) of Sequim.
Survivors include sons Leighton Donald and Dennis Jerome; daughter Janice Clark Christiansen; 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Son Ramon Ferdinand died in April 2005. She was also preceded in death by an infant brother and 8-year-old sister, Anna.
Services: Memorial held Dec. 19 in Faith Lutheran Church, Sequim. The Revs. Steve Eaton and Roger Stites officiated. Burial was in Hoffman, Minn.

Leonard Earl `Bull' Enders
March 12, 1922 -- Dec. 17, 2005
Leonard Earl ``Bull" Enders died of pneumonia in Olympic Medical Center, Port Angeles. He was 83.
He was born in Maxwelton Beach, Whidbey Island, to Alfred and Helen (Maxwell) Enders.
He served with the Civilian Conservation Corps in his youth.
He later joined the Army Corps of Engineers, where he served in the Aleutian Islands.
After coming to the Olympic Peninsula, Mr. Enders worked for Foss tug, at the Fibreboard and Rayonier mills, and on such DelGuzzi Construction landmarks as the tunnels leading to Hurricane Ridge.
He also helped build the first Olympic Memorial Hospital, school in Forks and a weather station at Neah Bay, as well as homes in Corvallis. Ore.
He started his own business in 1966, building home in Port Angeles, Seattle, Whidbey Island and Coyle.
He started the Hadlock Development Partnership in 1978, and retired in 1990.
Mr. Enders was a 50-year member of the Carpenters and Pile Drivers local, which he joined in 1947.
He enjoyed gardening and camping.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, the former Margaret Eaton, whom he married Sept. 2, 1947; sons Len Enders Jr. of Port Hadlock and Ken Enders of Port Angeles; daughter Ann Enders of Port Hadlock; daughters and sons-in-law Margaret and Mel Grimm of Whidbey Island and Suzanne and Tom McGinitie Jr. of Port Angeles; brothers and sisters-in-law Junior and Dee Enders, Bill and Rose Enders and Norm and Margaret Enders; sister Dorothy Erickson; sister and brother-in-law Lenna and Chuck Hollibough; sister-in-law Wanda Enders; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by brothers Fred and Dale; sister Jean Reed; and brothers-in-law Forrest Reed and Keith Erickson.
Services: At his request, none. A celebration of life will be observed later. Burial at Mount Angeles Memorial Park.
Olympic Cremation Association, Port Angeles, is in charge.
