A Memorial Service will be held at the Luckow
Residence at E1694 Parkview Way, Waupaca, at 1:00
PM on Saturday, June 28th, 2008.

Robert A. (Speedy) Luckow, age 70, of Waupaca,
WI., passed away on Monday, June 16th, 2008 at his
residence. He was born in Milwaukee on May 4,
1938, a son of the late Willis and Emma (Shaw)
Luckow.

He married Judie Stoflet on June 14, 1980 in
Waukegan, IL. Bob had been a bus driver for the
city of Milwaukee for many years.

Survivors include his Wife: Judie Luckow,
Waupaca, WI; Children: Melanie (Perry Stocks)
Dankert, Weyauwega, WI; Wendy (Terry) Dankert,
Clintonville, WI; Jennifer (Robert) Pelky,
Clintonville, WI; Richard (Terry Greene) Dahl,
Waupaca, WI; Renee (Jeffrey) Larsen, Weyauwega,
WI; Peter (Betty) Luckow, Clintonville, WI;
Mother-in-law: Ruth Stoflet, Waupaca, WI; Brother:
William (Joan) Luckow, Cecil, WI; Sister-in-law:
Carol Luckow, West Bend, WI; 21 Grandchildren; 19
Great Grandchildren; 7 Brothers & Sisters-in-law;
Special Friends: Carlo Maglietto; Bob Zinenger;
Mike and Ethel Stanis; Special Nieces who helped
through sickness: Tina Flores; Terresa Gurholt;
Mamie Nero and Lisa Schwartz. He is further
survived by numerous other relatives, family and
friends. He was preceded in death by his parents,
nephew - Gary Luckow, brother - Gerald Luckow, an
infant sister, granddaughter - Antoinette Franz
and father-in-law - Lester Stoflet.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Luckow
Residence at E1694 Parkview Way, Waupaca, at 1:00
PM on Saturday, June 28th, 2008. The Holly
Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family
with arrangements.

Louis A. Miller

A funeral service will be held at the First Assembly
of God Church in Waupaca, WI on Wednesday, June 25,
2008 at 11:00 AM, with the Reverend Francis Jones,
officiating. Interment will be in the Spencer Lake
Memorial Park cemetery, Township of Lind, Waupaca
County, WI. Friends may call at the Holly Funeral
Home in Waupaca, WI on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 from
4:00 – 7:00 PM, and at the church on Wednesday
morning, one hour prior to the time of the funeral
service. A memorial has been established in the name
of Louis A. Miller. The Holly Funeral Home of
Waupaca, WI is assisting the family with
arrangements.

Louis A. Miller

Waupaca, WI.

Age 84 – died on Sunday, June 22, 2008 at his
residence. He was born on April 3, 1924 in
Fremont, WI, the son of Stephen and Wilhelmina
(Pagel) Miller. He married Helen J. Long on May 1,
1948 in Weyauwega, WI. They celebrated 60 years of
marriage this year.

Louis is survived by his wife; Helen, children;
Gerard (Joyce) Miller of Waupaca, James (Joanna)
Miller of Neenah, Jeanne (Donald) Deike of Ripon,
Sandra (Fred) Yaekel of Waupaca, and Jeffery
(Patricia) Miller of Waupaca, 14 grandchildren,
and 14 great grandchildren. He is further survived
by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and
friends. He was preceded in death by his parents;
Stephen and Minnie Miller, three brothers;
William, Irving, and Steve Miller, and two
sisters; Sadie Niemuth and Ruth Fenner.

Louis had been employed with Rockwell
International in Oshkosh for over 31 years,
retiring in 1981. He had also been a school bus
driver for the Weyauwega-Fremont School district
for 20 years. He was a member of the First
Assembly of God Church in Waupaca and had served
as a deacon in the church for many years. Louis
had served in the U.S. Army during WW II, serving
in the Philippine Islands. He was an avid sports
fan.

A funeral service will be held at the First
Assembly of God Church in Waupaca, WI on
Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at 11:00 AM, with the
Reverend Francis Jones, officiating. Interment
will be in the Spencer Lake Memorial Park

Mark W. Tankersley

Residence: Waupaca, WI

December 8, 1960 - June 21, 2008

Mark W. Tankersley, age 47, of Waupaca, WI, passed
away Saturday, June 21, 2008 at his residence.

Mark was born in Rockford, Illinois on December
8, 1960, the son of Walter Tankersley Sr. and
Patricia Driscoll. He married Lola Tankersley
and she preceded him in death. Mark is survived
by his children: Christopher (Norma) Robbins of
Little Chute; Celci Tankersley of Waupaca and
James Mitchler of Green Bay; his mother:
Patricia (Donald) Driscoll of Ladysmith, WI and
his brothers: Walter (Gloria) Tankersley Jr. of
Waupaca; Rob (Linda) Tankersley of Ladysmith;
Bruce Tankersley of Waupaca; Mike Tankersley of
Glen Flora, WI and Kevin (Mona) Tankersley of
Ladysmith and three grandchildren. Mark is also
survived by many nieces and nephews. Mark's
wishes were to be cremated and that there be no
funeral services.

Donald *Paul* Covill

Donald *Paul* Covill, age 75, of Wild Rose, WI
passed away Saturday, June 28th, 2008 at Theda
Clark Regional Medical Center in Neenah. He was
born in Wild Rose, WI on March 19, 1933, the son
of Donald and Olive (Backes) Covill. Paul
graduated from Berlin High School on June 10,
1951 and commenced Boot Camp at Great Lakes
Recruit Training Center on the 15th of June.
While serving at Millington Naval Air Station he
met and married Mildred Lucille Carroll on
September 17, 1955. In 1957 Paul was selected for
the NESEP Program and attended Purdue University
matriculating with a degree in Electrical
Engineering. He was then commissioned as an Ensign
in the Naval Service. During his Naval career, he
worked on developing radar systems, missile
systems, and by far his favorite working on the
F-4 Phantom. His most memorable postings were
with squadrons VF-101 and VF-33 while aboard the
carrier USS America (CV-66). Upon his retirement
from the U.S. Naval Service, he returned to his
beloved Little Silver Lake in Wild Rose. Paul
then took a job with the state of Wisconsin as an
electrical inspector in 1971 and ensured
electrically safe building throughout central
Wisconsin, retiring from the State in 1992. He
was active in the St. Joseph Catholic Church in
Wautoma serving as an usher, lector, and as an
Eucharistic Minister. Paul was a Fourth Degree
Knight of Columbus and rose to the rank of
Navigator. He had some of his greatest fun
working at the pancake breakfasts and serving with
his fellow Knights.

He is survived by Wife: Mildred Covill, Wild
Rose, WI; Children: Patrick Covill, Oshkosh, WI;
Paula (Derk) Lesniak, Ripon, WI; Peter John
(Angela) Covill, Mills River, NC; Phillip James
(Sharniece) Covill, Mequon, WI; Lori (David)
Hoetker, Louisville, KY; Will (Lisa) Covill,
Pensacola, FL; Grandchildren: Daine & Alison
Lesniak; Dylan & Quade Covill; Olivia & Jonathan
Covill; James & Nicholas Hoetker; Timothy & Lilly
Covill. Brother: Dennis (Barbara) Covill, Ohio;
Sisters: Ann Trimboli, Milwaukee, WI; Mary Lou
(Adair) Knapwurst, Wild Rose, WI. He is further
survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and
friends.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents

A Funeral Mass will be held 11 AM Wednesday, July
2, 2008 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in
Wautoma, with Rev. Robert L. Stegmann officiating.
Interment of cremains will be held at a later
date at Calvary cemetery in Wautoma. A visitation
will be held on Tuesday from 4 PM until 8 PM at
the Holly Funeral Home in Wild Rose with a Rosary
and Prayer service to be held at 7 PM. A
visitation will also be held at the church on
Wednesday from 10 AM until the time of the
service.

Florence Moore

Residence: Weyauwega, WI

November 5, 1912 - June 28, 2008

Florence M. Moore, age 95, of Weyauwega, WI,
passed away Saturday, June 28th, 2008 at Lakeview
Manor in Weyauwega. She was born in Town of
Adamsboro, Indiana on November 5, 1912, the
daughter of Calvin and Alta (Lee) Bean. She
married Harry Moore on September 21, 1933. He
preceded in death on August 15, 1970.

Florence is survived by Daughter: Em Lee
(Roger) Sasina, Wautoma, WI; Granddaughter:
Deborah Jean (Roy) Brent, Pewaukee, WI.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a
granddaughter, Kathi Sasina.

A private family memorial service will be held at
a later date. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca
assisted the family with arrangements.

Margaret Walkowicz

Funeral Home in Almond at 11 AM on Thursday, July
3rd, 2008, with Father Paul Vanden Hogen
officiating. Interment will be in the Hope
cemetery, Town Belmont, WI. Visitation will be held
on Thursday from 9 AM until the time of the service
at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials
can be sent to Diocese of Green Bay for: Education

Margaret (Marge) Walkowicz, age 85, of Waupaca,
formerly of Almond, passed away on Sunday, June
29th, 2008 at Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca.
She was born in Chicago, IL. on July 12, 1922,
daughter of the late John and Teresa (Zahara)
Izral.

She married John Walkowicz on May 5, 1945 in
Chicago. Marge was a member of St. John's Rosary
and American Legion Auxiliary #339. She held
every office in local and county levels for the
Auxiliary. Marge was president at St. John's for
2 years and secretary for many years. Since
retiring, she enjoyed volunteering at the
Wisconsin Veterans Home, writing and playing
cribbage.

Survivors include her Husband: John Walkowicz,
Waupaca, WI; Sons: John Walkowicz, Ogema, WI;
Edward Walkowicz, Waukesha, WI; Paul (Kay)
Walkowicz, Weston, WI; James (Jade) Walkowicz, San
Francisco, CA; David (Rita) Walkowicz, Almond, WI;
Grandchildren: Craig Walkowicz, Stevens Point,
WI; Tanya Walkowicz, Seattle, WA; Natasha (Tim)
Shea, Monroe, NY; Sherry Walkowicz; Christopher
Walkowicz, Medford, WI; Capt. Tiffany (Randy)
Walkowicz-Beadorf; Jenni (Ben) Greenwood, Norwick,
CT; Katie Walkowicz, Libertyville, IL; Bill
Walkowicz, San Diego, CA; Becky Walkowicz,
Whitewater, WI; Great Grandchildren: Bryce and
