Norbert Brittnacher, 77, Wrightstown. Visitation 2-4 p.m. today at St. Paul Catholic Church, 437 Main St., Wrightstown. Mass of Christian Burial 4 p.m. today at the church. Survivors include his wife, Marion; two daughters., Diane Lemerond, Green Bay, Joli VandeHey (fiancc, Randy Clark), Fort Atkinson; three sons, Dennis (Jan), De Pere, Mark (Connie), Kaukauna, Greg, Kaukauna; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mary (Jim) Heindel, Beaver Dam, Bonnie (Dick) Vanden Wymelenberg, Wrightstown, Elaine (Bob) School, Appleton. DeWane-Cotter Funeral Home, 711 Main St., Wrightstown, is assisting the family.

Mrs. Fritz (Eleanor) Coenen
Mrs. Fritz (Eleanor) Coenen, of De Pere, died Wednesday evening, July 21, 2004. The daughter of the late Peter and Agnes (Linskens) Van De Ven was born May 18, 1927, in De Pere. On April 27, 1946, she married Fritz Coenen at St. Boniface Catholic Church, De Pere.

Eleanor had worked for 37 years at Milprint before retiring in 1990. She was a proud member of the De Pere VFW Auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband, Fritz, one son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Rosa Coenen, De Pere, two daughters and sons-in-law , Sandy and Fuzz Milquet, De Pere and Sue and Dennis Boettcher, Rhinelander, four grandchildren, Sarah and Mark Coenen, Christopher Boettcher and special friend, Michelle, Tracy Sue Boettcher and special friend, Tony, three brothers, Sylvester, Donald, Clayton, two sisters, Ruth Shusky and Carol Jean Yearin, as well as nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Lorraine Johnson and one brother, Art Van De Ven.

Friends may call at RYAN FUNERAL HOME 305 N. Tenth St., De Pere from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday July 23, 2004 (today). Parish prayer service will be held at 5 p.m. Visitation will continue after 8:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, until the funeral procession leaves for church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, De Pere, with the Rev. Conrad J. Kratz, O. Praem, officiating. Procession to Mt. Survivors include her parents, John (Lori) Jahnke, Wrightstown; one sister, Jaki, and one brother, Joshua, both at home; maternal grandparents, Lorin and Patricia Stewart, Wild Rose; paternal grandparents, Alton and Nancy Jahnke, Greenleaf.

Joel Abella Martinez
Joel Abella Martinez, 19, Green Bay. Visitation 4-9 p.m. today at Malcore Funeral Home, 701 University Ave, and 10-noon Saturday at St. Willebrord Catholic Church, 209 S. Adams St. Funeral service noon Saturday at the church.

Victor I. Nelson
Victor I. Nelson, 83, Green Bay resident, died unexpectedly Wednesday, July 21, 2004, at a local hospital. He was born July 16, 1921, in Oshkosh to the late Arthur and Meta (Rutz) Nelson. Victor married the former Georgia Crofoot on February 13, 1943, in Milwaukee. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII from 1943 until his discharge in 1946. Victor attended watch making school in Denver, Colo., following his time in the service. In 1948 Victor started working for Clyde Cauwenbergh at Clyde's Jewelers. After a number of years, Victor became Clyde's partner, and eventually became the sole owner. He worked at the store until 1999 when he decided to take life a little easier. Victor was a charter member of Northeast Kiwanis Club and a member of the Jaycees. He was also a member of the Fox Valley Lakeshore Jewelers Association, Wisconsin Jewelers Association and a member of the Northeast Businessmen's Association. Victor and Georgia were members of Oneida Golf and Riding Club for 25 years and enjoyed the dances and activities at the clubhouse.

He is survived by his wife, Georgia; one daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Dennis Thiry, Green Bay; one son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Lori Nelson, Suamico; five grandchildren, Jim (Cindy), Shelly (Chad), Scott, Heather (Scott), Eric and his fiancec Emily; six great grandchildren; one brother Roy Nelson, Antigo; one sister, Mae; one sister-in-law Carolyn Crofoot, Oshkosh. He was preceded in death by two children, Gary and Nancy Nelson; one sister-in-law, Harriet Nelson; one brother-in-law, Robert Crofoot.

Friends may call at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. from 4 to 8 p.m. on Sunday. There will not be any visitation on Monday. Private Services will be held at Nicolet Memorial Gardens with entombment to follow. In lieu of others expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund has been established in his name.

Victor's family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Dr. Goolsby and his nurse, Tracy for all the care and compassion shown to Victor and his family.

Sharon Richardson (Mrs. Ronald)
Sharon Richardson (Mrs. Ronald), 60, Green Bay. Visitation 9:30-10:30 a.m. today at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 1024 Shawano Ave. Funeral service 10:30 a.m. today at the church. West Mason Malcore Funeral Home, 1530 W. Mason St., is assisting the family.

William A. Rienow
William A. Rienow, 81, Green Bay, found peace early Thursday morning, July 22, 2004, at a local hospital with his loving family at his side. Born January 27, 1923, in Marshfield, he is the son of the late Harry and Clara (Luedtke) Rienow. He served in the U.S. Army from 1943-46 as a cook for the 229th General Hospital serving in the European Theater and he received the Good Conduct Medal, Europe Ribbon, and Japan Ribbon. William married the former Carol Johnson in Green Bay on August 21, 1947, and she preceded him in death on February 2, 1987. He was employed at Pauly Cheese Company from 1941 and retiring in 1985. William was a proud member of American Legion Post #11. He will be remembered for his love of flower gardening, feeding the birds including any and all wildlife. William enjoyed traveling with his friends Pat and Millie Minnie. He will be missed by his many family members, friends, and his very special canine companion, Susie.

He is survived by eight children and their spouses: Bill and Mary Rienow of Denmark, Steve and Marcia Rienow of Denmark, Lou Ann and Steve Schley of Green Bay, Carl Rienow of Arizona, Mary and Rick Duca of Oconto, Annette (special friend Bob) Rienow of Brookside, Greg Rienow of Cottonwood and Dennis and Karen Rienow of Green Bay; 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law: Ruth and Burns Rademaker of Green Bay; two sisters-in-law: Lucy Rienow of Green Bay and Bonnie Rahlse of Green Bay; two brothers-in-law: Norbert Lock of Green Bay and Daniel Johnson of California; nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents; wife of nearly 40 years, Carol; two sons: Allen and Clayton Rienow; one brother: Harold Rienow; two sisters: Margaret Lock and Dorothy (Sylvester "Buck") Ciha.

Visitation at WEST MASON MALCORE Funeral Home, 1530 W. Mason St., Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral. American Legion Post #11 memorial service 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Funeral service 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Scott Malme officiating. Burial in Allouez Catholic Cemetery.

William's family extends a very special thank you to the staff of St. Vincent Hospital for granting their special request; to Barb and everyone in Cardiology, Dr Dave and Tammy Sze, and William's caring neighborhood.

Brigitte L. Rothe, 83, Green Bay, passed away on Thursday July 22, 2004, at a local nursing home. Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday July 26, 2004, at Saint Matthew Catholic Church 130 S. Matthew Street. Service of Remembrance 11:00 a.m. at the church with the Rev. Larry Seidl officiating. Burial at Allouez Catholic Cemetery.
