Mrs. Pauline M. Du Chateau, 83, Green Bay. Visitation 4-8 p.m. today at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., and 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Jude Catholic Church, 1420 Division St. Parish wake service 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mass of Christian burial 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Survivors include her husband, Bernard, two sons, Allan (Donna) Du Chateau, Green Bay, Craig (Roni) Du Chateau, Oconto Falls; one daughter, Gerri (Don) Herold, Menominee, Mich; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; one sister, Bernice (John) Adams.

Ruth Eastlund
Ruth Eastlund, 84, Green Bay. Visitation 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. Funeral 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Clyde (Dorothy) Erdmann
Mrs. Clyde (Dorothy) Erdmann, 86, Green Bay, died Monday, July 05, 2004, at a local nursing home. She was born on July 31, 1917, in Green Bay. On Oct. 5, 1940, she married Clyde Erdmann; he preceded her in death on June 21, 1996. In her earlier years, Dorothy was employed by Schefford Cheese. Later, as a stay-at-home mom, she raised her four children. Before retiring, Dorothy had been employed by Lindeman's Dry Cleaning. Dorothy's first love was her husband and family. She was a nature-lover and enjoyed birds, animals and the outdoors. She cherished the many years at the cottage they built in 1952 in the Crivitz northwoods. Three generations of the Erdmann family continue to share good times in that area.

Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Sharon and Ray Palmer, Waukesha, and Sally Erdmann, Tomah, and a special friend, Jeanne LaFond; two sons and daughters-in-law, Wayne and Susan Erdmann, and Larry and Denise Erdmann, all of Green Bay; nine grandchildren, Mark (Dawn) Palmer, Nikki (Paul) Schmidt, Brian (Kim) Erdmann, Brett (Tania) Erdmann, Matthew Erdmann, Sara Erdmann, Renee Erdmann (fiance, Ed Brown), Melissa Erdmann and Rebecca Erdmann; two great grandchildren, Calin and Evan Erdmann; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including her beloved dog, Max.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and Earl Hodges.

Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at Lyndahl Funeral Home, Lombardi Ave. at Ridge Rd. Visitation will continue after 10:00 a.m. on Friday at Grace Lutheran Church, 321 S. Madison St., where funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Larry Lange officiating. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery.

A special thanks to the staffs of Wyndemere, Oddfellows Nursing Home, and Unity Hospice for the care of our mother this past year.

Timothy J. Kopke
Timothy J. Kopke, 47, Oneida, passed away at his home on Saturday, July 3, 2004, as a result of an accident.

The family will receive friends at the Pfotenhauer Funeral Home, Howard-Suamico Location, 1145 Cardinal Lane, on Thursday, July 8, 2004, from 4 until 8 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday, July 9, at St. Louis Catholic Church in Abrams from 10 to 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial, 11 a.m. Friday at the Church. Burial to follow. Harold J. Pfotenhauer, Funeral Director.

Richard A. "Dick" La Plant
Richard A. "Dick" La Plant, 63, Suamico, died Sunday, July 4, 2004 at his home. He was born on Feb. 25, 1941 in Green Bay to the late Albert and Evelyn (Peterson) La Plant. He served in the U.S. Marines from 1960 to 1964. On July 31, 1965, he married the former Carol Wallo in Green Bay. Dick was a member of the Green Bay Police Department from 1965 to 1994, retiring as Captain. He was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Green Bay Elks Lodge, #259, Family Motor Coach Association, Wisconsin Voyageurs and the Nifty Fifty Car Club. Dick loved traveling with Carol and Bryan in their motor home, always seeing new places and meeting new people. He volunteered many hours with FMCA and MAC rallies. Dick enjoyed riding his Harley on the back roads and taking his classic Corvette to car shows. He was always there to help others.

Survivors include his wife, Carol; one son, Major Bryan LaPlant, Ohio Air National Guard, Dayton, Ohio; one brother, Michael LaPlant, Green Bay; one sister, Wendy LaPlant, Green Bay; one sister-in-law, Patricia Olsen, Green Bay; one niece, Angela (Ron Malachowski, Jr.) Olsen, other relatives and friends, including his two favorite aunts, Irene Peterson and Dorothy Phillips.

Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 7, 2004 at Lyndahl Funeral Home, Lombardi Ave. at Ridge Rd. Visitation will continue after 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, where funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Earl Vorpagel, III officiating.

A memorial fund has been established.

The family would like thank Dr. Gerald Bayer and the entire staff of Green Bay Oncology for the special care that was provided, and to all of the neighbors who have been so kind.

Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 710 N. Baird St. Parish wake service 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Survivors include his wife, Terri; two daughters, Barbara Matousek, Red Wing, Minn. Ann (Scott) Sensenbrenner, Lawton, Mich.; three grandchildren; father, Joseph Matousek, Unionville, Mich.; two sisters, Beverly Woloszyk, Casco, Mich, Barbara (John) Stein, Akron, Mich.; one brother, John (Kay) Matousek, Ada, Mich.

Ann R. Miller
Ann R. Miller, 85, Black Creek. Visiataion 4-7 p.m. today at United Methodist Church, 721 Pleasant Way, Seymour. Funeral 7 p.m. today at the church. Survivors include her son, Herman (Jan) Miller, Green Bay; one granddaughter. Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, 358 S. Main St., in Seymour, is assisting the family.

Philip N. Quirk
Philip N. Quirk, 55, De Pere. Visitation 4-7 Wednesday at Ascension Lutheran Church, 2911 Libal St., Allouez. Funeral service 7 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Survivors include his wife, Marilynn, De Pere; three children, Elana (fiance Joe Kerkhoff) Quirk, De Pere; Brent (Trixie) Quirk, Adam Quirk, De Pere; two grandchildren; father, Earl Edward Quirk Sr., Burlington; three brothers, Earl Edward Jr. (Barbara) Quirk, Antioch, Ill., Ollie (Joyce) Quirk, Milton, and Leslie (Arleen) Quirk, Royalton, Ill.; two sisters, Kathleen (Barry) Murray, S. Sioux City, Neb. and Mary Ellen Quirk, Burlington. Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave., in De Pere, is assisting the family.

Lloyd "Sky" (Anoki) Schuyler
Lloyd "Sky" (Anoki) Schuyler, 82, of Oneida, died Sunday morning, July 4, 2004 at home. The son of the late Samuel and Ester (House) Schuyler was born February 14, 1922 in Oneida. He married Pauline Jourdan on June 12, 1999. Sky was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army and served in WW II and the Korean War. He had been associated with the Language Program at the Oneida Tribe for over fifteen years. He loved traveling, especially his motorcycle trips.

Survivors include his wife, Pauline; four daughters, Lana, Delphine, Rosie and Kay Kay, all of Washington, D.C.; one son, Dennis Skenandore, of Green Bay; special nieces, Gina and Vanessa Vande Hei; a god-son, Dan Skenadore. Sky is further survived by his special friend, Leander Danforth; his favorite companion, Panky; as well as many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and two brothers-in-law, Cookie and Donald Jourdan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ester and Sam; step-father, Oscar Archiquette; three brothers, Edwin, Edward, and Dan; three sisters, Delphine, Rebecca, Mildred, and a brother-in-law, Eugene Jourdan.

At Mr. Schuyler's request, there will be no formal services. Private family visitation was held at RYAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, De Pere (920) 336-3171. Online condolences may be expressed to the Schuyler family at www.ryanfh.com

Pauline would like to thank Unity Hospice and the staff of Elderly Services, as well as Pastor Walter Reed and Father Dewey Silas for all of their comfort and support.

Robert "Bob" L. Verheyden
Robert "Bob" L. Verheyden, 82, Green Bay, died peacefully at a local hospital on July 3, 2004 with his family by his side. Born on July 23, 1921, he is the son of the late Clarence and Erlamond (Parish) Verheyden. On May 28, 1949, he married Eleanor Wiencek at St. Willebrords Church. Bob is a 1940 graduate of Green Bay East High School, where he lettered in football. He served in the Army Air Corps from 1941-1946, with service in the states, China-Burma-India, circling the globe in the process. After returning from the war, he enrolled in refrigeration school in the Chicago area. Bob was employed by Bay Fixture and Refrigeration prior to opening Bob Verheyden Refrigeration in 1953, which he owned and operated until his retirement. He enjoyed the Packer, Badger, and Brewer games, dancing at the Elk's Club, spending time at his cottage, and family picnics.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Eleanor; two adoring children, Mary (John) Nowak, Peachtree City, GA, Rob Verheyden, Green Bay; two grandchildren, Johnathan Robert "J.R." Nowak, Atlanta, Jennifer (Joel) Velasco, Madison; one brother, Larry Verheyden, Kentucky; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Earl Verheyden; two sisters, Joyce Donart and June Nejedlo. Visitation at MALCORE Funeral Home, University at Baird, Tuesday (today) from 4-8 p.m. Parish wake service 4:30 p.m. this evening at the funeral home. Visitation will continue Wednesday at St. Matthew Church, 130 Saint Matthew St., from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church with Rev. Larry Seidl officiating. Entombment in Allouez Chapel Mausoleum.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at St. Vincent Hospital, especially the therapists at the Wound Clinic for their compassionate care that they provided.

Harold Lallemont
Harold Lallemont, 80, Allouez. Memorial service 3 p.m. today at East Side Moravian Church, 505 East Allouez Ave. Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Ave., is assisting the family.

Larry L. Wing
Larry L. Wing, 59, Bellevue resident, died unexpectedly, Friday, July 2, 2004 at his home. He was born January 14, 1945 in Green Bay to Delores Gaspard and the late Neal Wing. Larry graduated from East High School in 1963 and attended classes at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, completing his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2001. He married the former Gail Gersek on October 2,1965 at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church. Larry was an active member of Union Local #440 retiring at the age of 55. Following his retirement, Larry started a new career as a Project Consultant for various mechanical contractors. Larry also held a pilot's license and was a member of the Pazaza Club. He obtained his Real Estate Brokers License and enjoyed playing cards with the Odd Fellows.

He is survived by his wife, Gail, and their three children; Tina (Jay) Bergemann, Sussex, and their children, Elizabeth and Neva; Edmund (Natalie) Wing, Valparaiso, Ind. and their children, Aubrey and Ethan; Chad Wing, Scottsdale, Ariz. His mother Delores Wing, Green Bay; two sisters, Mary (John) Reiter and Kathy (Mike) Diedrich all of Green Bay; his mother-in-law, Lorraine Gersek, Green Bay. A dear family friend, his sister-in-law Barbara. He will be missed by his pets Caymus and Jasmine.

He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Edmund Gersek Sr.

Friends may call at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St., from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 2040 Hillside Lane, until the time of Mass. Parish Wake Service 7 p.m. Tuesday. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church with the Rev. Dave Pleier officiating. Entombment at the Nicolet Memorial Gardens.

Larry had a wonderful sense of humor and will be remembered for his tender smiles, warm jokes and the ability to share his happiness with his family and friends.
