Avenelle “Evie” Empey, 84, Abbotsford, died Wednesday February 9, 2005 at Continental Manor Nursing Home, Abbotsford. Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m on Saturday, February 12, at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Dorchester. Burial will be in Abbotsford Public Cemetary. Rev. Jerome Friemuth will officiate. Pallbearers will be her grandsons; Paul, Bob, Jon, Gene, Douglas, Ryan, Nicholas, and Roger Empy, and Chris, Tommy, and Jamie Ploeckelman.
Visitation from 10:00 a.m until the time of service on Saturday, Maurina/Community Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral services.

Anita Gassen
(1924-2005)
Anita Brost Gassen, 80, Sun City West, Ariz. died Wednesday, Feb. 2. Funeral services were held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Sun City West on Saturday, Feb. 5 and internment took place at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines, Ill.
Camino del sol Funeral Chapel of Sun City West assisted the family with arrangements.

Henny Malinowski
(1945-2005)
Henny Pauline Malinowski, 59, Sheldon died on Monday, Feb. 7 at Luther Midelfort Hospital in Eau Claire. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 12 at Nash-Jackson Funeral Homes Chapel in Ladysmith, with Rev. Richard Brockbank officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to the start of the service.

Evelyn G. Suter
(1905-2005)
Evelyn G. Suter, 99, Medford, died Thursday, Feb. 3 at Memorial Nursing and Rehab Center in Medford where she had resided for he past two years. Funeral services are at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, February 8 at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Medford with Rev. Paul Steinberg officiating. Burial took place at Medford Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation is at the Church from 11 a.m. until the time of the services.
Pallbearers were her grandsons Fred Claycamp Jr.; Charles, Jeff and Bill Thiede; and Paul, Mark and Dennis Christianson.
Hemer Funeral Services of Medford assisted the family with arrangements.

Mabel Frey
(1912-2005)
Mabel P. Frey, 93, Medford, died Thursday, Feb. 3 at Memorial Nursing and Rehab Center in Medford, where she had resided for the past four years. Funeral services were Monday, Feb. 7 at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Medford, with Rev. John Melke officiating. Burial was in Medford Evergreen Cemetery II. Grand-children served as pallbearers.
Assisting the family with funeral arrangements was Hemer Funeral Services, Medford.

Glen Adams Sr.
(1933-2005)
Glen Adams Sr., 71, Grand Rapids, Minn., died Monday, April 11 at Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital in Grand Rapids. Funeral services were Wednesday, April 13 at Rowe Funeral Home in Grand Rapids, with Rev. George Gilbertson officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Medford.

Lori Bokath
(1966-2005)
Lori J. Bokath, 38, Owen, formerly of the Town of Medford, died Saturday, April 9 at the Clark County Health Care Center in Owen. Funeral services were Wednesday, April 13 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Whittlesey, with Rev. Randal Jeppesen officiating. Burial was in Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery. Pallbearers are Michael Raasch, Dale Jr. and Bonnie Prochnow, Brian Schmeiser, Steve and Gary Piller, and Krista Gengler. Honorary pallbearers are Todd Potocnik and Rodney Neubauer.
Hemer Funeral Service of Medford assisted the family with arrangements.

Grace Boyles

Grace E. Boyles, 89, Medford, and formerly of the Town of Holway, died Friday, April 8 at Memorial Nursing & Rehab Center in Medford. Memorial services are Sunday, April 17 at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford, with her son-in-law, Mr. Omar Hubbard Jr. presiding. Cremainal interment will be at St. Mary's Cemetery in the Town of Holway. Visitation is Sunday, beginning at 10 a.m.

Adeline Brost
(1925-2005)
Adeline Ann Brost of Medford died Thursday, April 7 at her home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 15 at 11 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, with Father Gerard Willger officiating.
Visitation with family and friends will be on Friday at the church beginning at 9:30 a.m.

Virginia Hohl
Medford native Virginia Hohl, 71, Milwaukee, died Tuesday, April 12. Funeral services are Saturday, April 16 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Florian's Church in West Milwaukee. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation begins at 9:30.
Altstadt-Tyborski-Ermenc-McLeod Funeral Services of Greenfield are assisting the family with arrangements.

Margaret Miller
(1922-2005)
Margaret Emma Miller, 83, Medford, died Sunday, April 10 at Memorial Health Center in Medford.
Dallmann-Kniewel Funeral Homes of Medford and Rib Lake assisted the family with arrangements.

Robert Neumueller
(1926-2005)
Robert "Bob" L. Neumueller, 78, Town of Medford, died Monday, April 11 at Memorial Health Center in Medford. Funeral services are Friday, April 15 at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Medford, with Rev. Peter Warmanen officiating. Burial will be in Medford Evergreen I Cemetery. Pallbearers are Bob and Steve Virnig, Mike Nelson, Joel Abegglen, Read Eldred, and Greg Erickson. Visitation is Thursday at Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford, and on Friday at the church beginning at 9 a.m.

Diane Pawlowicz
(1945 — 2005)
Diane "Dee" Carol Pawlowicz, 59, Phoenix, Ariz., passed quietly in the early morning of Saturday, April 9 at Banner Gardens Hospice House in Mesa, Ariz. following her courageous battle with small cell lung cancer. Memorial services are Thursday, April 21 at 7 p.m. at Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home in Chicago.
Capetta Funeral Service of Chicago is assisting the family with arrangements.

Herman Pernsteiner
(1918-2005)
Herman A. Pernsteiner, 87, Town of Medford, died Sunday, April 10 in Las Vegas, Nev. at the home of his son, Arthur, whom he was visiting. Funeral services are Saturday, April 16 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, with Rev. Gerard Willger and Deacon Joe Stefancin officiating. Cremainal interment will take place in Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Medford. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers. Visitation is Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford. There will be a 6 p.m. prayer service with the parish and Knights of Columbus.

Tony Potocnik, 95, Town of Holway, died Thursday, April 7 at St. Joseph's Hospital Palliative Care Unit in Marshfield. Private, family services were Saturday, April 9 at St. Mary's Cemetery in the Town of Holway.
Maurina/Community Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.

Donald Rinehart
(1921-2005)
Donald Carl Rinehart, 83, Owen, died Monday, April 11 at the Memorial Nursing & Rehab Center in Medford. Funeral services are Friday, April 15 at 11 a.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church in Withee, with Rev. Tom Myhre officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Withee, with full military rites performed by the Van Huizen Fritz American Legion Post No. 123. Pallbearers are Glen Turner Jr., Nick and Neal Thieme, Paul, Stephen, Matthew, Warren, and Donald Rinehart. Visitation is Thursday at Maurina Funeral Home in Owen from 4 to 8 p.m. and Friday at the church, beginning at 10 a.m.

Harold Schopfer
(1918-2005)
Harold Carl Schopfer, 86, Owen, died Saturday, April 2 at the Clark County Health Care Center in Owen. His body was cremated and no public services were held.
Maurina Funeral Service of Owen assisted the family with arrangements.
