Albert R. Bergeson, 84, Medford, died Wednesday, May 17 at his home. Funeral services were held Saturday, May 20 at Ogema Baptist Church, with Pastor Dick Wohler, Pastor Paul Van Camp and Pastor David Root officiating. Burial took place at Garden of Memories Cemetery in the Town of Hill in Price County. Pallbearers were Travis Bergeson, Caleb Anderson, Dan Swan, and Peter, Jacob and Nicholas Anderson.
Hemer Funeral Service of Medford assisted the family with arrangements.

Margaret Forrester
(1934-2006)
Margaret “Sam” Forrester, 72, died Thursday, May 18, 2006, after a lengthy illness at her Town of Deer Creek, Stetsonville residence.
At Margaret’s request, there will be no memorial service.

Bernard Kuenne
(1941-2006)
Bernard “Bernie” J. Kuenne, 64, Medford, died Monday, May 22 at Memorial Health Center emergency room. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 25 at 11 a.m. at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Medford, with Rev. John Melke officiating. Burial will be at Medford Evergreen Cemetery II. Pallbearers will be his nephews, Jeff and David Kuenne, Mike and Steve Zondlo, Shane Viergutz and Jamie and John Weir.
Hemer Funeral Service of Medford assisted the family with arrangements.

Beryl Mokry
(1919-2006)
Beryl J. Mokry, 86, Medford, died Monday, May 22 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 25 at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Medford, with Rev. Brian Wipf and Rev. Charlie Butt officiating. Burial will be at Medford Evergreen Cemetery II. Pallbearers will be Chris Sulzer, Bruce Cameron, Tim and Rob Mokry, Dan Nimz and Troy Anderson.
Visitation will be at the church on Thursday from 11 a.m. until the time of service.

Norman Quante

Norman H. Quante, 65, Withee, died Thursday, May 18 at Memorial Health Center Emergency Room in Medford. Funeral services were held Monday, May 22 at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford, with Rev. Brian Wipf officiating. Burial was at Perkinstown Community Cemetery. Pallbearers were Travis Zable, David and Nathan Searer, Dave and Jim Kahon, and Tim, Todd and Dylan Klimpke.

Andrew Vlach Sipla
(1923-2006)
Rib Lake native Andrew “Andy” Vlach Sipla, 82, Coloma, died Thursday, April 27 at Countryside Nursing Home in South Haven. A family graveside service was held with military rites conducted by Coloma American Legion Post No. 362.
Davidson Funeral Home of Coloma assisted the family with arrangements.

Joanne Weiss
(1936-2006)
Joanne C. Weiss, 69, Athens, died Wednesday, April 17 at the House of Dove Hospice Home in Marshfield. Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 20 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Athens, with Rev. Charles Hiebl officiating. Pallbearers were Paul, Jim and Brian Lavicka, Paul and Eric Gordee and Cheryl Hoffman.
Peterson Kraemer Funeral Home of Athens assisted the family with arrangements.

Raymond Allar
(1918-2006)
Raymond Matthew Allar, 87, Loyal, died Thursday, May 11 at Colonial Center in Colby. Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 16 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Loyal, with Msgr. John Malik officiating. Burial was at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Colby. Pallbearers were Scott Allar, Jerry and Don Freeck, Albert and Robert Pinsch, Vaughn Lucht and Greg Brock.

Janine Blennert
(1953-2006)
Janine Anne Blennert, 53, Rib Lake, died Thursday, May 11 at Rib Lake Health Care Center. Funeral services were held Monday, May 15 at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in the Town of Greenwood, with Rev. Carl Busse officiating. Cremation took place after the service.
Dallmann-Kniewel Funeral Homes of Medford and Rib Lake assisted the family with arrangements.

Ruth Diamond
(1914-2006)
Ruth I. Diamond, 91, Donald, died Monday, May 15 at her home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 18 at 2 p.m. at the Gilman Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow at a later date.

Clara Gunia
(1915-2006)
Clara Marie Gunia, 90, Spencer, died Friday, May 12 at Colonial Center in Colby. Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 17 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Lublin, with Father John Long officiating. Burial was at St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery.
Thorp Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.

William Kolasa
(1918-2006)
William S. Kolasa, 87, Gilman, died Tuesday, May 2 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. Funeral services were held Saturday, May 6 at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Gilman, with Father Long officiating. Burial was at Meadowbrook Cemetery in Gilman.

Maria Molitor
(1928-2006)
Maria “Mary” A. Molitor, 78, Medford, died Tuesday, May 16 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 19 at 11 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, with Father Gerard Willger officiating and Father John Long co-officiating. Burial will be at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Medford. Pallbearers are Gary, Charley and Leon Long, Bruce and Joe Strama and Don Monheim.
Visitation will be on Thursday, May 18 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford with a 7 p.m. rosary service, and on Friday at the funeral home from 9 to 10:45 a.m.

Alice Niederhauser
(1929-2006)
Alice M. Niederhauser, 76, Holcombe, died Monday, May 15 at her home. Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 17 at Borton Funeral Home in Cornell, with Rev. James Leschensky officiating.

Ruth Ruesch
(1921-2006)
Ruth A. Ruesch, 85, Gainsville, Fla., died Wednesday, April 12 at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainsville. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 20 at 11 a.m. at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford, with Mary Jo Laabs, Lay Minister, officiating. Cremainal interment will be at Medford Evergreen Cemetery with graveside military rites performed by Medford VFW Honors Team.
Visitation will be held on Saturday at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
