Margaret “Marge” Perrin
1941-2006
Margaret Lois Perrin, 65, of Medford, WI, died Sunday, March 26 at Hamilton Medical Center, Dalton, GA.
Marge was born March 15, 1941, to the late Fred and Mamie Freiberg in Menomonee Falls, WI, and was a graduate of Menomonee Falls High School.
On August 13, 1960, in Menomonee Falls, Wi, she was united in marriage to her loving and devoted husband, Norman “Norm” D. Perrin of Medford, WI. Marge and Norm enjoyed 45 years of wedded bliss.
Marge enjoyed her many years as the Clubhouse Manager at Medford Tee-Hi Golf Course, was an avid golfer herself and cherished her time on the course with family and friends. Marge adored her grandchildren and loved having her family close to her. She was an “Ace” at whatever she put her mind to and has bragging rights to two holes-in one at Tee-Hi, on holes 7 and 4, and her perfect 29 hand in cribbage. Marge was an accomplished bridge player and belonged to several bridge clubs. Her other interests included playing sheepshead, traveling, knitting, and keeping her children and grandchildren well supplied with peanut butter fudge cake.
In addition to her husband, survivors include children, Mark (Kathy) Perrin of Medford, WI, Scott (Gayle) Perrin of Medford, WI, Kent (Deborah) Perrin of Weston, WI, Amy (Christopher) Konop of Sturgeon Bay, WI, and Todd (Amanda) Perrin of Medford, WI; grandchildren, Craig (Shelby) Perrin (Scott), Jonathon Perrin (Scott), Alison and Candace Perrin (Kent), Ryan Perrin (Mark), and Andrew Konop (Amy).
Marge is also survived by sisters, Sandra (Jim) DeSwarte, Judith Kontney and Sharon (Kenneth) Plummer.
Visitation was held at Hemer Funeral Home, Medford, on Wednesday evening, March 29th — followed by a private memorial service.

Louis J. Trojniar, 76, Rockford, Ill., died Saturday, March 25 in Swedish American Hospital in Rockford. Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 29 at St. James Catholic Church in Rockford, with Rev. David E. Beauvais officiating. Burial was at Calvary Cemetery in Rockford.

Anita D. Beilke, 87, Rib Lake and formerly of Medford, passed away Saturday, March 18 at the Rib Lake Health Care Center. A memorial service was held Wednesday, March 22 at the Dallmann-Kniewel Funeral Home in Rib Lake, with Rev. Roger Sloan officiating. Interment will take place at a later date at the Holton Cemetery.

Ronald P. DeChatelets, 71, Medford, died Friday, March 17 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, where he had been a patient for less than one day. Funeral services were Tuesday, March 21 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, with Father Gerard Willger and Deacon Joe Stefancin officiating. Burial was in Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery, with graveside miliatary rites. Pallbearers were grandchildren Bradley Bockin, Nick and Jordan Wisnewski, Jim Waterman, Brock Blair, and Dylan DeChatelets.

Sophie A. Mikolainis, 99, Thorp, died Tuesday, March 21 at the Zastrow Care Center in Gilman. Funeral services are Saturday, March 25 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Bernard-St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church in Thorp, with Father Keith Apfelbeck officiating. Burial will be in Old St. Hedwig’s Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers are Tim and David Micke, Carol Jugo, Cathy Kuhl, Robert Mikolainis, and Ron Grzeszkowiak. Visitation will be Friday at the Thorp Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. There will be a 7 p.m. rosary service.

Louise Elizabeth Rewey, 84, formerly of St. Paul Minn., and since 1982 a part-time resident of Bonita Springs Fla. and Ogema, passed away March 17 at their home in Citrus Park in Bonita Springs.

Lillian Kops 94, Colby, died Sunday, March 12 at Continental Manor Nursing Home in Abbotsford. Funeral services will be Thursday March 16 at 1 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in Colby, with Rev. Mark Neumann officiating. Burial will be in Colby Memorial Cemetery. Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Laura Ann Redding, 47, Town of Little Black, died Saturday March 11, as the result of an automobile accident in the town of Green Grove, Clark County. A memorial gathering was held Tuesday March 14 at the Dorchester Memorial Hall in Dorchester.

Eileen B. Safemaster, 75, Unity, died Monday, March 13 at St. Joseph’s Hospital Palliative Care Unit in Marshfield. Memorial services will be held on Friday, March 17 at 1 p.m at Maurina Funeral Home in Abbotsford. Inurnment will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Unity at a later date.
Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from noon until the time of service.
