Patricia Tornabene
1928-2007
Patricia "Pat" C. Tornabene, 79, Medford, died Sunday, April 29 at Memorial Health Center in Medford, where she had been a patient for the past week, with her loving and devoted husband, Peter, and daughter, Donna, at her side. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 3 at 6:30 p.m. at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford, with Father Gerard Willger officiating.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 5 p.m. until the time of service.

David Woellner
1939-2007
David A. Woellner, 68, Town of Maplehurst, died Friday, April 27 at his home. Memorial services were held Wednesday, May 2 at Maurina Funeral Home in Owen, with Pastor Arnie Wolf officiating.

Norman Berger
1932-2007
Norman J. Berger, 74, Medford, died Sunday, April 22 at Memorial Nursing Home in Medford, where he had resided the past 13 years. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 26 at 11 a.m. at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford, with Father Gerard Willger officiating. Burial will be at Medford Evergreen Cemetery II. Pallbearers will be Dale and Duane Oldenberg, David and Mike Nowacki, Jay Jochimsen, Jeff Sommer and William Berger.

Virginia Meyer
Former Town of Holway resident Virginia Meyer, died April 8 at Neillsville where she had lived for many years. Burial was on April 12.
She was married to Samuel R. MacGregor Sr.
She is survived by five children, Samuel R. MacGregor Jr., John MacGregor, Sharon MacGregor, David Meyer, and Mary Lou (Larry) Dubois, and 13 grandchildren.

Howard Rabska
1916-2007
Howard J. Rabska, 90, Owen, died Thursday, April 19 at Clark County Health Care Center in Owen. Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 24 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Withee, with Rev. Tom Myhre officiating. Burial was at Riverside Cemetery in Withee. Pallbearers were Greg Rabska, Mike Rabska, Chris Rabska, Gary Rabska, Ronald Rabska and Ken Petersen.
Maurina/Community Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.

Ellen Rau
1918-2007
Ellen Maria Rau, 88, Denver, Colo., died Wednesday, April 18 while under hospice care. Funeral services were held Saturday, April 21 at the Monarch Society House. Burial was at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver.

Helen Snook
1917-2007
Helen Snook, 89, Medford, died Monday, April 23 at Memorial Nursing Home in Medford where she had resided the past 7 1/2 years. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 27 at 11 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, with Father Gerard Willger and Deacon Joseph Stefancin officiating. Inurnment of her cremains will be at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Medford at a later date. Honorary pallbearers are Wayne and Craig Butor, Ron and Ken Westrich, Jerry Prell and Rochelle Riddle.
Visitation will be on Friday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
Hemer Funeral Service of Medford assisted the family with arrangements.

Beverly Strobach
1943-2007
Beverly Jean Strobach, 64, Ogema, died Tuesday, April 24 at her home surrounded by her loving family after a seven year, seven month battle with cancer. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 28 at First Lutheran Church in Ogema, with Rev. Bob Giese officiating.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 27 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Dallmann-Kniewel Funeral Home in Rib Lake, and at the church on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of service.

Margaret Warsaw
1950-2007
Margaret Ann "Peggy" Warsaw, 57, Wausau, died April 17, of cancer. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 27 at 11 a.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Douglas, Mich.
A gathering at the Curling Club in Medford will be held on Friday, May 4 from 4 to 6 p.m.
Visitation will be held Thursday, April 26 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Saugatuck Chapel Dykstra Life Story Funeral Home in Saugatuck, Mich.

Maurice Whirry
1926-2007
Maurice Edward Whirry, 80, Markesan, died Wednesday, April 18. Funeral services were held Monday, April 23 at the Smith Funeral Home in Pardeeville, with Pastor Tom Moe officiating. Burial was at the Greenwood Cemetery, with full military rites performed by the American Legion George Thompson Post No. 395 of Kingston.

Esta Mae Willner
1914-2007
Esta Mae Willner, 92, Medford, died Saturday, April 21 at Memorial Nursing Home in Medford, where she had resided the past 1 1/2 years. Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 25 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Whittlesey, with Rev. Randal Jeppesen officiating. Burial was at Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery in Whittlesey. Honorary pallbearers were Rod Thums, Joshua Michler, Herb Eppensteiner and Anthony Maurer. Active pallbearers were Dan and Michael Michler, Nathan and Philip Maurer, Jeff Tom and Mark Frischman.
Hemer Funeral Service of Medford assisted the family with arrangements.

Edith Boyle
1926-2007
Edith Ann Boyle, 80, Monona, died Tuesday, April 10 at the Hospice Care Center in Fitchburg. A private family service was held. Entombment was at Roselawn Memorial Park.
Gunderson East Funeral and Cremation Centers assisted the family with arrangements.

Margeret De Jong
1920-2007
Margeret "Marge" L. De Jong, 87, died Monday, April 16 at St. Joseph's Hospital Palliative Care in Marshfield where she had been a patient for the past week. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Interment of her cremated remains will take place at Medford Evergreen Cemetery II, with graveside military rites performed by the Medford Military Honors Team.

Donald Fierke
1927-2007
Donald Fierke, 80, Stetsonville, died Sunday, April 15 at St. Joseph's Hospital Palliative Care in Marshfield. A mass of christian burial was held Tuesday, April 17 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Stetsonville, with Father Frederick Brost officiating. Burial was in Dorchester Memorial Cemetery. Pallbearers were Randy Klieforth, Scott Klieforth, Dan Beck, Nick Kleparski, Brian Loucks and Dave Loucks.
Maurina/Community Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
