Tom Joseph Olson, 65, Town of Chelsea, died Saturday, April 12 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Wednesday, April 16 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, with Father Gerard Willger and Deacon Joe Stefancin officiating. Interment was at Chelsea Community Cemetery with full military honors conducted by Premeau-Schauss VFW Post No. 7817 of Westboro. Pallbearers were Mike A. Wahl, Mike W. Wahl, Jim Feira, Jim Knott, Dave "Chicken" Olson, Mark Olson, Allan Eisner and Jeff Eisner.
Dallmann-Kniewel Funeral Homes of Medford and Rib Lake assisted the family with arrangements.

Magdalene Peterson
1914-2008
Magdalene "Maggie" Peterson, 93, Town of Rib Lake, died Wednesday, April 16 at her home while under Hope Hospice care. Funeral services were held Monday, April 21 at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, with Rev. Roger Sloan officiating. Interment was at Lakeview Cemetery in Rib Lake. Pallbearers were Rocky Knight, Wade Knight, Luke Peterson, Danny Gustafson, Emery Peterson Jr., Paul Peterson, Ricky Peterson and Larry Lietz.
Dallmann-Kniewel Funeral Homes of Medford and Rib Lake assisted the family with arrangements.

Alois Rindt
1924-2008
Alois "Ollie" V. Rindt, 84, Stetsonville, died Thursday, April 17 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, where he had been a patient for the past week. Funeral services were held Monday, April 21 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Stetsonville, with Father Frederick Brost officiating. Interment was at Stetsonville Catholic Cemetery with graveside military rites performed by Stetsonville American Legion Post No. 519. Honorary pallbearers were his grandsons, Nicholas and Quinn Rindt, Colten Quante and Anthony and Aron Molitor. Active pallbearers were Calvin, Andy, Nathan, Justin and Jesse Friedenfels and Ray, Jay, Luke and John Rindt.
Hemer Funeral Service of Medford assisted the family with arrangements.

Rita Roberts
1927-2008
Rita C. Roberts, 80, Medford, died Saturday, April 19 at her home. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 25 at 11 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, with Father Gerard Willger, Father Dennis Meulemans and Deacon Joe Stefancin officiating. Interment will be at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Medford. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Todd Emmerich, Chad Baka, Matt Husemann, Justin Mayer, and Jess, Scott, Clayton and Jeremy Roberts.
Visitation will be held Thursday, April 24 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford, with a VFW Auxiliary service at 6:45 p.m. and a 7 p.m. rosary service.

Steven Scott
1958-2008
Steven "Steve" Duane Scott, 50, Marshfield, died Thursday, April 17 at his parents' home in Westboro. Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 22 at Faith Lutheran Church in Marshfield, with Rev. Tricia Turner officiating. Interment was at Mount Olive Cemetery in Westboro. Pallbearers were David Scott, Greg Scott, Jeff Shaw, Zachery Ruesch, Clayton Ruesch and Jordan Scott.
Dallmann-Kniewel Funeral Homes of Medford and Rib Lake assisted the family with arrangements.

Donald Taylor
1931-2008
Donald Lee Taylor, 76, Medford, died Sunday, April 13 at St. Joseph's Palliative Care Unit in Marshfield. A memorial service and celebration of Don's life was held Saturday, April 19 at B-S Bar and Catering in Medford, with Pastor Grant Brown officiating. Military honors were conducted by Boxrucker-Berry American Legion Post No. 519 of Stetsonville.

Judith Wendlandt
1932-2008
Judith "Judy" Rose Wendlandt, 76, Rib Lake, died Thursday, April 17 at Golden LivingCenter Comfort Care in Rib Lake. Funeral services were held Saturday, April 19 at Dallmann-Kniewel Funeral Home in Rib Lake, with Pastor Grant Brown officiating.

Bruce Will
1935-2008
Bruce Walter Will, 72, Town of Ogema, died Tuesday, April 8 at Wausau Aspirus Hospital. Funeral services were held Monday, April 14 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Prentice, with Father Bernard Byrne officiating.
Heindl Funeral Home of Prentice assisted the family with arrangements.

Ruth Wagler
1913-2008
Former Town of Chelsea resident Ruth M. Wagler, 94, Merrill, died Thursday, April 10 at Pine Crest Nursing Home in Merrill. No services will be held. Interment will be at Medford Evergreen Cemetery II.

Josephine Meyer
1911-2008
Former Medford and Town of Greenwood resident Josephine Meyer, 96, Adams County, died Saturday, April 12 at Liberty Manor in Adams. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Wednesday, April 16 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Rib Lake, with Father Bernie Byrne officiating. Interment was at Lakeview Cemetery in Rib Lake.

Amos Martin
Amos S. Martin, 87, Inver Grove Heights, Minn., died Sunday, April 13. Interment will be on Saturday, April 19 at 1:30 p.m. at Lakeview Cemetery in Rib Lake.
O'Halloran and Murphy Funeral Home of St. Paul, Minn., assisted the family with arrangements.

Dylan DeCaire
(1991-2008)
Dylan James DeCaire, 17, Dorchester, died Sunday, April 6. Funeral services will be Friday, May 9 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Colby with Rev. John Gualbert officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the church and Friday beginning at 10 a.m. Private burial services will take place at a later time.
The Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home of Abbotsford is assisting the family with arrangements.

Minnie LaBrec
1918-2008
Minnie Christina LaBrec, 89, Rib Lake, died Sunday, May 4 at Golden LivingCenter in Rib Lake. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, May 9 at 11 a.m. at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Rib Lake, with Father Bernie Byrne officiating. Interment will be at Mount Olive Cemetery in Westboro. Pallbearers are Mark Will, Scott LaBrec, Todd LaBrec, Peter LaBrec, Chad Haas and Kurt Haas.
Visitation will be held Thursday, May 8 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Dallmann-Kniewel Funeral Home in Rib Lake with a parish prayer service at 4:30 p.m., and at the church on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.

Eunice Liere
(1921-2008)
Medford native Eunice V. Liere, 86, McHenry, Ill., died Wednesday, April 9 at Northern Illinois Medical Center. Funeral services were Tuesday, April 15 at Zion Lutheran Church in McHenry. Burial was in McHenry County Memorial Park in Woodstock, Ill.

Myrtle Emmerich
1919-2008
Myrtle L. Emmerich, 89, Medford, died Monday, June 9 at Memorial Health Center in Medford. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 12 at 3 p.m. at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Medford, with Pastor James H. Babler officiating. Interment will be at Medford Evergreen Cemetery II. Pallbearers will be Mike Dittrich, Scott Jones, Corey Faber, Jason Hovell, Shawn Neva, Perry Emmerich, "Stretch" Lemke and Curt Scholl.
Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday from noon until the time of the service.

James Molitor
1935-2008
James "Jim" P. Molitor, 73, Medford, died Monday, June 9 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 12 at 11 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, with Father Gerard Willger and Deacon Joseph Stefancin officiating. Interment will be at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Medford, with full military honors performed by the Medford Military Honors Team. Pallbearers will be Mike Kraemer, Joseph, Rick and David Dowden, Jeff Molitor and Adam Dake.
Hemer Funeral Service of Medford assisted the family with arrangements.
