Steven A. Wiedmer, 47
Steven Arnold Wiedmer, 47, of the town of Auburn, passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2000, at his home.
He was born Oct. 24, 1952, in Madison, to Arnold and Irma (Kolell) Wiedmer, and on June 7, 1986, married Patricia Thompson in Elkhorn.
Mr. Wiedmer was a member of St. Lucas Evangelical Lutheran Church, Kewaskum, and at the time of his death was employed by American Litho and Publishing Inc., Milwaukee.
Survivors include his wife; two children, Daniel (Jennifer) and Rachael (Clinton) Luebbe, both of Kewaskum; his mother, Irma Wiedmer of Beaver Dam; a brother, David (Heather) of Baraboo; a sister, Carol Wiedmer of Mattawan, Mich.; a granddaughter, Shayla Wiedmer; other relatives and friends.
Preceding him in death was his father.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. on Sunday, May 7, at St. Lucas Evangelical Lutheran Church, Kewaskum. Rev. Timothy Henning will officiate, and burial will be at 10 a.m. on Monday in Lutheran Memorial Park, Kewaskum.
Visitation at the church only will be Sunday from 4 p.m. until the time of services.
Memorials to St. Lucas Evangelical Lutheran Church are appreciated.
The Miller Funeral Home, Kewaskum is serving the family.

William T. Pfeifer, 83
William T. Pfeifer, 83, of Watertown, died Wednesday, May 3, 2000, at Watertown Memorial Hospital.
He was born Sept. 16, 1916, in Nenno, to the late Thomas and Katherine (nee Jung) Pfeifer, and graduated from Slinger High School.
He married Anna Gebhard on Oct. 25, 1941, and after her death, married Evelyn Kinberg on June 26, 1976. She also preceded him in death.
He was a dairy farmer and a retired assembler from American Motors.
Survivors include a daughter, Bonnie (Eugene) Kaster of Orinda, Calif.; a stepson, John A. (Marie) Magyar of Henderson, Nev.; two stepdaughters Mary (Ralph) Herzler of Hustisford and Susan (Le) Lane of Brookfield; a brother, Clifford of West Bend; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
He was a member of St. John's UCC, Hartford.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 5 at 7 p.m. at Bethany Chapel at Marquardt Memorial Manor, Watertown.
Rev. Ed Freese Jr. of St. John's UCC, will officiate, and burial will be in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery Nenno.
Visitation at the chapel will be Friday from 4 to 7 p.m.
Memorials to Marquardt Foundation are appreciated.

John F. Milewski, 72
John F. Milewski, 72, of Iron River, beloved husband of Marcia, passed on to his heavenly reward after suffering a heart attack at his residence on Wednesday, May 3, 2000.
He was born April 30, 1928, in Ashland, and spent his formative years there before enlisting with the U.S. Navy after his 18th birthday.
After serving his country, John moved to the Kewaskum area where he married Marcia DelPonte in 1949. They settled in Kewaskum where he was employed at Regal Ware for 37 years.
Upon retiring in 1990, the couple resettled to Iron River to be near his birth town.
Survivors include two sons, David (Sharon) of Brownsville and John (Peggy) of Fairbault, Minn.; two daughters, Beth (Jeffrey) Lauters of Hixton and Jean (William) Sommers of West Bend; grandchildren Shaun and Natasha Milewski, John Michael and Jennifer Rae Milewski, Wanda Mae (Rich) Hill, Timothy Lauters, Cassandra, Amber and Mitchell Dreher; two sisters, Fran Wroblewski of Washburn and Pauline (Ace) Thurman of Riverside, Calif.
Preceding him in death was a grandson.
Funeral arrangements are pending at the Mountain and Schaefer Funeral Home, Ashland.
The family requests memorials be directed to a favorite charity of individual designation.

Paul B. Huenemann, 76
Paul B. Huenemann, of West Bend, died Wednesday, May 3, 2000 at his residence at the age of 76.
He was born in the town of Herman, to the late William and Maria (nee Hansmeier) Huenemann. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II in Japan and he married Vivian Hollatz on July 7, 1945 in Maryland.
Paul was employed as a district sales manager for Library Bureau for many years and the couple lived in many areas of the country including New York, Iowa and Minnesota. Paul retired in 1989 and they moved to West Bend in 1995. Vivian preceded him in death on April 16, 1996. He then married Mary Lou (nee Hugunin) Huenemann on Dec. 28, 1997 in Green Bay and they continued to live in West Bend.
He was a member of Fifth Avenue Unity Methodist Church, West Bend, and he enjoyed golfing.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou, four children, Jane Huenemann of West Des Moines, Iowa, Paul (Christin) Huenemann of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Dana (Larry) Toraason of Slinger, and Charles (Jeanine) Huenemann of Logan, Utah; three step-children, Margaret Himley of Syracuse, N.Y., Joel (Deb Emery) Huenemann of Minocqua, and Karen (Peter) Lennon of Chicago; nine grandchildren, Nathan Parks, Matthew Parks, Susannah Parks, Jessica (Nick) Pendleton, Ross Huenemann, Eric Toraason, Inger Toraason, Claire Toraason and Hanna Huenemann; a step-grandson Matthew Himley; a great-grandson, Simon Pendleton; three sisters, Ruth Huenemann of Oakland, Calif., Erna Buehrer of Green Bay, Dorothea (Robert) Volkert of Davis, Calif.; two brothers, Ruben Huenemann of Portland, Oregon, and William (Jean) Huenemann of Ft. Wayne, Ind.; a son-in-law, Jerry (Lin) Parks of Burlington, Iowa, two sisters-in-law Lois Huenemann of Garner, Iowa and Frances Huenemann of Closter, New Jersey; a brother-in-law, Albert Streyle of Albert Lea, Minn., other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Ann Parks, two sisters, Miriam Huber and Lois Streyle, and five brothers, Lorenz Huenemann, Calvin Huenemann, Karl Huenemann, Elmer Huenemann and Roland Huenemann.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 13 at 11 a.m. at Peace Reformed Church in Garner Iowa.
Burial of the cremated remains will be in Peace Reformed Church Cemetery in Garner, Iowa.
Memorials to the Domestic Violence Shelter, 2410 Mt. Pleasant St., Burlington, Iowa, 52601 are appreciated.

Kayes K. Searvogel
Kayes K. Searvogel, 86, of Medford, formerly of West Bend, died Friday, May 5, 2000, at Memorial Hospital in Medford.
He was born on May 16, 1913, in the town of Waupun to the late Klass and Jannet (nee Tobak) Searvogel. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He lived in Cedarburg for many years and was employed at Metal Mold in Cedarburg until retiring in 1978. In 1979 he moved to West Bend where he lived until 1998 when he moved to Medford to live with his daughter.
He loved rollerskating and bowling and enjoyed going to the Senior Citizen’s Center in Medford daily. He was a member of First Baptist Church in West Bend and he was currently attending Grace Bible Ministries in Medford.
He loved the Lord and always had a good testimony for the Lord. He always said, "You need to take Jesus home with you, not leave him at church."
He is survived by four children, Patricia (Ronald) Lubahn of Medford, Kenneth (Carol Searvogel of West Bend, Donald (Gloria) Searvogel of Ogdensburg and Robert (Ilene) Searvogel of West Bend; 17 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by a sister and 4 brothers.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 8, at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church, West Bend. Rev. Bruce Dunford and Rev. John Mitchell will officiate, and burial will follow in Washington County Memorial Park, West Bend.
Visitation at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, West Bend, was on Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. and will be at the church on Monday from 1 p.m. until the time of services.

John McCutcheon "Mac" Powell
John McCutcheon "Mac" Powell of West Bend found peace with our Lord after a long illness on Thursday, May 4, 2000, at the Milwaukee Hospice at the age of 66 years.
He was born on May 13, 1933, to the late Herbert McCutcheon Powell and Margaret Joys Powell. He received his education at Milwaukee County Day School and graduated from Lawrence University with a B.A. degree.
Mac served in the Armed Forces prior to joining his father at Powell & Company Real Estate where he became president in 1969. Mac retired from real estate in 1995. Mac was an avid tennis player and outdoorsman, especially enjoying hunting. He was a longtime member of Rotary International and also a member of St. James Episcopal Church in West Bend.
Survivors include his wife Mary Lucille "Lu" (nee Cox) of West Bend, three children, Douglas McCutcheon Powell of Seattle, Wash., Craig Davis Powell of Manitowoc and Charles Joys (Tamalya Wilson) Powell of Whitefish Bay; three grandchildren, Michael Hadrath Powell, Lauren Eastman Powell and Erica Cox Powell; his sister, Nancy (Robert) Morton of Boulder, Colo.; other relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by a daughter, Amy Lull Powell in infancy.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2000, at 11 a.m. at St. James Episcopal Church with the Rev. Martha Berger officiating. Private committal at St. James Columbarium. The family will receive relatives and friends at the church from 9 a.m. Thursday until the time of services.
Memorials in lieu of flowers are request to the Mac Powell Memorial Fund at St. James Episcopal Church, 148 S. 8th Ave., West Bend, WI 53095; The Milwaukee Hospice, 4067 N. 92nd St., Wauwatosa, WI 53222; or the Kettle Moraine Visiting Nurses Association, W194 N16727 Eagle Drive, Jackson, WI 53037.
Mac’s family wishes to acknowledge and thank his physicians, Douglas Klink, MD; Glenn Regalie, MD; and Andrew Pahl, MD, in addition to special VNA nurse Kay Wuenke. Their ongoing care has meant so much to the Powell family. Special thanks to Mother Marth, Priest at St. James Episcopal Church.

Glenn W. Muenster
Glenn W. Muenster, 68, of West Bend died Friday, May 5, 2000, at St. Luke’s Medical Center, Milwaukee.
He was born Nov. 17, 1931, to Clarence and Laura (Feistel) Muenster in Appleton and married Donna M. (Carney) on Oct. 26, 1961, at Freedom. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict as a helicopter pilot stationed in Haiti. He retired after 28 years at Texaco Oil Co. He was currently employed as a consultant for Condon Oil Co. of Ripon.
He is survived by his wife Donna of West Bend; three children, Mickey (Joan) Muenster of West Bend, Kim (Bob) Liebetrau of West Bend and Kristie (Tom) Carlson of Kildeer, Ill.; eight grandchildren, Nicole, Ross, Morgan, Joey, Mallory, Taylor, Corey and Nicholas; one brother, Wayne (Ginny) Muenster of Seymour; three sisters, Carol (Ron) Kressin of Three Lakes, Jean (Bill) Errington of Appleton and Judy Gonnering of Neenah; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents and one brother-in-law, Ves Gonnering.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 6 p.m., Wednesday, May 10, 2000, at St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church, West Bend, with Father Jeffrey Haines officiating.
Interment will take place at Washington County Memorial Park at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 11, 2000.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the American heart Association or the American Lung Association.
The Phillip Funeral Home of West Bend is assisting the family.
