Wayne W. Margelowsky
Wayne W. Margelowsky of Hartford passed away on Monday, May 29, 2000 at Hartford Memorial Hospital. He was 51 years old.
He was born in Hartford on Jan. 4, 1949 to Wallace and Dorothy (nee Kohler) Margelowsky.
He enjoyed fishing and hunting and loved the outdoors.
Wayne is survived by his fiancee, Diane Pruitt of Hartford; mother, Dorothy Margelowsky-Poole of Hartford; stepdaughter, Carrie (Curtis) Krohn; brother, Todd of Hartford; two sisters, Debra (Craig) Kodai of Louisiana and Kim (Fred) Peters of Hartford; three nieces, Michelle Peters, Abbie Peters and Stephanie Margelowsky; and two nephews, Scott (Shawna) Kodai and Brian (Cindy) Kodai. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wallace, on Dec. 21, 1999; two brothers, Joseph and Terry Margelowsky; paternal grandparents, Walter and Amanda (nee Gensmer) Marge-lowsky; and maternal grandparents, Matthew and Theresa (nee Hoffman) Kohler.
Services will be on Thursday, June 1 at 7 p.m. at Shimon Funeral Home, Hartford with Rev. Geoffrey Hoy officiating. Family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. Interment at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Memorials to the family are appreciated.

Leona B. Hundt (nee Pusch)
Leona B. Hundt (nee Pusch) of the Township of Hustisford died on Friday, May 26, 2000 at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. She was 84 years old.
She was born in the town of Rubicon on Feb. 10, 1916 to Edward and Ida Pusch, and married Ervin Hundt on May 21, 1944 at Peace Lutheran Church, Hartford.
Leona and her husband farmed in the Neosho area most of their lives.
She is survived by her children, Dennis (Sharon) Hundt of Hustisford and Joy (Keith) Mueller of Neosho; special granddaughter, Sarah Mueller of Neosho; brothers and sisters, Ruth (Raymond) Schulz, Ruben (Carol) Pusch, Waldemar (Adeline) Pusch, Edward G. Pusch, all of Hartford and Laverne (Richard) Zahnow of Richfield. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ervin, on Nov. 21, 1999; an infant son; two brothers, Willard Pusch and Melvin Pusch; and three sisters, Eleanor Hundt, Adeline Berndt and Violet Ehlers.
Visitation was held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 31 at St. Paul's Ev. Lutheran Church in Neosho. Funeral services followed at 1 p.m. with Rev. David W. Meister officiating. Interment at Hustisford Cemetery, Hustisford.
The Berndt Funeral Home of Hartford served the family.

Mary Ann D. Hagenow (nee Haupt)
Mary Ann D. Hagenow (nee Haupt) of Hartford passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2000. She was 54 years old.
She was born on May 19, 1946, in Manitowoc, to parents Myron and Hertha (nee Glaeser) Haupt. She married Gene D. Hagenow on Aug. 15, 1964 at First German Lutheran of Manitowoc.
Mary Ann was raised in Manitowoc. She attended Manitowoc Lutheran High School and was a graduate of the class of 1963. After marriage, the couple lived in Sheboygan and later moved to West Bend in 1977. They finally settled in Hartford in the Town of Addison. She was a bank teller for National Exchange Bank for over 20 years and a member of Shepherd of the Hill Ev. Lutheran Church of West Bend.
She is survived by her husband, Gene, of Hartford; two children, Brian (Jackie) of Sussex and Todd (Fiancee, Amy) of West Bend; three grandchildren, Brandon, Samantha and Natalie; one sister, Karen (Hal) Kamke of Manitowoc; one brother-in-law, Earl Lau of New Holstein; two brothers, Glenn (Ione) Haupt of Newton and Arlie (Marlene) Haupt of Cleveland, Wis. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Jeffrey; and one sister, Elaine.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 27 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Good Shepherd Ev. Lutheran Church. Funeral services followed at 2 p.m. with Pastor Daniel Luetke officiating. Interment took place at Washington Co. Memorial Park of West Bend following the service.
Memorials to Shepherd of the Hills Ev. Lutheran Church of West Bend are appreciated.

Grace A Gourlie (nee Wolters)
Grace A Gourlie (nee Wolters) of Hartford, formerly of Neosho, passed away at Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls on Tuesday, May 23, 2000. She was 88 years old.
She was born April 22, 1912 in Oshkosh to Carl and Martha Wolters. She married David A. Gourlie on Sept. 1, 1934 in Hartford.
Grace was a lifetime member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Neosho where she lived most of her life. Last year, she lived at Wellington Place in Hartford. She enjoyed the friends she made there, and her family appreciated the love and care she received. She was a member of St. Paul's Ladies Aid, Hartford's Senior Friends and Neosho's Historical Society.
A heartfelt thanks to the staff of Wellington Place, Hartford, Hartford Memorial Hospital and Menomonee Falls Community Hospital.
She is survived by her children, David G. (Marian) Gourlie of Madison, Richard A. Gourlie of Milwaukee, Carol (Paul) Schenck of Wixom, Mich., and Ronald A. (Connie) Gourlie of Argyle, Tex., a sister, Mildred Pirtle of Ludington, Mich., and special former daughters-in-law, Lois Gourlie and Norma Gourlie. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, David A., who died May 31, 1978; and a son, Dale R.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 27 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Neosho. Funeral services followed at 2 p.m. with Rev. David W. Meister officiating. Interment at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Hartford.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Paul's Lutheran Carillon Fund or Neosho Historical Society would be appreciated.

Anna V. "Viola" Feiter (nee Held)
Anna V. "Viola" Feiter (nee Held) of Slinger passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2000 at Cedar Lake Health Care Center. She was 94 years old.
She was born on Nov. 3, 1905, in Hartford, to John and Anna (nee Andres) Held. She married Walter J. Feiter on June 30, 1925 at St. Peter's Catholic Church.
Anna was a nurse's aid for over 20 years, retiring in 1975. She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church of Slinger, a past member of Christian Mother's Society and the Hartford Hospital Auxiliary.
She is survived by three children, Earl (Liz) Feiter of Slinger, Mary (Lee) Jahnke of Fort Atkinson and Thomas (Mary Kay) Feiter of West Bend; one daughter-in-law, JoAnne Feiter of Whitefish Bay; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one sister, Esther Mayer of St. Lawrence; one brother, Richard (Margaret) Held of Slinger; and one sister-in-law, Ilma Held of Eagle River. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one son, Neil; and three brothers.
Visitation was held at St. Peter's Catholic Church of Slinger only, from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 27. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at the church at 11 a.m. with Father Robert J. Bales officiating. Interment took place at (Old) St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery following the Mass.

Thomas B. Conrad
Thomas B. Conrad of Hartford passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2000 at his home surrounded by his family after fighting a long battle with cancer. He was 59.
He was born in Hartford on Oct. 3, 1940 to Jim and Ruth (nee Jacklin) Conrad. He married Janet Riess on Dec. 28, 1963 at St. Kilian in Hartford.
He served in the Army National Guard from 1963 to 1969. He owned and operated the Conrad Painting and Decorating business for 40 years.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Janet, of Hartford; a daughter, Jacqueline (Gary) Molden-hauer of Hartford; a son, Thomas Conrad of Hartford; two grandchildren, Hailey and Macy Moldenhauer; a sister, Joyce (Gilbert) Baier of Hartford; a brother, Philip (Lynn) Conrad of Fond du Lac; and a sister-in-law, June Riess of Hartford. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Kenneth and James Conrad.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 2, leaving the Matenaer-Schramka Funeral Home for St. Kilian Church, Hartford at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the church at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will take place on Friday from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be private at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Robert N. Butzler
Robert N. Butzler of Hartford passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2000 at St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee. He was 75 years old.
He was born in Hartford on Oct. 21, 1924 to George and Katherine (nee Schnitzler) Butzler. He married LaVerne Pfragner on May 17, 1947 at St. Kilian's Catholic Church in Hartford.
Robert was a member of and past president of the Hartford Lion's Club, a member of the Hartford Police & Fire Commission, Hartford Common Schools Board and Hartford Union High School Board, EASA (Electrical Apparatus Service Association) and St. Kilian's Church. He was athletic director at St. Kilian's Catholic School, and he owned and operated Butzler Electric in Hartford for 40 years.
He is survived by his wife, LaVerne; two daughters, Caryl Schrab of Janesville and Lynda (Tom) Secor of Green Bay; son, John Butzler of Hartford; six grandchildren, Jennifer (Rob) Hedden, Jamie (Rob) Hock, Andy (fiancee, Becky) and Ryan Secor, Joshua and Brittany Butzler; three sisters, Mary Ann (Mark) Hite of California, Margaret (Doug) Smith of Hartford and Sister Helen Butzler of Milwaukee. He is further survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, George; and son-in-law, Eddie.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, June 10 at 11 a.m. at St. Kilian's Catholic Church, Hartford with Fr. Michael Petrie officiating. Family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the church only. Inurnment Wisconsin Memorial Park, Brookfield.
Memorials to St. Kilian's Building and Maintenance Fund appreciated.

Henry F. Sauder, 84
Henry F. Sauder, 84, of Lomira, died Monday, May 29, 2000, at Hope Health and Rehab Center, Lomira.
He was born Dec. 18, 1915, in Batavia, Ill., to the late George Sr. and Marie (Miller) Sauder, and attended grade school in Little Black, Wis.
On June 6, 1942, married Ruth Kurtz in West Bend.
He was a tool and die man, farmed in New Fane from 1943-'59 and was a watchmaker-jeweler from 1959-'78 when he retired.
Henry owned and operated Sauder's Jewelry in Lomira and Mayville, and was a long-time member of Wisconsin Watchmakers' Association and the Lomira Lions Club.
Survivors include a son, Chuck (Beth) of Appleton and their children, Lauren, Thomas, Mason and Mitchell; a daughter, Marge (Phil) Gengler of West Bend and their children Sherman, Sarah and Nick. He is further survived by a sister, Emma Carolyn Gottschalk of California.
Preceding him in death were his wife; a brother, George Jr.; and a sister, Nettie Faber.
Visitation will be held Friday, June 2, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, Lomira, followed by funeral services at 7 p.m. at the church. Rev. Scott McMurray will officiate, and burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Lomira.
Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
The Kietzer Funeral Home of Lomira is assisting the family.
