Ronald L. "Ace" Nault
A funeral service was held Tuesday at Friedens Ev. Church in Port Washington for Ronald L. "Ace" Nault of Saukville, 45, who died on July 15, 2000. Pastor Mark Voll officiated at the ceremony, with arrangements handled by Poole Funeral Home, Port Washington.
Burial was held at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Port Washington.
Mr. Nault was born July 8, 1955 in Port Washington, son of John H. and Bernice (nee Didier) Nault.
He married Jodi Baumann on April 23, 1977 at St. Peter of Alcantra Catholic Chruch in Port Washington.
He was the owner of Home Port Designs since 1987 and worked at the former Biever’s Appliance Store from 1975-1984.
Mr. Nault was a Port Washington/Saukville Jaycees state member since 1974 and held many offices.
He also held district and Jaycee offices.
He was on the Saukville Industrial Park Board for more than two years.
He was also on the Fish Day Committee and served as a chair for numerous subcommittee, being the general chair in 1986.
Survivors include: wife Jodi Nault of Saukville; mother Bernice Nault of Port Washington; brothers Salty (Linda) Nault, of Port Washington of Rocky (Julie) Nault of Port Washington; sisters Cindy (Rick) Kornely of Port Washington.
Further survived by other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father John H. Nault.
Memorials to the American Heart Association are appreciated.

Gerhard F. Kringel, 77
A funeral service will be held today at 7 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Grafton for Gerhard F. Kringel, 77, who died on July 16. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. at the church. Rev. John Suelflow will officiate at the ceremony, with arrangments handled by Mueller Funeral Home, Grafton. Burial will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery in Grafton.
Mr. Kringel was born March 12, 1923 in the Town of Jackson, son of Frank and Ida (nee Heckendorf) Kringel. He married Anita A. Wolfgram on June 9, 1951 at Trinity Lutheran Church in the Town of Grafton.
He retired from Simplicity in Port Washington after 23 years of working as a machinist. He was an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Grafton. Mr. Kringel served in the Army from 1948-’49.
Survivors include: wife Anita Kringel of Grafton; daughters Sandra (Donald) Steinman of Athens, Connie (Dennis) Eernisse of Cedarburg and Vicki Kringle of Grafton; sisters Hertha Kasten of Fredonia, Norma Butt of Saukville, Mildred Peters of Grafton, Loraine Butt of West Bend and Anita (Donald) Franzen of Grafton; brothers Ruben (Mildred) Kringel of Cedarburg, Marvin (Carol) Kringel of Port Washington, Franklin (Nancy) Kringel of West Bend; grandchildren Jeremy (Karin) Steinman of Dorchester, Terry (fiancee Lori) Steinman of Stetsonville, Timothy Steinman of South Bend, Ind., Ross Eerniesse of Cedarburg and Kimberly Steinman of Athens; sister-in-law Irene Behm of West Bend; brother-in-law Arnold Jobs of Saukville.
Preceded in death by sister Edna Jobs.
Further survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorials to St. Paul Lutheran Church are appreciated.

Christine Marie Bell, 41
Funeral services were held last week in Brodhead, Wis. for Cedarburg High School graduate Christine Marie Bell, 41, who died July 11, 2000 in Madison.
Funeral services were held at the United Methodist Church in Brodhead, with Rev. Mark Swanson officiating.
Newcomer Funeral Home in Brodhead handled the arrangements.
Born April 9, 1959 in Milwaukee, she was daughter of Virgil and Doris (nee Dodge) Olson of Cedarburg and a member of the CHS Class of 1978.
Survivors include parents Virgil and Doris Olson; sons Kevin Lemens of Kenosha and Stuart Bell of Brodhead; daughter Ashley Lemens of Madison; brother Lee Olson of Cedarburg; sisters Sue (Dean) Davis of Port Washington and Judy (Rob) Moon of Embarrass, Wis.; other relatives and friends.
Donations to the family memorial would be appreciated.

Elmer E. Brown, 91
Elmer E. Brown, 91, of Jackson, died Monday, July 17, 2000, at the Cedar Lake Health Care Center, West Bend.
He was born May 7, 1909, in Cudahy, to the late Edward and Anna (nee Shimek) Brown, and married Antonia Niziolek in 1929, in South Milwaukee.
She passed away on March 24, 1997.
Elmer was a salesman of construction equipment for many years.
He was a lifetime member of the National Association of the Watch and Clock Collectors Inc. and was very active in the Democrat party.
Survivors include four children, Elmer (Phyllis) of Anderson Island, Wash., Doris (Emilio) Lapore of Miami, Fla., Thomas of Jackson and Nancy Urban of Green Bay; 21 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Lester Kent of Brookfield; nieces; nephews; and other relatives and friends.
Preceding him in death were a son, Bill; a sister, Doris Kent, beloved wife of Lester Kent; and a son-in-law, Jerry Urban, beloved husband of Nancy Urban.
Committal services will be held Saturday, July 22, at 11 a.m. in Washington County Memorial Park, West Bend.
The Schmidt Funeral Home, West Bend, is serving the family.

Mae R. Stylow, 91
Mae R. Stylow, nee Yahr, of West Bend, died Saturday July 8, 2000, at the Samaritan Health Center.
She was born June 8, 1909, in West Bend, to the late Alex and Clara (nee Wiskirchen) Yahr.
After her marriage to Fred A. Stylow on Sept. 1, 1935, in Waterloo, Ill., the couple settled in Milwaukee, moving to West Bend in 1953.
Fred passed away on May 5, 1970.
Survivors include a sister, Evelyn Yahr of West Bend; a brother, Jack (Elsie) of West Bend; other relatives and friends.
Private graveside committal services were held Wednesday, July 12, at 1:30 p.m. in the Yahr family plot at Union Cemetery, West Bend. Rev. Bill Dushek of Fifth Avenue United Methodist Church, West Bend, officiated.
The Schmidt Funeral Home, West Bend, served the family.Harold H. Stauske, 67Harold H. Stauske, 67, of West Bend, died Tuesday, July 18, 2000, at St. Joseph's Community Hospital of West Bend.
He was born Jan. 21, 1933, in the town of Trenton, to the late Walter and Edna (Dohrwardt) Stauske., graduating in 1951 from West Bend High School.
He attended the University of Wisconsin before serving in the U.S. Army. He then attended Milwaukee School of Engineering, receiving a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering in 1960.
After his marriage to Janice A. Hickman on June 25, 1960, at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church, Cedarburg, the couple lived in Cedarburg.
He was employed at various manufacturing sites, most recently AmCast Industrial Co. of Cedarburg.
Survivors include his wife; three children, John and James (Lori), both of Cedarburg, and Mary (Daniel) Aschenbrener of Glendale; three grandchildren, Ryan and Kevin Stauske and Jacob Aschenbrener; a sister, Barbara Gonring of New Berlin; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
He was a member of both St. Frances Cabrini Church of West Bend and Divine Word Church of Cedarburg.
He was an alderman for Cedarburg and chairman of the Sanitary District of Silver Lake.
Closing of the casket prayers will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 22, at the Phillip Funeral Home of West Bend, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Frances Cabrini Church, West Bend.
Father Jeffrey Haines will officiate, and interment will be in St. Francis Borgia Cemetery, Cedarburg, at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
Visitation at the funeral home will be Friday from 4 to 8 p.m., with a prayer vigil at 7:30 p.m.
Memorials to Sinsinawa Dominican Congregation are appreciated.

Alice C. Leiser, 94
Alice C. Leiser, nee Jorgenson, of Kewaskum, formerly of West Bend, died Monday, July 17, 2000, at Mapledale Manor II in Kewaskum, at the age of 94.
She was born Feb. 3, 1906, in Hartland, to the late Martin and Rose (nee Hasslinger) Jorgenson, and married Harold Leiser on Oct. 26, 1930, in Hartland.
He passed away on Dec. 6, 1971.
Alice was a member of St. James Episcopal Church, West Bend Woman's Club, the West Bend Country Club and the Cedar Lake Yacht Club.
She was also active with St. Joseph's Community Hospital Auxiliary Pink Ladies.
Survivors include two children, Barbara (John) Pephens of San Diego, Calif. and Susan (Donald) Gumm of West Bend; five grandchildren, Michael (Karleen) Gumm of Plymouth, Mark (Kathy) Gumm of West Bend, Ellen (Bob) Feller of Manitowoc, Laura Pephens of Long Beach, Calif. and Kathy Pephens of San Diego, Calif.; seven great-grandchildren, Cody and Devin Gumm of Plymouth, Amanda, Alyssa and Adam Gumm of West Bend, and Lauren and Haley Feller of Manitowoc. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Preceding her in death were two brothers, Grant and John, a sister, Pearl Gardner, and a brother-in-law, Harvey Leiser.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 26, at 2 p.m. at St. James Episcopal Church, West Bend. Rev. Martha Berger will officiate, and committal services will follow in St. James Columbarium.
The Schmidt Funeral Home, West Bend, is serving the family.

Gary Ray Jaeger, 48
Gary Ray Jaeger, of West Bend, found everlasting peace and happiness on Sunday, July 16, 2000, at the age of 48.
He was born on Sept. 8, 1951, in West Bend, and worked on his grandfather's farm when he was young.
On April 14, 1972, he married Diane Russart, his high school sweetheart.
Several years later he began his own business, Jaeger Drywall, which is very successful and will be continued by his son, Ben.
Gary was an active member and past officer of the West Bend Builders Association for whom he was the pig roaster extraordinaire. He was also a member of Walleyes for Tomorrow.
Gary loved fishing, hunting, his family, his remote control and a good time.
He leaves to cherish his memory his eternally loved wife, Diane; four children, Chrystal (Eric Prochnow) Jaeger of Chico, Calif., Tracey (AJ Boulanger) Jaeger of Bellingham, Wash., Ben (Elizabeth Noegel) Jaeger and Amber Jaeger, both of West Bend, and his first granddaughter, Oceanna.
He is further survived by his father, Leroy Jaeger of West Bend; a brother, Bill Jaeger of Miami, Fla.; four sisters, Bonnie Pocian of West Bend, Sherry (Danny) Phillips of Galion, Ohio, Chris (Randy) Koehler of West Bend, and Cindy (Peter) Teigen of Coral Springs, Fla.; other relatives and many friends.
Preceding him in death were his mother, Florence; grandparents, Norvin and Christine Jaeger and John and Clara Mondloch; and his godfather, Ray Crass.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 20, at the Schmidt Funeral Home, West Bend, to Holy Angels Catholic Church, West Bend, for Mass at 7:30 p.m.
Visitation at the funeral home will be Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m.
Memorials to the Jaeger children's education are appreciated.
The Poole Funeral Home, Port Washington, is assisting the family.
