Gregory A. "Greg" Grissman

Gregory A. "Greg" Grissman, 40 of West Bend, died Thursday, March 1, 2001 in the town of Jackson due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

He was born on Oct. 18, 1960 to Carol Grissman and Gene Grissman in West Bend.

He attended West Bend High School and was a mechanic at various places, most recently for National Auto Transport of Slinger.

He is survived by his parents; three children, Nicole Hallett of West Bend, Chad Grissman of West Bend and Adam Westphal of Hartford; and one brother, Michael (Gail) Grissman of Hartford.

He is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Arthur (Gladys) Troedel; his paternal grandparents, Edward (Jenny) Dickmann; and one brother, Gary E. Grissman.

Visitation will be at Phillip Funeral Home Chapel, 1420 W. Paradise Drive, West Bend, on Sunday, March 4, 2001, from 5 p.m. to the time of a memorial service at 7 p.m., which will also be held at the funeral home. Father James Strupp will officiate.

Cremation will take place at Parkview Cremations of Fond du Lac with internment at Washington County Memorial Park.

Memorials are appreciated.

Charles D. Bohman lll
Charles D. Bohman lll, aged 2 years, of Kewaskum died at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Wauwatosa.

Our beautiful, precious little angel went home on Feb. 28, 2001. He was with us for only a brief time but those of us that were fortunate enough to know him will feel his warmth and angelic love forever.

He was born July 18, 1998 in Milwaukee to Charles Bohman Jr. and Stephanie Fischer.

Survivors include his parents, his maternal grandparents, Ken and Charlene Fischer of Kewaskum, and his paternal grandparents, Charles Bohman Sr. of Belgium and Susan Buckman of West Bend. He is further survived by a maternal great-grandmother Olive Binsak of Waukesha; his paternal great-grandparents Merrit and Lois Buckman of Cedarburg; aunts; uncles; cousins; and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 4, 2001 at 5 p.m. at the Schmidt Funeral Home in West Bend with Father Robert Sampon officiating.

Visitation will be Sunday at the funeral home from 2 p.m. until the time of services.

Memorials may be made to the United Way.

John Gonzales
John Gonzales, 80, of Menomonee Falls, formerly of Slinger, died Sunday, March 4, 2001, at the Menomonee Falls Health Care Center.

He was born Dec. 3, 1920, in Emporia, Kan., to the late Faustino and Michaela (Calderon) Gonzales, and was raised in Byron, Wis.

He served with the U.S. Navy during World War II.

After his marriage to Pearl Adelmeyer on Nov. 16, 1946, at St. Theresa Catholic Church of Theresa, the couple lived in Germantown were he was a mechanic and owner/operator of the Sinclair Gas and Service Station.

Pearl passed away on Aug. 14, 1960.

After his marriage to Cecilia S. Stuettgen on Nov. 27, 1960, John sold boats and motors in Richfield for over 10 years.

Later he was employed at O.M.C. of Milwaukee, retiring in 1983.

Survivors include 10 children, Mary Anne (Larry) Markiewicz of Milwaukee, Linda (Ed) Neill of Germantown, John "Huntz" (Jacqueline) of Hartford, Jim (Carol) of Delafield, Jacqueline Gonzales of Milwaukee, Joseph of West Bend, Jeff (Mary) of Fargo, N.D., Greg (fiancee Michelle) of Shapleigh, Maine, Cheryl (Jeff) Kutz of Dundee and Gerry (Jenny) of Muskego; 17 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, Guadalupe (Helen) Solis of Appleton; four sisters, Helen (John) Jacobo of Elgin, Ill., Juanita (Manuel) Bedolla of Melrose Park, Ill., Mary (Keno) Samudio of Milwaukee and Amelia (Richard) Trindal of Waupaca; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.

Preceding him in death were a brother and a sister.

John was a past member of the Loyal Order of Moose of West Bend 1398 and a former member of St. Boniface Catholic church of Germantown.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 7, at 7:30 p.m. at the Phillip Funeral Home, West Bend.

Father Jeffrey Haines will officiate, and interment will be in Calvary Cemetery and Mausoleum of Fond du Lac on Thursday at 10 a.m.

Visitation at the funeral home will be Wednesday from 4 p.m. until the time of services.

Memorials are appreciated.

Patricia K. "Pat" Wild
Patricia K. "Pat" Wild, nee Mies, 67, of Mayville, died Monday, March 5, 2001, at St. Luke's Medical Center, Milwaukee.

She was born Oct. 19, 1933, in Lomira, to the late Edwin and Mary Ellen (nee Darmody) Mies, and married Robert F. Wild on May 9, 1953, at Fort Sill, Okla.

She graduated from West Bend High School in 1951 and also from the Dodge County Normal School.

Pat taught school in the West Bend area, Mayville Public School and St. Mary's Catholic School, Mayville.

She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Mayville.

Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Laurie (Ken) Hartwig of Pinedale, Wyo., Connie (Arlin) Sawyer of Panguitch, Utah, Terry (Jim) Reichl of Franklin; a son, Michael (Jen) of White Lake; her mother-in-law, Theresa Wild of Mayville; a sister, Marion Heldt of West Bend; nine grandchildren, Garrett, McKenzie, Brett, Jenna, Halie, John, Nicholas, Jessica and Summit; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.

Pat found her greatest joy spending time with family and friends.

She was a loving, caring mother and grandmother. She will be missed by many.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 8, at 9:30 a.m. at the Koepsell Funeral Home Mayville, to St. Mary's Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.

Father Charles Wester will officiate, and burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Mayville.

Visitation at the funeral home will be Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m., with a parish vigil at 7:30 p.m.

Dorothea R. Jones
Dorothea R. Jones, 87, of Kewaskum, passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2001, at the Cedar Lake Health Care Center in West Bend.

She was born Feb. 14, 1914, in Milwaukee, to the late Edward and Emma (Plautz) Eggert, and on Oct. 16, 1937, married Edgar R. Jones at Nazareth Lutheran Church in Milwaukee.

He passed away on march 4, 1998.

Mrs. Jones was a member of St. Lucas Evangelical Lutheran Church in Kewaskum and the Ladies Aid.

Survivors include a daughter, Constance R. Jones of Chicago, Ill.; other relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death were two sisters, Esther Grupp and Ruth Schmidt, and a brother, Edward.

Funeral services will be held at noon on Saturday, March 10, at St. Lucas Evangelical Lutheran Church, Kewaskum.

Rev. Timothy Henning will officiate, and burial will follow in Lutheran Memorial Park, Kewaskum.

Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of services.

Memorials to St. Lucas Lutheran Church or the Cedar Lake Health Care Center are appreciated.

The Miller Funeral Home, Kewaskum, is serving the family.

Cortney Jade Cooper
Cortney Jade Cooper, infant daughter of Angela Cooper of West Bend, died Thursday, March 1, 2001, shortly after birth.

Survivors include her mother, Angela Cooper; her grandmother, Barbara Eder of West Bend; her grandfather, Robert Cooper of Milwaukee; her great-grandparents, Clarence and Ruth Cooper of Milwaukee and Margaret Landowski of West Bend; an uncle, Jason Eder of West Bend; and other relatives.

Preceding her in death was her great-grandfather, Robert Landwoski.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 10, at 2 p.m. at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, West Bend, with Mother Martha Berger of St. James Episcopal Church, West Bend, officiating.

Visitation at the funeral home will be Saturday from 1 p.m until the time of services.
