PAGEL, Lester C., 81, Tuscon, Ariz. (formerly of Green Bay). Visitation 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum, 2121 Riverside Drive. Memorial Service 11 a.m. Saturday at the mausoleum. Survivors include seven children, Karen Pagel, Los Angeles, Sharon Pagel, Tucson, Ariz., Steve (Sue) Pagel, Jerome Pagel, all of Green Bay, Roger (Cindy) Pagel, Anchorage, Leslie Pagel-Hermann, Albuquerque, N.M., Glenn Pagel, Los Angeles; 11 grandchildren; one brother, Carl Pagel, Kewaunee; three sisters, Lucille (Bill) Popp, Townsend, Pearl "Dottie" Svoboda, Joyce Kinjerski, all of Kewaunee.

RICHMOND, Joanne, Frankfort, Mich. Arrangements are pending; Schauer & Schumacher Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Ave., is assisting the family.
