Mr. Gilman was a Retired Coal Miner and of the Baptist Faith, he was also a United States Army Veteran.

Born January 1, 1916 at Verner, WV, the daughter of the Late Leonard and Jane Browning Perry.
Mrs. Perry was a homemaker and she was a member of the Isaban Baptist Church at Isaban, WV, and served the Lord for 84 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Warren Perry, 1 daughter; Essie Lambert, 1 son; James L. Perry, 1 grandson; Timothy Ray Perry, 4 brothers; Herbert, Arthur, Shelly and Roy Lester, 4 sisters; Algie Kennedy, Zina Browning, Lovicie Cline and Reba Lester.

Thomas Runyon
Thomas Walter Runyon, age 75 of Farnham, VA went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 20, 2005.
Born February 27, 1929, in Verner, WV, he was the son of the late Thomas. D. and Virgie Browning Runyon.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one daughter, Anita Runyon Browning, one grandson, Joshua Browning, four brothers, Arlie, Arvil, Arden and Victor Runyon, and two sisters, Melda Davis and Shirley Davis.
He was of the Baptist faith and a veteran of the US Army. He worked for many years as an Activities. Director at the Veterans Home in Washington, D.C. After his retirement he continued to work with Senior Citizens in his hometown of Farnham, Va. until his death.
Survivors include his wife, Ovella Davis Runyon, one son, Paul Runyon, one daughter, Sherry Spears, four granddaughters, one grandson, two great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and in-laws from WV who loved him dearly.
Memorial services will be held in Farnham, VA on Saturday, February 26, 2005 and in Hyattsville, MD on Saturday, March 5, 2005.

Ireland Russell Crews, age 70, (formerly of Glen Alum), passed away
Monday, January 17, 2005 at St. Ann's Hospital, Columbus, Ohio after a brief illness.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran and is preceded in death by parents Claude and Bash; brothers Robert, Clifford, Savage and William, and sisters June and Dixie.
He is survived by loving wife of 48 years, Jean Eleanor (Fox) Crews (formerly of Gilbert); son, Russell; daughter, Cristie (Ron) Meige;
grandchildren, Zachary Crews, Amy and Megan Meige; sisters, Mary Jean Ratcliff and Patricia Kennedy.
Cremation arrangements entrusted to Schoedinger North Chapel, Columbus Ohio.
