Shauna Marie Caltrider Creasey, 50, of Mineral
Wells passed away Jan. 5, 2009, at St.
Joseph's Hospital in Parkersburg.
She was born March, 2, 1958, in Wood County, a
daughter of Nancy Oiler Caltrider of Elizabeth
and the late Robert Ray Caltrider. Shauna
worked at Coldwater Creek, Refurbishing
Department.
In addition to her mother, she is also
survived by her beloved daughter, April D.
Creasey of Mineral Wells; two brothers and
their wives, Jeff and Margaret Caltrider of
Little Hocking and Brian and Wanda Caltrider
of Mineral Wells; two sisters, Angie Forshey
and her husband, Jerry, of Elizabeth and Tammy
Shirley of Parkersburg; several nieces and
nephews; and her boyfriend, Ricky Toncray of
Parkersburg.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in
death by her brother, David S. Caltrider in
2002.
The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday at
Kimes Funeral Home, 521 Fifth St.,
Parkersburg, with Pastor Jason Stutler
officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset
Memory Gardens. The visitation will be from 2-
8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Lloyd Emerson McDonald Sr.
Parkersburg, WV
Lloyd Emerson McDonald Sr., 78, of Parkersburg
passed on to meet his maker while surrounded
by his loved ones at home.
He was born Dec. 20, 1930, in Vienna, a son of
the late Dennis and Laura Richards McDonald.
He was a loving husband, father and
grandfather. He was a longtime member of the
Success Church of Christ, served as elder at
the Lynn Street Church of Christ and most
recently attended the Rosemar Church of
Christ. He was employed with Diamond
(Universal) Glass for 36 years. He had served
with the Local Glass Workers Union. Lloyd was
instrumental in the establishment and
organization of the Love & Care Home and had
worked in fundraising efforts for Ohio Valley
College.
Surviving is his wife of 58 years, Arlene Hall
McDonald; five children, Lloyd E. McDonald Jr.
(Becky), Sarah Hildebrand (Ed), Dennis M.
McDonald (Patsy), Wanda Richards (Rick) and
Shirley Rader (Chip); a very special uncle to
Chuck and Sam Conger; 16 grandchildren; 10
great-grandchildren; four brothers, Charles,
Robert, Douglas and Marvin McDonald; and a
sister, Dorthea Dressel.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in
death by a brother, Dennis McDonald Jr.
A memorial service will be held in celebration
of his life at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the
Rosemar Road Church of Christ. The family will
receive friends from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Saturday
at the church.

William A Wright
Belleville, WV
William A. Wright of Jerry's Run Road,
Belleville, W.Va., passed away Dec. 29, 2008,
at the Eagle Pointe Nursing Home.
He was born Sept. 8, 1917, in Parkersburg, a
son of the late William Cecil and Freda Helen
Johnson Wright.
William was a member of the Pond Creek Baptist
Church. He retired from DuPont with 21 years
of service and was a former employee of
Parkersburg Rig and Reel with 23 years of
service. He was a member of the Farm Bureau
and enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening.
Surviving are three sons, Robert Allen Wright
(Donna) of Core, W.Va., William Michael Wright
(Texanita) of Vienna and James Cecil Wright
(Carol) of Belleville; one daughter, Catherine
Bowman (Rodger) of Terra Alta, W.Va.; six
grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in
death by his wife, Pansy Dulin Wright on March
5, 1996; a brother, Robert Wright; and three
sisters, Beatrice Wright, Helen Abbott and
Lena Parsons.
The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday at
Kimes Funeral Home, 521 Fifth St.,
Parkersburg. Pastor Lester Morgan will
officiate and burial will follow at Evergreen
North Cemetery in Parkersburg. The visitation
will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the
funeral home.
Lana Justine Roberts
Parkersburg, WV
Lana Justine Roberts, 81, of Parkersburg,
passed away Dec. 29, 2008, at Camden-Clark
Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Amma, W.Va., a daughter of the
late Lundy and Mae Moore Holcom. Lana retired
from the Bureau of Public Debt, General
Services Administration and was of the
Pentecostal Faith. She had been a member of
the Reedy WV Senior Citizens and enjoyed
gardening, quilting and playing dominos.
Surviving are her two sons, the Rev. Gary Lee
(Phyllis) Roberts of Goshen, Ind., and David
(Peggy) Roberts of Parkersburg; three
grandchildren, the Rev. Ronnie Roberts, Jenny
Howland and Craig Roberts; and 11 great-
grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded
in death by her husband of 63 years, Quellen
Roberts, who passed away on Nov. 9, 2008;
three brothers, Don, Lundy and Ray Holcolm;
and two sisters, Garnet Hicks and Lola Mae
Holcolm.
The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday
at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 Fifth St.,
Parkersburg, with Pastor Ray Seebaugh
officiating. Burial will follow at the
Fairview Cemetery near Reedy in Roane County.
The visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be directed to the
Fairview Cemetery Association.
Janey K. Davis McCoy
Parkersburg, WV
Janey K. Davis McCoy passed away suddenly on
Dec. 23, 2008, of a brief illness at her home.
She was 64, having been born Sept. 11, 1944, a
daughter of the late Harvey Elsworth and
Blanch Moore Davis. She had last worked for
Wal-Mart in the Crafts Department and was a
former employee of Betti-Brite, Bonnetts and
Kestersons Cleaners.
She is survived by the love of her life and
husband of 45 years, Larry McCoy. She was the
best mother of three daughters, Luella Belt
and husband, Rick, Wendy McCoy and Brenda
Daniels; and her son, Larry McCoy and his
wife, Loretta. She was also the greatest
grandmother to two granddaughters, Samantha
Belt and Annamarie McCoy; and grandson, Jamie
McCoy, all of Parkersburg; one brother,
William "Buck" Davis; one sister, Agnes Ray,
both of Parkersburg; and several nieces and
nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded
in death by a granddaughter, Christina; a
sister, Mary Louise Maggie Johnson; and a
brother, James Edward "Bub" Davis.
Janey loved nothing more than staying home
with her husband and their beloved
grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service at 1 p.m.
Saturday at the Blennerhassett Church of the
Nazarene on Marrtown Road with Pastor Robert
Niley officiating. There will be no visitation.
Kimes Funeral Home & Cremation Services is
assisting the family with the arrangements.
