Thomas Ray Anderson, 57, of Parkersburg,
passed away Dec. 12, 2013, at the Genesis
Health Care, Parkersburg..
He was born March 20, 1956 in Parkersburg, a
son of Mabel L. McWilliams Anderson of
Parkersburg and the late Robert A. Anderson.
Thomas was a graduate of Parkersburg High
School and had been employed with Big A
Muffler Service.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a
brother, Tim Anderson of Parkersburg and three
sisters, Mary E. Conner and Ruth Christina
Grogg, both in North Carolina, and Bonnie Jo
Sims of Parkersburg. Several nieces, nephew,
aunts and uncles.
In addition to his dad, he was preceded in
death by two infant sisters.
There will be no service nor visitation.
Burial of his cremated remains will be at the
Bethel Baptist Cemetery.

Julie Marie Kimes
Belleville, WV
Julie Marie Kimes, 53, of Belleville, W.Va.
passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013, at
Camden Clark Medical Center.
Julie was born August 31, 1960, a daughter of
the late Charles George and Marjorie Cooper of
Marietta.
She was a loving wife, mother, and
grandmother. She is survived by her husband of
38 years Gary L. Kimes Sr. of Belleville; two
sons, Gary L. Kimes Jr. from Columbus AFB, MS
and wife, Traci Kimes and Charlie A. Kimes and
wife Ashley Kimes of Belleville.
Grandma also leaves behind four grandchildren,
Gary L. Kimes lll, Alexis H. Kimes, Ryan I.
Kimes and Brayden C. Kimes.
Julie also leaves behind two brothers, Charles
George of Richmond, Va. and Jeffrey George of
Little Hocking, Ohio; two sisters, Stephanie
Davis of Parkersburg and Hope Godley of North
Carolina.
Julie exchanged years of pain for a pair of
Angel Wings. She will be missed by many and
never met a stray animal that she didn't try
to help.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m.
Saturday at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 5th
Street, Chris Waldron will be presiding over
the ceremony and burial will follow at Sunset
Memory Gardens.
The visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
today.
Sarah Eloise Sellers
Parkersburg, WV
Sarah Eloise Sellers, 87, of Parkersburg,
formerly of Wadesville, passed away Dec. 10,
2013, at the Parkersburg Care & Rehabilitation
Center.
She was born on Oct. 25, 1926 at Wadesville
and was raised by her grandparents, Monroe and
Rachel Sams.
Eloise was a long time member of the
Wadesville Church of Christ and later attended
the Rockport Church of Christ.
She was employed as a cook with the Wood
County Board of Education at Humphrey School
at Belleville and Blennerhassett School.
Surviving are two sons, Tim (Gloria) Sellers
and Terry (Gina) Sellers, both of Parkersburg;
one daughter, Connie (Phil) Lemley of
Rockport; six grandchildren, Eric Lemley,
Jennifer Lemley, T.J. (Amber) Sellers, Bryan
Sellers (Jenny Black), Amber (Steve) "Bub"
Walker and Josh Sellers and a step grandson,
Ryan Bowman; six great grandchildren, Koen
Sellers, Kayla Sellers, Jackson Simmons,
Olivia Henderson, Easton Walker and Payton
Sellers.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 59
years, Cecil F. Sellers in 2005 and an infant
son, Kevin Ray Sellers.
The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m.
Sunday at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 5th Street,
Parkersburg, Evangelist Benton Cochran will
officiate and burial will follow at the
Wadesville Cemetery.
The visitation will be on Saturday from 3-7
p.m. and an hour prior to the service on
Sunday.
The family would like to express their thanks
to all of the caregivers at her home and to
the staff of Parkersburg Care & Rehab for all
of the love, care and helpfulness shown to
their mother over the past five years.
Frank Warren Yeater
Parkersburg, WV
Frank Warren Yeater, 87, of Parkersburg,
passed away Dec. 7, 2013, at Eagle Pointe
Nursing Center.
He was born March 19, 1926, at West Union, a
son of the late Everett and Mary Hawkins
Yeater.
Frank was retired from Walker Parkersburg as a
Tool and Die Maker, and was a U.S. Navy
veteran of World War II, having served from
March of 1944 to May of 1946. He was a member
of several area veterans organizations and the
Fraternal Order of the Eagles Club.
Surviving is one son, Warren C. (Wanda) Yeater
of Vienna; a daughter, Shelia McCumbee of
Myrtle Beach, S.C.; four grandchildren; and 10
great-grandchildren. In addition to his
parents, he was preceded in death by a
brother, Jack Yeater; and two sisters, Mary
Louise Barrett and Dolly Smith.
As per his request, there will be no service
or visitation.

Theda Ramsey
Washington, WV
Theda JoAnne Yoho Ramsey 50, of Washington,
W.Va., passed away unexpectedly Dec. 6, 2013,
at Camden Clark Medical Center.
She was born March 8, 1963, a daughter of
Clyde W. "Dean" and Ruth Ann Cox Yoho of
Washington, W.Va.
Theda was a 1981 graduate of Parkersburg High
School and graduated from Hocking Technical
College in Nelsonvile, Ohio in 1987. She began
her nursing career in Elkins, W.Va., and was
currently employed by Camden Clark Medical
Center for the past 26 years, primarily in the
Obstetrics Department.
Theda loved being a nurse, loved her family,
the new fallen snow and cross stitching
pictures.
In additon to her parents, she is survived by
her husband of 23 years, Gene Edward Ramsey;
two sons, Bryan Edward Ramsey and Michael Paul
Ramsey, both at home; two brothers, Wayne
Edward (Nina) Yoho of Williamstown and Marvin
Dean (Joyce) Yoho of Waverly; nephew, Levi
Dean Yoho (Stevie Laughery) of Marietta;
nieces, Holli Michelle (Adam) Bartlett of
Belpre, Kelly Jo (Anthony) Barnett of Idaho
and Laura Lynn (Nick Hupp) Yoho of Pittsville,
Md.; and great nieces, Halyee and Abbie
Bartlett. Also surviving is her mother-in-law,
Zana Ward of Winona, W.Va.; and brothers- and
sisters-in-law, Joe Ward, William Ramsey,
Wayne Ramsey, Joanie Franklin, Merelia Ray,
Susan McNeeley, Kathy Jones and Darlene Raider.
She was preceded in death by her maternal
grandparents, Lorie Flesher Cox and Roy E.
Cox; and her paternal grandparents, Amy B. and
Clyde J. Yoho.
The funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at
Kimes Funeral Home, 521 Fifth St. Parkersburg.
The Rev. Jim Mike Ward, Evangelist Dana
Slingluff and Pastor Dave Stilgenbauer will
officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet
Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 2-8
p.m. and an hour prior to the service on
Tuesday.
