Robert Edward Radabeugh
Hamilton, TX

Robert Edward Radabaugh, 54, of Hamilton,
Texas, formerly of Parkersburg, passed away
Feb. 22, 2015, at Baylor, Scott and White
Hospital in Temple, Texas.

He was born July 26, 1960, in Parkersburg, a
son of Rose Marie Mitchell Radabaugh and the
late Robert L. Radabaugh.

He was a truck driver and was employed by
Central Hauling, and also loved farming.

In addition to his mother, Robert is survived
by his wife, Pam Beeson Radabaugh; three sons,
Brandon (Tiffany) Radabaugh of Parkersburg,
Joshua Radabaugh and his girlfriend, Camri
Deleon, of Stephenville, Texas, and Nathan
Radabaugh and his fiancee', April Flathouse,
of Austin, Texas; one brother, Terry Radabaugh
of Washington, W.Va.; five grandchildren,
Jaycee, Jaylynn, and Jordan Norman, Jaxon
Radabaugh, and Bentley Flathouse.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on
Saturday, Feb. 28, at Kimes Funeral Home, 521
5th St., Parkersburg, with Pastor Jim Eakle
officiating, and burial will follow at Sunset
Memory Gardens. The visitation will be from
2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 27, at
the funeral home.

Marvin Lee Wright
Parkersburg, WV

Marvin Lee Wright, 63, passed away Feb. 22,
2015, in Marietta.

He was born in Wood County, a son of the late
Ira Wright and Nellie Irene Wright Dowler.

Surviving are three brothers and three sisters.

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m.,
Wednesday, Feb. 25, at Kimes Funeral Home in
Parkersburg. Pastor John Barker will be
speaking. Burial will be at the Pleasant Home
Cemetery at Belleville. The visitation will be
one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at
the funeral home.

Ronald Jay Buchanan
Waverly, WV

Ronald Jay "Ron" Buchanan, 57, of Wavery
Acres, passed away Feb. 18, 2015, at his home.

He was born on April 16, 1957, in Parkersburg,
a son of the late Claremont and Juanita Owens
Buchanan.

Ron was a graduate of Parkersburg High School
and received an Associate Degree at West
Virginia University of Parkersburg. He was a
member of the Boaz Baptist Church and was
employed at Louis Thomas Subaru, and he was a
former employee of the Vienna Wal-Mart. He
enjoyed woodworking, traveling, and mowing
lawns.

He is survived by two brothers, Art (Becky)
Buchanan of Cairo, and Tom (Linda) Buchanan of
Parkersburg; one sister, Shirley (Terry)
Hefner of Waverly; and several nieces and
nephews. He is also survived by a special
friend, Carol Meeks; and he loved and enjoyed
his sisters pet dogs, Dixie and Rudy. In
addition to his parents, he was preceded in
death by an infant brother, Timmy Lynn
Buchanan.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m.,
Saturday, Feb. 21, at Kimes Funeral Home, 521
5th St., Parkersburg. Pastor Bob Alfred will
officiate and burial will be at Mt. Olivet
Cemetery. The visitation will be from 4-7 p.m.
today at the funeral home.

Carroll Emigh
Parkersburg, WV

Carroll Emigh, 79, of Parkersburg, passed away
Feb. 13, 2015, at Camden Clark Medical Center.

He was born on Sept. 6, 1935, in Barbour
County, a son of the late Charles and Nelly
Poling Emigh.

Carroll was a member of Emmanuel Fellowship
Church and he had worked as a Foreman at
Mahone's Tire Recap Plant. He especially loved
his grandchildren and great grandchildren and
loved sharing his knowledge on how to fix
anything.

Surviving are two daughters, Carol Susie
(Mark) Dearman of Parkersburg and Deborah
(Steve) Hall of St. Marys; eight
grandchildren, Ryan and Kayla Dearman, Craig
Halfhill, Steve, Michelle and Robert Hall and
Todd and Amanda Emigh; 10 great grandchildren,
Anna Lisa, Aubrey, Shay Lynn, Nikki and
Trenton Hall, Kaylynn and Tanner Emigh,
Madison Rutherford, Logan Emigh and Desmond
Halfhill; one sister, Gloria Ball of Gassaway;
and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in
death by his wife, M. Janet Emigh; his son,
William E. Emigh; a daughter, Patricia
Halfhill; two brothers, Clyde and Victor
Emigh; and two sisters, Juanita Turner and
Ella Jean Bender.

The funeral service will be 1 p.m. Monday at
Kimes Funeral Home, 521 Fifth St.,
Parkersburg. Pastor Tom Blake will officiate
and burial will follow at Sunset Memory
Gardens. Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. Sunday at
the funeral home.

The family would like to express their thanks
and appreciation to the staff of 3 North and
the CVU Staff at Camden Clark Medical Center
for the care Mr. Emigh received while a
patient there

Emogene Bookman
Parkersburg, WV

Emogene Roby Phillips Bookman, 84, of
Parkersburg, departed her earthly life on Feb.
7, 2015. She was a resident of the Eagle
Pointe Nursing Home.

She was born on Aug. 6, 1930, in Cairo, W.Va.,
a daughter of the late Abner J. and Edna E.
Jenkins Phillips.

Emogene was a member of White Plains Baptist
Church of Scottsville, Ky., and she had worked
for the Wood County Board of Education as a
Cook at Parkersburg High School and McKinley
Elementary School. Emogene enjoyed cooking and
loved to sing. She sang alto and sung at
church and social events. She also enjoyed
square dancing, she loved her many pet cats
and her stuffed lambs.

Emogene was the beloved mother of five
children; sons, James R. (Una) Bookman of
Lima, Ohio, and Clark E. Bookman III of
Scottsville, Ky.; and daughters, Debbie
(Charlie) Baxter and Cindy "Cyd" Archer
(companion John Dilly), both of Parkersburg,
and Judith (the Rev. David) Dye of Palestine,
W.Va. She dearly loved and enjoyed her
grandchildren, Kelly (Kirt) Radabaugh, Jaime
(Rob) Emrick and Master Chief Robert (Jessica)
Brashear with the U.S. Navy; four great
grandchildren, Skyler and Berkeley Radabaugh
and Jaxson and Ellawyn Brashear; one brother,
Calvin Phillips of Harrisville; one sister,
Georgia Deem of Belpre; and several nieces and
nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded
in death by her husband, Clark E. Bookman Jr.;
brothers, Orval Phillips, Oran Phillips and
Abner Phillips Jr.; and sisters, Ruby Nichols,
Sarah Margaret Newbrough and Mary Deem.

The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at
Kimes Funeral Home of Parkersburg. Her son in
law, the Rev. David Dye will officiate and
burial will follow at Kanawha Baptist
Cemetery. The visitation will be Monday from
4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mary Lousie McGill
Blennerhassett Heights, WV

Mary Louise McGill, 88, of Blennerhassett
Heights, passed away Feb. 7, 2015, in
Parkersburg.

She was born Feb. 22, 1926, in Parkersburg, a
daughter of the late Homer and Bessie Opal
Courtney Martin.

Mary was a member of the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter Day Saints and had graduated
from Mountain State College. She was a
homemaker and loved her family.

Mary is survived by three sons, Kenneth
(Karon) McGill of Huntsville, Ala., Clifford
McGill who travels extensively, and John
Robert (Kelly) McGill of Parkersburg; and one
daughter, Janice Kaneff of Parkersburg. She is
also survived by 10 grandchildren, Micheal,
Jeffrey, Kelly, Laura, Emily, Tori, Shannon,
J.R., Andrew and Samantha; and five great
grandchildren, Alexis, Aiden, Katherine, Ian
and Abrielle.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in
death by her husband, Gail Leon McGill in
2001; six brothers, Ralph, Floyd, Richard,
Dewey, Clarence and Lloyd; and one infant
sister, Mildred.

The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday
at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day
Saints, and burial will follow at Sunset
Memory Gardens. Bishop Erik Nelson will be
conducting the service and visitation will be
on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at Kimes Funeral
Home, 521 Fifth St., Parkersburg.

Brian Lee Brookover
Parkersburg, WV

Brian Lee Brookover, 53, of Parkersburg,
passed away Feb. 6, 2015, at Camden Clark
Medical Center.

He was born on Dec. 7, 1961, in Parkersburg, a
son of the late Gale and Betti Daggett
Brookover.

Brian had served in the U.S. Army from 1980-
1984.

Surviving is his fiance', Amber Nesselroad;
three sons, Chad (April) Brookover of Little
Hocking, and Michael Brookover and Stephen
Brookover, both of Parkersburg; eight
grandchildren; three brothers, Clarence
William (Joanne) McCartney of Parkersburg,
Craig (Mary) Brookover of Raleigh, N.C., and
Scott Brookover of Lemoyne, Pa.

There will be no service or visitation at this
time, a memorial service will be at the
convenience of the family at a later date.

Kimes Funeral Home & Cremation Services of
Parkersburg is assisting the family.
