MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Aaron James Setting, 16, of Martinsburg, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 1998, as a result of an automobile accident.
Born Sept. 28, 1981, in Baltimore, he was the son of Louis F. and Pam Setting of Martinsburg, and Teresa and Alan High of Williamson, Pa.
He was a student at Hedgesville High School.
He attended Hollowell Brethren in Christ Church in Greencastle, Pa.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by three sisters, Kelly Souders of Waynesboro, Heather High of Williamson, and Morgan Martinson of Martinsburg; three brothers, Clint Wayne Setting, stationed with the U.S. Army in Korea, Marty Martinson and Ryan Shane Setting, both of Martinsburg; and grandparents, Robert and Ethel McCoy of Falling Waters, W.Va., Doris and James Capps of Greenbackville, Va., Olive Polson of England, and Martha High of Waynesboro.
Services will be Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg. The Rev. Floyd Myers will officiate. Burial will be private.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.

Marguerite B. Boyd
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Marguerite Blake Boyd, 90, of Martinsburg, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 1998, at City Hospital.
Born March 29, 1907, in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late Charles H. Blake and Emily Reed Blake.
She retired from the office of Interwoven Stocking Co.
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church for 76 years.
She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary and NARFE.
She is survived by two nieces, Rosemary S. Mauck of Martinsburg, and Janet W. Savage of Clairton, Pa.; three nephews, Dr. Frank Shrader of Pompano Beach, Fla., Wendell Shrader of Inwood, W.Va., and Dr. John Wolf of Davie, W.Va.; and numerous great- and great-great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Edith B. Shrader, Myra W. Kern and Mary Anna Wolf; one brother, Charles H. Blake Jr.; and one nephew.
Services will be Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg. G. Edward Grove will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m.
Almeda M. Rockwell
GREENWOOD, Ind. - Almeda M. Rockwell, 84, formerly of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Saturday, Feb. 21, 1998, at Greenwood Convalescent Center.
Born June 13, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Kelly and Ida Starliper Rankin.
Her husband, Curtis Rockwell, preceded her in death.
She retired from Perfection Garment Co.
She was a member of Winchester Avenue Christian Church.
She is survived by one son, Wayne Rockwell of Beech Grove, Ind.; two sisters, Frances Rockwell of Aliquippa, Pa., and Faye Burns of Newark, Ohio; one brother, Forest Rankin of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Rosedale cemetery in Martinsburg. The Rev. Douglas J. Hollida will officiate.
Cecil E. Miller
HEDGESVILLE, W.Va. - Cecil Edgar Miller, 82, of Hedgesville, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 1998, at City Hospital, Martinsburg, W.Va.
Born Oct. 6, 1915, in Shenandoah County, Va., he was the son of the late Andrew and Maude Helsey Miller.
He was a retired cooper of Binder-Cooperage; and a retired employee of Berkeley County School System at Hedgesville High School.
He was a charter member of Hedgesville Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Ruth Norris Miller; four daughters, F. Kathleen Fowlkes of Annandale, Va., Evelyn M. Sine and Ruth A. Donaldson, both of Hedgesville and Sharon L. Ring of Martinsburg; four sons, Charles E. Miller of Martinsburg, Cecil A. Miller, Gilbert D. Miller and Harry J. Miller, all of Hedgesville; one brother, Russell Miller; 27 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one son, Robert L. Miller; two sisters, Polly Kenny and Nellie Myers; five brothers, Herbert Miller, John Miller, Milton Miller, Gilbert Miller and Allen Miller; one granddaughter; and two great-granddaughters.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Rev. Lon Snelson will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Margaret Madeline Metz, 89, of Martinsburg, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 1998, at City Hospital, Martinsburg.
Born July 23, 1908, in Cumberland, Md., she was the daughter of the late Harry and Daisy Kane Williams.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Shenandoah Bible Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Sylvia Y. Nicely of Martinsburg and Glenda D. Wilt of Shepherdstown, W.Va.; one son, David R. Metz of Martinsburg; one sister, Lillian Butler of Martinsburg; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Herman E. Metz; and one brother, Samuel N. Williams.
Services will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Rev. Michael Bageant will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery.

BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - Jesse "J.B." Fearnow, 84, of Berkeley Springs, died Thursday, Feb. 19, 1998, at Valley View Nursing Home, Berkeley Springs.
Born Jan. 28, 1914, in Morgan County, W.Va., he was the son of the late Jesse Brenton and Virgie M. Batt Fearnow.
He was previously employed with Fairchild Aircraft, formerly of Hagerstown; and Londontown Manufacturing, formerly of Hancock.
He was a member of Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church, Berkeley Springs.
He is survived by two sisters, Marie Clark and Rosalie I. Miller, both of Berkeley Springs; two brothers, Ray E. Fearnow and Fred E. Fearnow, both of Berkeley Springs; three nephews; and two great-nieces.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Eltha C. Fearnow.
Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home, 106 S. Mercer St., Berkeley Springs. The Rev. Mary Stevens will officiate. Burial will be in Greenway cemetery, Berkeley Springs.

Emma T. Bailey
CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. - Emma Tucker Bailey, 71, of Charles Town, died Thursday, Feb. 19, 1998, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Ranson, W.Va.
Born Sept. 21, 1926, in Jefferson County, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Jess Williams and Anna Virginia Newman Williams Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Edward Bailey, in 1979.
She was a domestic worker in Charles Town.
She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by three daughters, Darlene E. Fields, Towanna J. Bailey and Angela K. Bailey, all of Charles Town; one sister, Carillia Summers of New Jersey; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one cousin.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Garfield Williams and Donald Williams.
Services will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. at House of Prayer Church of God 4, Charles Town. Bishop Walter Newman will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery, Martinsburg, W.Va.

SHENANDOAH JUNCTION, W.Va. - Betty Joann Daly, 64, of Shenandoah Junction, died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 1998, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Ranson, W.Va.
Born Oct. 28, 1933, in Goshen, Ind., she was the daughter of the late Harold and Dorothy Hoover.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Shenandoah Junction.
She is survived by her husband, Franklin Lee Daly Sr., whom she married Feb. 25, 1950; two daughters, Vivian Lee Hipkins of Martinsburg, W.Va., and Betty Jo Cunningham of Shenandoah Junction; seven sons, Franklin Lee Daly Jr. of Fairfield, Pa., Sherman Morgan Daly of Myersville, Md., Lawrence Allen Daly of Gaithersburg, Md., Morgan Ryan Daly of Germantown, Md., Dale Bryan Daly of Frederick, Md., Harold Carlton Daly of Poolesville, Md. and Michael Leon Daly of Gaithersburg; 30 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Starranna Rose Taylor; and two brothers, Robert Hoover and Leon Hoover.

SHENANDOAH JUNCTION, W.Va. - Idonia Darr Wright, 92, of Shenandoah Junction, died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 1998, at Canterbury of Shepherdstown in Shepherdstown, W.Va.
Born April 21, 1905, in Front Royal, Va., she was the daughter of the late Samuel G. and Louise Figgins Darr.
Her husband, Clarence Nelson Wright Sr., died in 1959.
She retired from Perfection Garment Factory in Shenandoah Junction, and later in Martinsburg, W.Va.
She was a member of Williams Memorial United Methodist Church, a member of the Women's Society of the church, a former Sunday school teacher and was church pianist.
She was a member of Ladies Auxiliary Citizens Fire Co. in Charles Town, and the Senior Sunshine Choir Group.
She is survived by two daughters, Doris Darr Housden of Shenandoah Junction, and Patricia Jane Miller of Shepherdstown; three sons, Clarence Nelson Wright Jr. of Indianapolis, Robert Evans Wright of Riverview, Fla., and Gilmore Wayne Wright of Lawrenceville, Ga.; two sisters, Otis Marie Griffith of Hagerstown, and Elizabeth Ruffner of Charles Town, W.Va.; 15 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Gertrude Glaize, Lucy Sloat and Viola Fraley; and six brothers, Robert R. Darr, William Darr, Harry Darr, Lyle O. Darr, Forrest Darr and Aubrey Darr.
Services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial United Methodist Church in Shenandoah Junction. The Rev. Donna Herritt will officiate. Burial will be in Edge Hill cemetery in Charles Town.
Friends will be received Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home in Charles Town.
