CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. - Lois Pearl Cutter, 106, a resident of Shenandoah Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, died there Friday, Sept. 25, 1998.
Born March 9, 1892, in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Charles and Celestia Moore Calkins.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, William Graven; her second husband, Lindsay Wilson; and her third husband, Robert Cutter.
She retired, after 46 years, as a telephone operator at Union Station, Washington, D.C.
She was a member of Harmony United Methodist Church, Hamilton, Va.
She was a member of Shannondale Club Limited and Shannondale Women's Club.
She is survived by a daughter, Gertrude "Trudy" Graven Wood of Harpers Ferry, W.Va.; three grandchildren, Elizabeth Bidez, John Wood and Robert Wood; eight great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Celestia Brislin, Mabel Myers and Florence Morris; and a brother, Arthur Calkins.
Services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town. The Rev. Waverly Reames will officiate. Burial will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. in Cedar Hill cemetery, Suitland, Md.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pashion E. Fletcher
CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. - Pashion Ebony Catherine Fletcher, 23 months, of 118 Bedford Drive, died Wednesday, Sept. 23, 1998, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital.
Born Oct. 18, 1996, in Martinsburg, W.Va., she was the daughter of James Lee Fletcher of Harpers Ferry, W.Va., and Dawn Celeste Plauche of Charles Town.
She was baptized a Catholic.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Deanna Plauche of Charles Town; paternal grandparents, James and Mary Smith of Ranson, W.Va.; maternal great-grandmother, Victoria Darbonne of Marksville, La.; maternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Plauche Sr. of Plaucheville, La.; two sisters, Britney Fletcher of Charles Town and Shanice Fletcher of Martinsburg; five brothers, Chaz Plauche and Branson Fletcher, both of Charles Town, Desmond Fletcher, James Fletcher II and Devante Fletcher, all of Martinsburg; aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins.
Services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at First Zion Baptist Church, Harpers Ferry. The Revs. Carroll Johnson and Brian Shoda will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill cemetery, Harpers Ferry.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry.

Ollie L. Mason
BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - Ollie Lola Mason, 91, of Berkeley Springs, died Friday, Sept. 25, 1998, at Valley View Nursing Home.
Born Feb. 18, 1907, in Whitacre, Va., she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Carrie Crouse Crouse.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond A. Mason, in 1977.
She worked seasonally with A.C. Unger and Son Canning Factory at Ungers Store, W.Va. She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Oakland United Methodist Church, Morgan County, W.Va.
She is survived by three daughters, Reba Mason of Bloomery, W.Va., Margaret A. Bean of Takoma Park, Md., and Anna M. Messner of Berkeley Springs; a son, Glenwood H. Mason of Berkeley Springs; a sister, Beulah Miller of Whitacre; 30 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Louise Parrill; two sons, Charles and Robert Mason; three infant children; six sisters, Nellie Crosen, Wavy Puffinburger, Edna Waugh, Mable Renner, Rosie Swanger and Ethel Hiles; four brothers, Homer, Hunt, Chester and Raymond Crouse; and two infant siblings.
Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Oakland United Methodist Church, Oakland Road, Morgan County. The Rev. Cletus Palmer will officiate. Burial will be in Oakland Church cemetery.
The family will receive friends today from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home, 306 Union St., Berkeley Springs; and Sunday one hour prior to services at the church. The funeral home will be open today from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
David A. Rojas
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - David A. Rojas, 36, of Martinsburg, died Tuesday, Sept. 22, 1998, at his home.
Born Dec. 17, 1961, in New York, he was the son of Lydia Pizarro Santos of New York and the late David Rojas.
He was a technical assistant at Columbia University.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister, Lizette R. Santos of New York; and a nephew, Daniel Santos.
A memorial service will be held today at 4 p.m. at the Veterans Affairs Hospital Chapel. Chaplain William E. Coen will officiate. Burial will be private.

Earl F. Householder Sr.
HEDGESVILLE, W.Va. - Earl F. Householder Sr., 77, of Hedgesville, died Thursday, Sept. 24, 1998, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., at his daughter's home.
Born March 8, 1921, in Morgan County, W.Va., he was the son of the late Frank William and Nannie Kesecker Householder.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bernice R. McDaniel Householder.
He was retired from Fairchild Aircraft. He also worked construction with Leon Householder Sr.
A veteran of World War II, he served in the U.S. Army.
He was a member of Snyder's Bible Chapel.
He is survived by two daughters, Vicki Diane Spiker of Hedgesville and Beth Ann DuVall of Berkeley Springs; a son, Earl F. "Skip" Householder Jr. of Hedgesville; a brother, Leon Householder Sr. of Hedgesville; and two grandchildren.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Snyder's Bible Chapel, Morgan County. The Rev. Joseph L. Mercer will officiate. Burial will be in Snyder's cemetery.

SILVER GROVE, W.Va. - Thomas Franklin Jackson, 88, of Silver Grove, died Tuesday, Sept. 22, 1998, at I.H.S. Nursing Home, Charles Town, W.Va.
Born Dec. 8, 1909, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Dempsey Vernon and Margaret Grove Jackson.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marguerite Rodgers Jackson, in 1969.
He was retired from the construction industry.
He was a member of Silver Grove United Methodist Church.
He is survived by four daughters, Joyce Jackson Cox of Ocala, Fla., Retha Cogle of Charles Town, Joy Jackson of Augusta, Ga., and Lorrella Penwell of Silver Grove; five sons, Willard, Wayne, Norman, Mervin and Ellard Jackson, all of Silver Grove; 31 grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by sisters and brothers; three grandsons; and a great-granddaughter.
Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Silver Grove United Methodist Church, Silver Grove. The Revs. Basil Day Jr. and Lester Dillow will officiate. Burial will be in Silver Grove cemetery, Silver Grove.

CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. - Christian Bailey Swan, infant son of William C.M. and Tracey M. Bowman Swan of Charles Town, died Monday, Sept. 21, 1998, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Ranson, W.Va.
He is survived by maternal grandparents Roy and Dottie Jenkins of Charles Town; maternal great-grandmother, Nellie Jenkins of Rippon, W.Va.; paternal grandparents, Charles and Harriet Swan of Pennsylvania; two sisters, Desiree Swan and Mercedes Swan, both at home; and a brother, Chance Swan, at home.
Memorial services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town. The Rev. Gertrude Bell will officiate. Burial will be private.
There will be no visitation.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - E. Frances Gregory, 85, of Martinsburg, died Monday, Sept. 21, 1998, at her home.
Born in Berkeley County, she was the daughter of the late Grover Cleveland and Rose Margaret Rice Boward.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Gregory, in 1980.
She was a homemaker.
She was a lifelong member of Bedington United Methodist Church and a member of United Methodist Women.
She was a member of Bedington Homemakers Club, AARP and Hedgesville Order of the Eastern Star in Hedgesville, W.Va.
She is survived by two daughters, Doris Lee Benner of Martinsburg and Nancy Lou Strite of Painted Post, N.Y.; two sons, William F. Gregory Sr. of Somersworth, N.H., and Robert T. Gregory of Martinsburg; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a niece.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Wendell H. Boward.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Rosedale Funeral Chapel, 2060 Rosedale Road, Martinsburg. The Rev. Robert W. Barnes will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery.
